Most helpful: The ability to drop in SPSS files and get a decent amount of the information ready to go is helpful.

Upside/good feature: The final result of the exported crosstabs is good looking and doesn't take too much to get it to a visual that can be shared with clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most difficult: Appending data (coded open ended questions in most cases) can be difficult. The user interface is challenging when building crosstabs. The windows are so small that it can be such a challenge to even read the fully text of a questions (frustrating with ratings questions which start out with answer options that start with the same verbiage many times).

Downside: Recently I tried to copy over some user defined variables and a crosstab into another data set and it came out messed up. I had to define/build over again.
