The Mapp platform is simple to use with detailed analysis available to understand customer behaviour and deliver a personalised experience. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Mapp have changed the way we sell digitally, through our email platform we have been able to innovate based on detailed customer data that has influenced our entire email structure and design. In tandem Mapp work with us on improving customer journeys through to our website to streamline the process and how our data is captured. We're now able to offer a completely personalised experience for our customers based on their interests which has enabled us to achieve a significant increase in revenue. Week by week Mapp work with us in analysing our data, monitoring email performance as well as customer behavior - this has influenced the way we communicate with our customers that not only results in an improved experience for the customer but reduces our unsubscribes and improves the value of our customer data. What do you like best?

I would like to see slightly more toggles on the statistic pages (for example we use CTO as measure, but that only displays when inside the message stats)

What do you like best?

Easy to use and so much you can do! This platform is getting better and better.

Some of the new features are fantastic. Mapp's strategy of doing what the others do well even better works but also means they are ahead of the curve.

What do you like best?

The speed to market of a product created in MAPP is amazing. Within a day or two you can have one email template multiplied, localized in 60 languages, tested signed off and sent to customers involving zero html developers and no html knowledge. Each market can easily adopt email template using the drag and Drop templates, be in full control of what they want to send out and execute email communication in very short time. What do you dislike?

The access level and group settings ( whether country or email groups ) is already good but can still be improved and this is related to situations where you have users that are part of multiple countries, markets and should have good visibility within their own environments and not browsing globally unless they have admin access rights. Main work is around creating new content blocks and rendering challenges, but once a new content block is set to work correctly then in many cases it is reused and this saves cost and time. Main benefit is around speed and cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

For me the segment tools are the star of the show. The drag and drop feature makes it so easy to segment your data quickly and effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

CEP pretty much has all bases covered in terms of functionality. They have more functions than any other esp I have used in over 20 years of mailing. There is always room for improvement but nothing I can say that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Definatley give it a trial, they are usually happy to set new prospective clients up with a free trial. Make sure you use segments from the start for best delivery and cost effectiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Email delivery is always a problem with all esp's but thanks to the excellent reporting and brilliant segment tools I have been able to circumnavigate delivery issues just by suppressing certain domains for a while using segments and then start filtering those emails back in over time. What do you like best?

the relationship seems to be a lot closer and honest than it was before Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes communication (or lack of it) can be an issue, i.e. not getting an acknowledgment of emails; sometimes, despite giving clear (i hope ) instructions, I don't get what I ask for i.e. it took us some time to establish what I need for ad-hoc retention reports. It might be worth jumping on a call instead of emails going forward; quality control seems to be off at the moment i.e Black Friday issues; I'd like to be guided more through the email marketing world i.e. get suggestions of conferences, get insights, good practices etc; Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my personal experience I have to say the CMS platform is very easy and simple to use, it's fast and efficient with more and more developments and improvements being made all of the time. We are currently revisiting our entire digital strategy after a lot of change within the business. Resource is now stretched to capacity so we are looking at ways to use more automation within our email campaigns, as well as working on our strategy to keep delivering revenue, engage with our customers and re engage after a drop off in our base. Through Mapp's support we are now automating at least 1 campaign per week reducing the need for physical email builds and yet still delivering revenue from emails that are more targeted towards our consumers behavior. What do you like best?

How simple it and powerful the platform is. It's incredible how reliable the platform is, I can easily automate a chain communication strategy. With the segmentation feature I can easily deliver the right message to the right person at the right time. Centralize all your content with Mapp, it’s really important to be consistent on your communication with your customer. If you don't have control over the content you share, using multiple platforms will be at risk of send the messages at the wrong time, by for example offering a product to a customer who already purchased that item. Mapp can also help you optimize your digital investments by controlling the communication, a central or unique platform is the best way to guarantee that, give a try to Mapp platforms. The famous data silos are finally getting overcome with Mapp, now we can help customers centralize data from all over the company in one place. What do you like best?

In a research study, where ethics are so incredibly crucial for the analysis to be sent to an institution, this software is incredibly useful. It helps protect and analyze the data we collected without worrying anything would be compromised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because a lot of the content is personalized, I'm assuming this is fairly pricey software which isn't helpful for smaller companies to be able to use this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was solving the acquisition and analysis portion of the research project I was working on. As I previously mentioned, we were able to make sure the data was secure and this was included in our proposal/ wrap up that was sent to the California Institute of Intelligence and Telecommunications. What do you like best?

One of the best thing about Teradata is the need of "Big data" management, since handle and adjust enormous of data is not easy. Teradata has well index and accurate data in real time, you can edit in bulk with a few of clicks, since they have an easy to understand workflow and user guide. What do you dislike?

Updates sometimes come with unstable and error for some function. And, even though I said they have an understandable guideline, It still take a time to learn and apply the system.

What do you like best?

I really like how simple Teradata is to use. Compared to tools I've used in the past, such as Workamajig, it's very clean and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that the "save" and "close" buttons are so close together because if you accidentally close the task before you meant to, the whole activity has to be restarted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
