What do you like best about Mailsuite?

What I appreciate about Mailtrack is its ability to provide valuable insights on email engagement. It allows me to track the status of my emails, such as whether they have been opened or clicked. Additionally, I find it helpful to determine if a conversation is currently active and receiving a lot of attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailsuite?

One aspect that I find disappointing is that the pro version of Mailtrack does not include the mail merge feature. Previously, I was able to utilize mail merge within the pro version, but unfortunately, it is no longer available. To access the mail merge functionality, an upgrade to the Advanced plan is required. What do you like best about Mailsuite?

Mailtrack is a good tool that has allowed me to track every email I sent for my clients. It tells me either if the customer received my email or if my customer read it. It's very useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailsuite?

The fact that I dislike about mailtrack is that it does not have a mobile app so it means that whenever you send an email from you phone then that email will not be tracked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
