This was the only tool I found that allowed me to export all the e-mail correspondence I accummulated in 6.5 years of working as a professor at one university, when I was moving to another university. Outlook for Mac wasn't allowing me to get my mails, and IT support was not helpful. I tried various things, and none worked. Finally I hit on this, and with some astoundingly good e-mail support, I found a way. Thanks to this software, I managed to keep all that mail. I really appreciate it. The application automatically backs up all my emails. I have used some more similar applications of this category in the recent past. None of them had this option. I had to either back them up manually, or had to turn my system on for a fixed 10 minutes at a fixed time every day. This was about Archiving my emails.

Mail Backup X was the only application that offered backup of my emails as well. It has features like Mirror Backup and Auto USB copy to secure my emails in a far better way.
