**What do you like best about MaestroRS for ServiceNow?**

Ease of use. Friendly staff and business friendly.  Starting our configuration and testing next month.  More to come...

No dislikes as of now. Starting our configuration and testing next month, so I'll need to come back and update this field.

**What problems is MaestroRS for ServiceNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a audit finding and need to address it quickly.  Also, we would like to keep to one platform

**What do you like best about MaestroRS for ServiceNow?**

It is a module right in the instance, and able to configure it without much assistance from the vendor

**What do you dislike about MaestroRS for ServiceNow?**

The main interface is a separate web page but not really used since most configuration is easier to access right through the module

**What problems is MaestroRS for ServiceNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better configuration of disaster recover planning.  Better sharing of information across teams
