What do you like best about Corcentric?

The speed in getting through invoicing and also the update of being able to search past invoices from the current vendor you are working on without having to get out of the workflow. What do you like best about Corcentric?

The software markets itself as a solution for increased productivity by automating both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. While the platform is presented a visually appealing website and the team clearly demonstrated a certain level of effort, results may vary on the actual performance, experience and value delivered. What do you dislike about Corcentric?

To begin with, the lack of fundamental accounting knowledge within this company is genuinely alarming—especially considering that accounting is the foundation of their entire business model. It’s comparable to walking into a McDonald’s and discovering that an employee has never heard of a burger.

Equally troubling is the apparent absence of managerial oversight. One would reasonably expect that when an employee encounters a recurring issue, it would be escalated appropriately. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. Instead, staff appear content to repeat the same process endlessly with no resolution—echoing the classic definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

As for customer support—there is virtually none. The experience is defined by unprofessional, non-collaborative email exchanges that make even the simplest inquiries a challenge. Given the abundance of competitors in this space that offer greater functionality, higher efficiency, better support, and—surprisingly—lower pricing, it's difficult to understand how this company remains viable. What do you like best about Corcentric?

Corcentric's single platform covers the entire eProcurement lifecycle. It takes care of everything including purchase accounts payable and invoice processing/supplier management. This do-it-all tool simplifies the workflow and cuts time on the task in half as well as shuffling between various programmes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corcentric?

Corcentric also is quite impressive but sometimes the user’s interface is difficult to deal with. It s a little bit complicated to get along with the new navigation and I run into some problems occasionally with the fact that not all the features are fully functioning and the loading time is slow. What do you like best about Corcentric?

I like the Support staff (Larry, Ngocand Katie) and the CSMs we have been assigned and worked with (David, Julian and Liz). I really appreciate Phillip Thiel--as he is the only one who, in a short amount of time, has asked enough questions to get the necessary understanding of what our need or requirement was. It was not a quick 'no--you would need Professional Services' or 'the module is not configured so you can't do it' to 'this will require a change request and so talk to your CSM' to 'it was a bug but we decided it's a feature enhancement so tough luck'. It was always 'what is it really that you are trying to accomplish' to 'there is a better way of doing it based on information I have gathered from your testing/instance'. He made things happen. I think the team up with David Pala has been the best thing--if not the only thing that has worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corcentric?

The product--to me, is still Determine. So, I can't say I dislike Corcentric. I think that there has not been any significant and new features--for me to say 'I like what they have done'. It's just been rebranded. It is unfortunate that everyone's hands are tied as Corcentric does not seem to be willing to develop Determine as much as it needs to be--it is still the way it was from the beginning:

We find the implementation process of Corcentric's solutions to be complex, time-consuming and expensive-- especially when integrating with existing systems or accommodating unique organizational requirements.

As much as Corcentric offers a range of solutions, the level of customization available is limited and therefore does not meet our specific needs or preferences.

The unavoidable steep learning curve to get familiar with Corcentric's platform impacts productivity and efficiency in the short term (6 months to over a year especially due to the lack of updated and enough documentation)--and these are users who have used Procurement and Finance software prior.

Integrating Corcentric's solutions with existing systems or third-party applications posed challenges--API was almost useless and a blackbox.

As much as Customer Support services were available and the staff were cordial, there wasn't much accomplished or 'solved'. No transparency. Short. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
