**What do you like best about Corcentric?**

It is an comprehensive software solution which provides solution from solution to payment and it is designed to automate and centralize procurement activities which includes all the P2P activities, sourcing and bidding, purchasing and invoice reconcillation. Some of the best thing which we like about it has reduced the overall cost by 10%.

**What do you dislike about Corcentric?**

While implementing one should take care of the cost for the smaller organization. Our team has also faced some issues with the customer support wherein we faced some delay in issue resolution and difficulty in reaching them.

**What problems is Corcentric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a complete solution from source-to-pay cycle which includes initial supplier engagement to final payment and process standardization. By implementing this solution, it has enhanced our procurement efficiency, reduce costs, mitigate risks, and improve supplier relationships.

**What do you like best about Corcentric?**

The speed in getting through invoicing and also the update of being able to search past invoices from the current vendor you are working on without having to get out of the workflow. Their customer support is quick and efficient. I use Corcentric daily, so it is important for an easy to use software.

**What do you dislike about Corcentric?**

Not being able to "begin work" or decline invoices in your indexing.

**What problems is Corcentric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to view previous invoices from the vendor you are working with has been a beneficial upgrade recently. Otherwise, no serious problems currently.

**What do you like best about Corcentric?**

The software markets itself as a solution for increased productivity by automating both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. While the platform is presented a visually appealing website and the team clearly demonstrated a certain level of effort, results may vary on the actual performance, experience and value delivered.

**What do you dislike about Corcentric?**

To begin with, the lack of fundamental accounting knowledge within this company is genuinely alarming—especially considering that accounting is the foundation of their entire business model. It’s comparable to walking into a McDonald’s and discovering that an employee has never heard of a burger.

Equally troubling is the apparent absence of managerial oversight. One would reasonably expect that when an employee encounters a recurring issue, it would be escalated appropriately. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. Instead, staff appear content to repeat the same process endlessly with no resolution—echoing the classic definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

As for customer support—there is virtually none. The experience is defined by unprofessional, non-collaborative email exchanges that make even the simplest inquiries a challenge. Given the abundance of competitors in this space that offer greater functionality, higher efficiency, better support, and—surprisingly—lower pricing, it's difficult to understand how this company remains viable.

Not only did they fail to resolve existing issues, but they also introduced additional problems that didn’t previously exist.

Apart from the P2P, the other modules are not completely satisfactory. The contract module is too complex. The version upgrades throughout the year are time-consuming and a source of dissatisfaction. Strengthen accounting expertise at the support level.

**What do you like best about Corcentric?**

Corcentric's single platform covers the entire eProcurement lifecycle. It takes care of everything including purchase accounts payable and invoice processing/supplier management. This do-it-all tool simplifies the workflow and cuts time on the task in half as well as shuffling between various programmes.

**What do you dislike about Corcentric?**

Corcentric also is quite impressive but sometimes the user’s interface is difficult to deal with. It s a little bit complicated to get along with the new navigation and I run into some problems occasionally with the fact that not all the features are fully functioning and the loading time is slow. Hence i oftentimes have to work along narrow frames or think of manual workarounds.

**What problems is Corcentric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corcentric has really made our assumptions about financial transaction processes out of date by automizing the manual data entry and making financial processes less complicated for us. It means that there are fewer errors, higher level of efficiency in processing times and increased transparency of our financial health. The freed up time enabling us to concentrate on strategic initiatives of prioritized value.

**What do you like best about Corcentric?**

I like the Support staff (Larry, Ngocand Katie) and the CSMs we have been assigned and worked with (David, Julian and Liz). I really appreciate Phillip Thiel--as he is the only one who, in a short amount of time, has asked enough questions to get the necessary understanding of what our need or requirement was. It was not a quick 'no--you would need Professional Services' or 'the module is not configured so you can't do it' to 'this will require a change request and so talk to your CSM' to 'it was a bug but we decided it's a feature enhancement so tough luck'. It was always 'what is it really that you are trying to accomplish' to 'there is a better way of doing it based on information I have gathered from your testing/instance'. He made things happen. I think the team up with David Pala has been the best thing--if not the only thing that has worked.

**What do you dislike about Corcentric?**

The product--to me, is still Determine. So, I can't say I dislike Corcentric. I think that there has not been any significant and new features--for me to say 'I like what they have done'. It's just been rebranded. It is unfortunate that everyone's hands are tied as Corcentric does not seem to be willing to develop Determine as much as it needs to be--it is still the way it was from the beginning:

We find the implementation process of Corcentric's solutions to be complex, time-consuming and expensive-- especially when integrating with existing systems or accommodating unique organizational requirements.

As much as Corcentric offers a range of solutions, the level of customization available is limited and therefore does not meet our specific needs or preferences.

The unavoidable steep learning curve to get familiar with Corcentric's platform impacts productivity and efficiency in the short term (6 months to over a year especially due to the lack of updated and enough documentation)--and these are users who have used Procurement and Finance software prior.

Integrating Corcentric's solutions with existing systems or third-party applications posed challenges--API was almost useless and a blackbox.

As much as Customer Support services were available and the staff were cordial, there wasn't much accomplished or 'solved'. No transparency. Short.

**What problems is Corcentric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am an Admin and not an actual business user. To what I need as an Admin, I do not have the necessary access level. The bad part is I am not given access to all the modules' features, functionalities, the builder tool, et al. No one has taken the time to provide an overview or birdseye view of the system or entire platform per module....I mean, if there was documentation I don't see this as a necessity but there isn't or it is not enough (mostly outdated ones from Determine). With Support not being transparent and unwilling to explain things as to how it pertains to us or our instance and situation, it really makes it impossible for us to even consider using the system more. So, to date, it is just a repository of contracts and contract documents.

The most helpful part is visibility. We easily can see what we have spent, with significant details for each transaction.

**What do you dislike about Corcentric?**

Not a complaint with the product, more that we have not yet utilized all capabilities. For example, our company doesn't yet have purchase orders. This would help us better use Cor products.

Going paperless was the first and still best improvement. 
Audit trails are also beneficial.

I don't like that I keep having to scroll to see a drop down after I have entered my data.  The screen should remain stationary so I can continue without having to scroll a second time to see the drop down information.

The teams running support are very responsive when problems arise.

Corcentric is incredibly granular and customizable, but it's prone to bugs with each new version implemented, especially for customizations.

Corcentric has allowed us to reduce manual entry of invoices by at least 80%, this benefits myself and my team with working on higher level tasks during the AP cycle.

This system really is the best of all worlds. Each module integrates with eachother and offers flexibility.

For internal catalogs they do not have dynamic fields. This isn’t horrible because punch out catalogs are better.

This platform has transformed our paper and email based systems for supplier on boarding and contracts. We are also able to have one P2P system.

Customer support could respond a bit quicker, but in the end they always follow up in a relatively reasonable amount of time.

The UI was pretty good.
The Approvals process was easy to set up
Reporting functionality was excellent
Security features were flawless

Performance was a nightmare
Creating a contract process and managing it was difficult

By using CLM we solved the loss of contract issue. Selectica kept track on where the contract is and at what stage
