**Describe the project or task HAYS helped with:**

Staffing and recruitment interaction for one of the onshore client requirement queries. 

**What do you like best about HAYS?**

The candidates were good enough to explain the technical expects and were ready to relocate themself. 

**What do you dislike about HAYS?**

First of all, you tell them the name of the person whom you want to speak, they never pick up the phone. After that, you leave a voice message but late response.

**Recommendations to others considering HAYS:**

Be a good communicator 

**What problems is HAYS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clients onshore technical recruitment and not much profitability we got from them.
