**What do you like best about LoudCrowd?**

I like that you can categorize mentions which helps us measure performance of each level of our ambassador program. 

The platform is also great for identifying best performing UGC content that we can reshare on our social channels.

**What do you dislike about LoudCrowd?**

Content has to be tagged or using our brand handle in order to be tracked, it would be great if we could add more phrases such as product names and to be able to track brand mentions when our handle hasn't been officially tagged.

Being able to track our brand mentions of customers and ambassadors and measure performance over different time periods.

Its nice that LoudCrowd does the backend work of approving customer posts. Also nice that we get the rights to use the UGC for marketing purposes

**What do you dislike about LoudCrowd?**

The idea behind it is great but it tough to keep affiliates engaged after they get their reward. Price per month is a little on the high side

Helps get our brand name in front of people that would otherwise not hear about us. Uses our own customers as marketing tools

**What do you like best about LoudCrowd?**

I love how LoudCrowd allows our brand to cultivate relationships with consumers who don't qualify for higher-level advocacy and influencer programs. It lets everyone feel involved.

**What do you dislike about LoudCrowd?**

I do have to closely monitor to make sure rewards aren't unjustly issued, consumers who follow rules are appropriately sent rewards, etc.

**What problems is LoudCrowd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lots of consumers aren't a good fit for advocacy/influencer programs but still want to be involved with the brand. LoudCrowd solves this problem for us.

I like that it's a unique way to drive brand love and engagement. It's a fairly simple platform and easy to navigate.

I think the overall support could be a bit better.

It's helping us find a unique, incentivizing way to drive UGC and positive brand sentiment. We are hoping to collect more reviews and product stories so this is helping drive that.

**What do you like best about LoudCrowd?**

The Loudcrowd team is highly knowledgeable about their program (duh!), but they are also available and excited to discuss any questions we have had so far. They are attentive to their clients, which goes a long way in an industry like this. Big shoutout to the program as well - super user-friendly and has excellent insights!

**What do you dislike about LoudCrowd?**

My feedback for dislikes is mainly that I wish they had the ability to save Stories after they expired (I know it's against the Instagram guidelines), but I miss Stories on the weekend that I wish that I would have saved.

**What problems is LoudCrowd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For a smaller marketing and social media team that doesn't have the bandwidth to engage with influencers, it solves that problem. It's SUCH a great tool for organizing and reaching out to these people.

Our brand enjoys working with LoudCrowd because their UGC ambassador Program allows us to grow and cultivate our community on social media.

The downside of LoudCrowd is that they are not internal to our team so we cannot hoard their expertise!

LoudCrowd has made it feasible for us to curate and ambassador program which has increased our reach on social media platforms and they have directed us towards trends that result in higher conversions.

The team who represents the platform is great. They are flexible around meetings and super responsive when we have questions! It is also a super easy platform to navigate.

If your marketing team cannot push it on their side, it is harder to grow the program efficiently. We also launched in Q4, which was more challenging with everything else going on!

We have many customers that want to work with us - Loudcrowd has enabled us to reward our top customers and fans with site credits. It's really helped us collect great UGC that we can use across our marketing.

**What do you dislike about LoudCrowd?**

Loudcrowd has worked well for us but it's been a slower burn than we thought to get people into our program. It takes some effort to get this in front of customers.

Connecting with our customers that are not a fit for our influencer program. It's an automated way for us to reward customers for posting! It also helps us get UGC for a low cost!

The onboarding for Loudcrowd was very easy and allowed us to get our ambassador program off the ground very quickly. The team was always available for questions, suggestions, best practices, etc. I feel like we're in good hands!

**What do you dislike about LoudCrowd?**

At this time, everything is running smoothly. The only hiccups have been on our side and the Loudcrowd team has been available to troubleshoot along the way. The integration with Braze has been a bit troublesome.

Getting a UGC and ambassador program off the ground very quickly. The platform easily manages our customers, incentives, creative, reporting, and more. It's great that it's all in one place.

LoudCrowd has been highly instrumental in helping our brand grow its UGC and marketing footprints. Our reach has grown exponentially since we first started using LoudCrowd.

The only downside is that we didn't find this platform sooner! We were utilizing multiple platforms that did not track usage as well as LoudCrowd does.

**What do you like best about LoudCrowd?**

I would definitely recommend LoudCrowd to a friend/colleague as their services have really helped us to identify and organise UGC and new talent. My favourite part of the platform is the ability to to track IG feed post and story stats for key campaigns, as it has helped us to prove the return on investment for our influencer activity.

**What do you dislike about LoudCrowd?**

The only downside is that the platform is currently unable to track Reels, so this still has to be done manually. I know this is something the team are looking into, so hopefully Reel content will also be able to be tracked in the platform in future.

**Recommendations to others considering LoudCrowd:**

My advice would be to jump on a call with a representative from the LoudCrowd team, they're all lovely and will be able to navigate you through the platform, showing you all the benefits of the features and how they can help you take your UGC to the next level.

**What problems is LoudCrowd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We aren't currently solving any problems. Tracking IG stories was a big thing for us and the team have helped to bring this feature to life, which has been hugely beneficial for us.

**What do you like best about LoudCrowd?**

Getting a quick snapshot of how our organic social is performing has been eye-opening and so awesome to see. It also has given us great insights on our influencers posting and spotting customers of ours who might be great influencers or creators themselves.

**What do you dislike about LoudCrowd?**

When we first joined, there were some admin tasks that only our representative could do and Tik Tok was not quite finished. However, they are always pushing updates to the platform that improve the experience and their Tik Tok integration has been great so there's little to want or need at this point.

**Recommendations to others considering LoudCrowd:**

It's more affordable than other platforms, they're always improving, the team is nice and helpful, and you don't need to spend more than 5 mins in the platform (if you don't want to) to get what you need.

**What problems is LoudCrowd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've solved the problem of bringing on influencers and not knowing how they're performing. We can clearly see who's posting and who our best influencers are.

The best benefit we've realized is how many of our customers are posting about us. Without LoudCrowd, you don't know the true volume of posts and impressions you're getting from your organic customers and I'd bet you'd be surprised with what you find. It has also given us new benchmarks to track so we can monitor the effectiveness of some of our marketing campaigns.

Loudcrowd has been a great resource for us. We have been able to bring on over 1000 active members and gain lots of UGC. We enjoy being able to connect with ur customers in a different way and reward them for posting on their social media.

I generally like Loudcrowd. If I could make it better I would allow having multiple campaigns within the same group of people. I also think having a user dashboard would be very helpful for the members of our Loucrowd community so they can keep track of their content.

This solved the problem of an ambassador program for us. We wanted a different solution that rewarded our customers without giving them a discount code and rewarding them for conversions. UGC is more valuable and trackable.

What is most helpful is how I can get assistance from their team asap! Without a long wait. I also enjoy how they simplify the backend without making it super confusing or hard to understand. You don't need to be an A+ in reading analytics when it comes to their platform.

**What do you dislike about LoudCrowd?**

Social media has transformed greatly. There are a lot of integrations that should be added at a much faster rate. They need a team to collect UGC content for their clients on the weekends. Most stores are only open Mon.-Fri. They should recognize that and realize how much of a burden they would help their clients.

The problem I am solving is making sure I can see all content coming through with the platforms they offer.The benefits is that they make super easy to receive the content without having to do alot.

For us, one of the most useful things about loudcrowd is that we use it to identify influencers that we can then communicate with, if we're not able to gift there is so much gained from simple communication. It means we can find the people who love our brand and engage with their content easily .

It is great that LoudCrowd can assist with the whole process of setting it up and are always quick to answer when we have an issue. I also like how we can easily download or member content.

**What do you dislike about LoudCrowd?**

The downside of LoudCrowd is not having the features we would like available. As we would love to be able to count our Tik Tok user's posts towards their rewards to level up.

Easy to use interface. Easy overview of user generated content. The ranking of their performance is also a great feature.

Unfortunately, Loudcrowd doesn't recognize other content formats such as reels, stories, videos – as these are also essential for visibility and IG's algorithm to extend reach. Customers who create these type of content aren't eligible for rewards and therefore won't be motivated to create content.

Nice platform for the management of loyalty programs. Take into consideration limitations on the type of content though.

**What do you like best about LoudCrowd?**

LoudCrowd is unmatched. I have managed influencer and ambassador marketing on the brand side for 5 years, and I wish I'd had the LoudCrowd software and their team from the start. 

At Dropps, a sustainable green cleaning brand, we needed a better way to engage our community. We received UGC and reviews on social pretty frequently, but we had no way to track it, or know who our most engaged organic brand advocates were past anecdotal knowledge. 

LoudCrowd completely flipped this for us. With their team, we built a completely out-of-the-box Brand Ambassador program focused on rewarding Dropps Ambassadors for creating UGC, tracking key analytics within the program, and establishing a clear way to measure the program's value. Their team helped us brainstorm and manage everything from the program's launch plan to email flows to sourcing new ambassadors and more.

We were also able to completely tailor the program to our brand needs:
- We rewarded only Instagram and TikTok posts (we plan to add Instagram Stories)
- We structured three rewards tiers to:
  * Award ambassadors for UGC
  * Introduce Ambassadors to our loyalty programs (Dropps Points on our website)
  * Launch new products with our most engaged Ambassadors
  * And build a branded experience for our brand advocates to engage with

In short, LoudCrowd helped over triple our monthly UGC volume for social photos and videos. We've welcomed over 1,000 ambassadors to the program within four months of the initial launch in October. At an ROI of over 100%, the tool completely paid for itself within the first three months, and will continue to pay for itself as our program grows.

The only tricky thing (and this goes for any tool) is encouraging and ensuring quality content. Even with "post inspiration" examples published on our website and in email flows,  you can't always ensure 100% stellar content. But that's a natural part of any ambassador program!
