"Easy-to-Use Patch Management and Remote Support in One Powerful Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Combining patch management with a remote support feature makes this product especially useful. It’s easy to use, so it isn’t a challenge even for junior staff, and they shouldn’t struggle to get up to speed. It also integrates multiple business units onto a single platform and, in my experience, outperforms most products available on the market.

Providing remote IT support through it is straightforward, and onboarding new admins onto the platform feels seamless. It’s also a steal given its low pricing. With the newly added AI features, the job gets done even faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
