I've worked with a couple of account managers at LiveClicker and they are consistently reliable and willing to do whatever it takes to help us execute any new campaigns we want to launch. On our biweekly touch bases they also keep us up to date with new releases and examples of new campaigns we can introduce. We like being able to update content after it's been sent. We like creating more interactive content than we've had in the past. It has allowed us to think more creatively about the emails we send out, rethinking all of our templates. The ability to update links after the fact is great. The ability to scrape the website to show the most up to date content is very helpful. I'd like to be able to type anything onto a Liveimage without needing a field - this would allow us to replicate designs without needing new jobs creatied by our design team. I'd like to be able to format more things in one line on a Liveimage such as easily superscripting a dollar sign. I'd like to be able to target devices that have Dark Mode turned on. We've had countless technical issues with this platform. Their support is decent, so with a lot of the problems we've had, we have submitted support tickets, and their support team goes and mysteriously fixes something on the back-end. For example, on multiple occasions when we have uploaded images to use with the liveslides product, the image files mysteriously become corrupted and have to be fixed by support using the same original image that we uploaded directly through their platform. This causes delays with campaigns and is also just annoying to have to work with support every time we want to get something done. We have had a ton of problems with the embedded video tool and haven't even gotten a resolution from support on it. We deployed one big campaign with an embedded video, and then got a flood of complaints form our audience about the video autoplaying with sound turned on, when we clearly set it in the platform to autoplay with sound muted. In this case, their support hasn't even been able to tell us why it happened or give us a resolution, which is really frustrating. It makes the tool sort of useless if we can't trust it. Why have the mute option in the platform if it doesn't work??
They also have contract terms that are not very clear. Read your contract carefully and makes sure you negotiate removal of auto-renewal and other unfavorable terms in their contract. They are not easy to do business with from that perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
