What do you like best?

Have significantly improved engagement metrics across email campaigns where the codes are used. We also have the ability to launch and measure different types of campaigns like timers in email, sliders, tying in forecast with product merchandising and so much more. What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

There have been some issues in the past, but my Account Manager has always gone above and beyond to make it right. No issue goes unnoticed. They respond very quickly to issues and problems you have and are always willing to help troubleshoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

There are so many different features that can be used both alone and in tandem to create fully engaging and conversion driving emails.

The features are very user-friendly with many of our team not only being able to but actually enjoying creating some of the many features available with Liveclicker.

The ongoing support we have received from our account manager has been amazing, from reviewing performance to thinking of innovative ideas - they have been a godsend!

What do you dislike?

It would be great if it was easier to dd custom styling to all features (without knowledge of coding).

-Driving urgency and therefore conversion with promotions.

-Adding engaging content such as videos to emails - our proposition can't just be summed up in words and video in email has made brand awareness and understanding that much easier.

We are solving lots of problems with them. They help create sense of urgency with the timers. The weather element helps us be realtime with factors outside of our control. Videos, slides, & liveimage help us provide more meaningful content to our guests. We can personalize a lot of the elements with our own data. What do you like best?

I love the ability to have method to try to engage subscribers with content in different methods. Which ultimately allows us to get our points across better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

In a perfect world, I would like to be able to collect data from liveclicker elements such as polls at an unique email level versus unique user id. Those id numbers does not match our database so we are not utilizing the data to its fullest potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The possibilities are great! They have lots of fun examples of different ideas on their website to get your ideas flowing. Fairly easy to use, as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For my industry, the uses have been limited. Would be great for a retail business, though! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you work in a retail space and do lots of promotions, this would be a great tool. Maps would be great for people whose customer base is not heavy Gmail or Yahoo - ours is very heavily skewed to those two, so the maps don't work well - showing "nearby" locations is practically impossible because these two email clients will show customer locations as their headquarters, which is not helpful. We've mostly used slideshows, which get people's attention in our emails. We'd like to use maps if they are able to accurately determine the user's location even with gmail or yahoo. Add to Calendar is something we want to try and implement soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I've worked with a couple of account managers at LiveClicker and they are consistently reliable and willing to do whatever it takes to help us execute any new campaigns we want to launch. On our biweekly touch bases they also keep us up to date with new releases and examples of new campaigns we can introduce. The tool itself is easy to use and whenever we need assistance support is always willing to help with a pretty fast turnaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I find myself not using the reporting tool inside the platform (I use the metrics on our ESP instead), because it can take a while to load as well as seeing a large discrepancy in the KPIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've never used any other competitor but I've heard reviews that LIveClicker uses the same features (they're highly competitive in the market) at a more affordable price from colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) We've managed to align branding guidelines in our Loyalty & daily Marketing emails to provide our customers with a personalized experience.

2) We've had some issues with our product feeds and we utilize a LiveFeed/LiveScrape to instead pull from products live on our website to ensure we are displaying products with enough inventory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

We like being able to update content after it's been sent. We like creating more interactive content than we've had in the past. It has allowed us to think more creatively about the emails we send out, rethinking all of our templates. The ability to update links after the fact is great. The ability to scrape the website to show the most up to date content is very helpful. The support has been great and we are always able to ask questions and render our emails to see how they appear across all devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I'd like to be able to type anything onto a Liveimage without needing a field - this would allow us to replicate designs without needing new jobs creatied by our design team. I'd like to be able to format more things in one line on a Liveimage such as easily superscripting a dollar sign. I'd like to be able to target devices that have Dark Mode turned on. Liveclicker has great support and a good pricing structure, compared to when we looked at Movable Ink. They seem to have an easier platform for our needs as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've had a few occasions where the wrong group of guests received a targeted email. We were able to switch out content after the fact so they would see the correct content. We know that since it's an image, it will show correctly across multiple devices. We've adapted our templates to be Responsive and was an easy transition. We're able to target different content to show on different devices for iPhone vs. Android, as well as target their language settings to show the most accurate language. What do you like best?

Their blog email scraper is the only part of the platform we have used that actually works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We've had countless technical issues with this platform. Their support is decent, so with a lot of the problems we've had, we have submitted support tickets, and their support team goes and mysteriously fixes something on the back-end. For example, on multiple occasions when we have uploaded images to use with the liveslides product, the image files mysteriously become corrupted and have to be fixed by support using the same original image that we uploaded directly through their platform. This causes delays with campaigns and is also just annoying to have to work with support every time we want to get something done. We have had a ton of problems with the embedded video tool and haven't even gotten a resolution from support on it. We deployed one big campaign with an embedded video, and then got a flood of complaints form our audience about the video autoplaying with sound turned on, when we clearly set it in the platform to autoplay with sound muted. In this case, their support hasn't even been able to tell us why it happened or give us a resolution, which is really frustrating. It makes the tool sort of useless if we can't trust it. Why have the mute option in the platform if it doesn't work??

They also have contract terms that are not very clear. Read your contract carefully and makes sure you negotiate removal of auto-renewal and other unfavorable terms in their contract. They are not easy to do business with from that perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- We adopted this tool to try to make our emails stand out in the inbox and increase engagement in the email channel. This product on the surface seems to offer the functionality to do that, but they don't deliver on it. The product needs serious work before it's usable at all. As it is today, it's completely useless for achieving that objective.

What do you like best?
