"Easy Job Applications and Accurate Recommendations on Linkedin"
5/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

I’ve actually had a pretty solid experience using LinkedIn for job searching. It’s super easy to navigate, and I like that I can apply to some jobs really quickly without having to redo my whole resume every time. The job recommendations are usually pretty accurate too, which saves me a lot of time scrolling. I also like being able to see more about the company and even the people who work there before applying,it makes everything feel a little more transparent. The only thing I’d say is that sometimes there are a lot of duplicate or outdated listings, so you have to filter through a bit. It’s definitely one of the better platforms I’ve used to look for jobs and network at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

"The First Stop for Job Hunting with Powerful Search and Filters"
5/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

These days it has become the first stop when recruiting or job hunting. With a wide array of industries advertising, including online, hybrid, and traditional. Search and filter options are also varied and useful, especially with the relative search being performed, making it easy to find jobs, positions, and locations you are looking for (including worldwide). Likelihood of compatibility is also becoming more useful but is still very much a 'work in progress.' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

The sheer quantity of results can be overwhelming, especially if the wrong options are used. The same jobs also come up a lot even when you use the option to stop sending it. Sometimes adverts are literally 'live' for only a few hours or 'no longer available' but not removed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Linkedin Job Search The Go to app for job search and network building"
4/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

Linkedin job search helped me in finding many internships related to my interests areas. The feature of filtering job search as per location, type, place, size, etc helps me to find exactly the type of company I am looking for. The best thing about Linkedin Job search is it has made my search for job way easier representing all about a company, it's size, and which company is looking for a position I am interested in. I can also get to know how many alumni from my college are working at a specific company. This helps me to figure out that I can potentially meet people who have same background as me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

The downsides about this app are that there are many profiles on LinkedIn Job search that are fake. It has become difficult to identify the fake profiles. I have received many connections from fake profiles which I identify based on their description, work experience, and the certifications. These profiles are a hindrance for someone who is genuinely looking to build a great network on LinkedIn Job search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Reliable Platform for Finding the Right Opportunities"
5/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

LinkedIn Job Search is very easy to use and doesn’t require any complex setup, so the implementation is simple. I use it almost daily because the job alerts and recommendations keep me updated with relevant opportunities. The wide number of features, like filters, “Easy Apply,” and company insights, make the process efficient and save time. I also like how it integrates smoothly with my LinkedIn profile and network, showing if I have connections in a company before applying. This helps me apply more confidently and increases my chances of getting noticed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

Sometimes the job recommendations are not very accurate, and I see roles outside my skills or location. A few postings are repeated or outdated but still appear in search results. While the features are great, some advanced ones like detailed applicant insights are only available with a premium plan, which may not be affordable for everyone. Also, customer support could be more responsive when it comes to reporting fake or expired job postings. Apart from that, the overall experience is smooth, and I find it very reliable for regular job searching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful All-in-One Platform for Smart and Strategic Job Searching"
4/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

What I like most about LinkedIn Job Search is how it brings networking and job discovery together in one place. It not only highlights relevant openings based on my profile and skills, but also lets me see mutual connections, company insights, and recruiter activity. The “Easy Apply” feature saves time, and the personalized job recommendations help surface opportunities that closely match my experience. I also appreciate being able to research companies, view employee profiles, and engage with industry content, which makes the job search feel more strategic and intentional rather than purely transactional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

One thing I dislike about LinkedIn Job Search is the intense competition and the lack of clear response visibility. Many postings show hundreds of applicants, which makes it hard to stand out. On top of that, not every employer consistently updates application statuses, so it’s often unclear whether a role is still under review or if the process has moved on. I also find that job recommendations can become repetitive or not fully aligned with more niche skills, which means I have to do extra filtering to surface the most relevant opportunities.
