# Which Healthcare Commercial Intelligence solutions maintain the most accurate and up-to-date contact and organizational data?

I’d separate contact freshness from organizational freshness because healthcare makes both difficult in different ways. A physician’s role can change while the facility remains the same, but systems can also merge, acquire practices, rename departments, or change affiliations while individual contacts stay put. I’d sample both: verify people against current roles and then trace whether the platform correctly represents the hierarchy between practices, facilities, health systems, and parent organizations. A current email attached to the wrong organization can be just as costly as a stale contact.
