We primarily have one facilitator (Jennifer Allen), but have also worked with a few other facilitators. They all create a learning environment that makes participants feel comfortable and open to sharing. In addition to using LifeLabs for company-wide trainings, I have also done the LifeLabs membership, which I thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend. However, as LifeLabs rolls out new trainings, I do not want to purchase another membership for one or two trainings. It would be helpful if LifeLabs offered a discounted membership/rate for people who have already had a membership if they would like to take some of the new trainings. There isn’t anything I strongly dislike, but if I had to choose one area for improvement, it would be the limited time available in each session.
