I appreciate using Levanta across Amazon brands as a sales growth lever, as it opens doors to creator relationships that wouldn't exist otherwise. I can easily communicate back-and-forth with creators, notify them about new product launches and promotions, and foster ongoing partnerships through private commissions and bonus payouts. It provides a vast pool of influencers ready to be introduced to the brand, making it easy to activate affiliates for posting content that drives traffic and conversions. I find it an indispensable communications resource for announcements, updates, and optimal times to post. The ease of use is fantastic, and I love being able to preview creator profiles through link-outs to assess if they're a good match for the brand. The groups feature allows me to manage and organize large lists of creators and track mass communications effectively, optimizing my workflow. The whole experience with Levanta was really bad. They oversold during the sales process, promising great affiliates and publishers, but the ones that seemed relevant never responded. We got overwhelmed with many irrelevant publishers. I would rate them one out of 10. During several months, we didn't get any clicks or add to carts, which felt like a complete waste of time. When we asked for a refund, they refused but dissolved our agreement. They have a lot of giant corporations and publishers but not the grassroots affiliates they claimed. The whole experience felt like a nasty waste of time, and the software seemed like complete garbage. They want high commission rates, which was ridiculous.
