"Customer one view is the key for improving efficiency"

What do you like best?

customization is the best thing I like about Lemnisk. I am able to have product that can be moulded as per my requirement to achieve my goals.

What do you dislike?

Reporting dashboard is a big area for improvement also the tool has to become more self serve rather then being dependent on the team for data to analyse things more

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

At Coverfox the biggest problem to solve was personalizing the user experience and having a dynamic journey with an omni channel creative approach that helps save on media cost and deliver great efficiency and better user experience. Other problem was to bridge the online to offline gap by mapping the user cookie to the CRM activities of the lead that will help improve quality of prospect and freeup call centre bandwidth that goes on non performing leads.

"Very intuitive tool and amazing customer support"

What do you like best?

We have been working with Lemnisk for more than a year now and their products and services are exemplary. They are flexible and supportive with their customer support and go the extra mile when it comes to delivering services and campaigns.

They help us with our systems and suggest new ideas for personalization campaigns as and when required.

We are very happy with their services that has contributed immensely in improving our customer experiences for both online and offline channels.

What do you dislike?

Their reporting platform was very basic, but now that has been resolved with Tableau reports, Customer One VIew and a Customer Journey builder. Very big improvement in just 2 quarters.

"Good tool to unify 1st party data"

The concept of synchronising user experience across multiple channels

The products is still evolving, but I am sure they will get there

Most of our channels were working in silos ... Lemnisk's CDP is helping to resolve that aspect, which in essence creates a powerful user experience

"Great personalization Experience. Very useful Customer Data Platform tool"

The Personalization Engine and the responsiveness and the activeness of their employees.

What do you dislike?

Nothing. This is a great product. But I think they should focus more on the Customer Data Platform and getting that implemented across companies. Their main expertise is not being exploited here.
