What do you like best?
We have been working with Lemnisk for more than a year now and their products and services are exemplary. They are flexible and supportive with their customer support and go the extra mile when it comes to delivering services and campaigns.
They help us with our systems and suggest new ideas for personalization campaigns as and when required.
We are very happy with their services that has contributed immensely in improving our customer experiences for both online and offline channels.
What do you dislike?
Their reporting platform was very basic, but now that has been resolved with Tableau reports, Customer One VIew and a Customer Journey builder. Very big improvement in just 2 quarters.
