**What do you like best about Learning Stream?**

Our team desperately needed better reporting than what our old system offered. ABC Signup offers a variety of premade reports as well as the ability to create custom ones. Also, there are many changes that can be made at the event level (rather than the global level), enabling us to charge different dollar amounts, have different course durations, etc. Also, we have a knowledgeable support person assigned to us and she is very responsive and quick to answer any questions that arise.

**What do you dislike about Learning Stream?**

The system can be a bit cumbersome at times, and the backend is not particularly pretty or user-friendly. Because there are so many options, it's difficult to remember where certain settings live. The WYSIWYG editor for events pages does not always work as expected and can be hard to wrangle for those who don't know HTML.

**Recommendations to others considering Learning Stream:**

I would recommend ABC Signup for anyone who needs to handle a variety of events. For one-off events, I would look for another service.

**What problems is Learning Stream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We switched to ABC Signup to manage our short-term summer courses. The software was easily integrated with our payment management system (CyberSource). We now have better reporting and can send more customized emails to our customers at every step of the registration process.

**What do you like best about Learning Stream?**

Great software for advanced registration management needs. The training that comes with it is nice and helpful- they give you access to multiple webinars along with live online support

**What do you dislike about Learning Stream?**

It's a little pricey at almost $400 a month STARTING but it is helpful

**Recommendations to others considering Learning Stream:**

Easy to use registration software. I highly recommend it if you host multiple events a year

**What problems is Learning Stream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Form building, online registration management, surveys and feedback. We often have events where we invite all job candidates to job fairs and this is a nice way to get everyone signed up
