Our team desperately needed better reporting than what our old system offered. ABC Signup offers a variety of premade reports as well as the ability to create custom ones. Also, there are many changes that can be made at the event level (rather than the global level), enabling us to charge different dollar amounts, have different course durations, etc. Also, we have a knowledgeable support person assigned to us and she is very responsive and quick to answer any questions that arise. The system can be a bit cumbersome at times, and the backend is not particularly pretty or user-friendly. Because there are so many options, it's difficult to remember where certain settings live. The WYSIWYG editor for events pages does not always work as expected and can be hard to wrangle for those who don't know HTML. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
