What do you like best about Lawmatics?

I like Lawmatics because it allows me to keep everything in one place. I appreciate being able to create templates to quickly generate documents that I regularly file for my clients. Lawmatics also has great service; if I have a problem or run into an issue I can't solve, they are generally able to help me get back on track very quickly. Additionally, I think the ability to create templates is incredibly helpful, as we've created well over 100 templates that work very well. very easy to use and customer support is above average. What do you dislike about Lawmatics?

I would like to be able to create a chatbot to simulate conversations with prospective clients. And also do a little bit of a better job on their document generation. no chat bot built in, but integrates with intaker, which integrates well and creates matters automatically. What do you like best about Lawmatics?

Lawmatics really stands out for how much it simplifies client intake and follow-ups. The automation tools save a ton of time, the workflows are easy to customize, and everything feels built specifically for how law firms actually operate. It helps keep leads organized, communication consistent, and the team focused on serving our clients instead of chasing admin tasks.

Lawmatics support has been outstanding. Anytime we have questions or run into an issue, their team is incredibly responsive and quick to help. They take the time to clearly explain everything in an easy-to-understand way, making problem resolution smooth and stress-free.

What do you dislike about Lawmatics?

Like any robust platform, Lawmatics has a learning curve, especially when setting up more advanced workflows and automations. However, once everything is configured, it becomes a powerful and time-saving tool, and their support team is very helpful in getting things running smoothly. I don’t outright dislike it; I just think LMPay still has a lot of room for improvement. I’m also not very happy that when I issue refunds to clients, there isn’t any refund receipt available. Instead, I still have to check with support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate Lawmatics for its ease of use. I enjoy the ability to search all names related to a specific matter and the real-time visibility in the pipeline, which shows where files are and allows the team to know our status with each client. What do you dislike about Lawmatics?

In the search block, it would be helpful if it showed a history of the last items you searched. In case you have to go right back to a specific matter. If locations entered were updated immediately. What do you like best about Lawmatics?

I really appreciated that our onboarding with Swetha went very well; she was very helpful and accommodating to all of our questions. What I like best about Lawmatics is the ease of its reporting features. It makes it easier for us to track metrics and understand our data for conversion rates, and we can also use that data to ensure our KPIs are being met. The initial setup was straightforward thanks to Swetha's assistance. What do you dislike about Lawmatics?

As of now, the only thing that is clunky is the intake fields- there are so many questions that are not relevant to our practice areas. If we could hide them, or customize that page, it would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
