What do you like best about LaunchBrightly?

LaunchBrightly fixes a fundamental problem that plagues every Customer Experience and Knowledge Management Team. Screenshot Rot.

Oftentimes, your platform is making minor changes to UI, how things work, or how they feel.

This leaves screenshots becoming stale or even rotting for months if you're a small team.

LaunchBrightly automates this process in such a simple way that it allows tasks of screenshot updates that take up valuable time, so you can be serving your members or working to improve their experience, taking little to no time.

I really can't love them enough as they've solved our screenshot issues in a friendly and professional way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LaunchBrightly?

I don't have much to say in terms of things we dislike. LaunchBrightly is a relatively newer company that has already made massive strides in providing a quality experience and tool, and is working hard every day to help improve the platform when suggestions are shared.

They are also more than willing to set up the experience for you and walk you through everything. I have had an easy time implementing LaunchBrightly into our cycles, as I have with any other platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
