I have been hunting for the right product for a while and Hexowatch was the first product I found that fit my requirements to a T. I had a couple of user based issues and the team were quick to assist in getting the setup right whilst implementing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have to make a problem to be honest as the product works well for me... Only additional wants would be the ability to trigger a phone call if X percentage of the page changes and the next check agrees a massive change. Hexowatch is a convient way to keep an eye on your own site, and competitors with a lot of detail. I like that I can get so much detail on competitor sites using AI Monitoring Tool, much more than I was before when I used followthatpage.

One benefit I had is that I found a competitor started a partner program by seeing it appear in the footer of their site. I would have probably missed that if not for Hexowatch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found there was a bit of a learning curve. The basic setup is easy, but there are many options for each monitor and most don't have clear documentation or the UI is not obvious so I wasted some credits in learning to set it up.

Also the repot on content change comes as one huge content blok so it's a little difficult to tell what text changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The new UI makes extremely simple to add URLs to the system. I mainly use it to monitor visual changes of the website I maintain. It takes a lot of time to keep every website up to date, but those updates can introduce unintended visual changes. Hexowatch comes to the rescue and keeps an eye on those pesky websites. You can set the sensitivity of the monitor, so you won't be notified for false positives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to see a bulk URL editor and a way to organize the URLs into collections or folders. In my use case I need to add 2-3 key pages of a website at least, both desktop view and mobile view. This means I have around 4-6 URL monitors minimum for a single website. These can't be re-organized on the list and you can't put them in folders, so your URL list can become a little messy. I hope this will be changed soon, since it's a feature which was requested by others too. The team is super responsive and always strives to make the product better, so it's just a matter of time till these will be changed.

Very useful and intuitive website monitoring - can use visual comparison, text comaprison etc between timepoints and then alert users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the triggers are too senstive and for visual comaprison the images do not line up and thus for dynamic websites they trigger as changes but when its not an actual change but jsut the layout changed due to the size viewed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Hexowatch monitoring extremely useful and use it often in many different ways. It is very easy to use and works quickly and efficiently, saving me a lot of time. Plus, the support is definitely one of the best I have dealt with in my life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adding a layer of action to capture changes of the website behind a login page is something awesome. Bulk monitoring pages, Domain Monitoring and really the list goes on.
