**What do you like best about Laivly?**

I like Laivly's small and compact design. I appreciate that it integrates with Salesforce, the software we use. It's great that you can adjust it as needed, and there's on-the-spot support available for both myself and my agents. I also like the knowledge base, which is useful for terminology and helping with processes. When integrating new agents, Laivly makes handling the caseload easier by taking a lot of the navigation out of completing casework. The Salesforce integration is very helpful for moving through cases faster, which speeds up production and increases our service level. The initial setup was really easy, and training was straightforward and exciting because Laivly is a cute little tool.

**What do you dislike about Laivly?**

At present, the speed was a bit of an issue. The team does have fixes in place to kinda help with the speed, but, that was the only issue is that it just takes a lot of processing speed.

**What problems is Laivly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Laivly helps me quickly find and verify order information, seamlessly imports data into Salesforce, and allows me to reject unnecessary profile information. It speeds up account verification, casework navigation, and enhances consumer support.

**What do you like best about Laivly?**

The fact that it provides all information from the contact and helps funnel everything into one section on my screen. It  allows me to review anything that was mentioned in the call. It really does allow for a quicker and smarter interaction with the customer. I love the integration and simplicity into the system and how fast it works.

It can be worked on as nothing is perfect, however I have no qualms.

**What problems is Laivly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Laivly helps contacts move quicker , more accurate, and smoother. It is able to provide a ton of information in a simple format and allow me to reference back to it afterwards.

SIDD is a highly user-friendly transcribing tool that agents use daily on every call, greatly enhancing the quality of customer support. Program software is demanding on computers. Disconnects frequently. Transcript will not properly translate words, leading into incorrect information being displayed in notes

Easy Integration: The fact that the Sidd platform integrates seamlessly with our existing tech stack—without the need for complex APIs or replatforming—meant we were up and running and seeing results much faster than we ever anticipated.

Initial Learning Curve on Advanced Features: While the basic setup is quick, it took some time for our administrators to fully explore and utilize all the advanced features within the Sidd Studio dashboard. More in-depth, self-service admin tools would be a bonus, but the support team quickly fills that gap.

**What problems is Laivly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Laivly's Sidd AI Platform solves critical contact center problems by increasing agent consistency, reducing operating costs, and speeding up agent proficiency. It achieves this primarily through its Sidd Duo agent assist feature, which provides real-time guidance, ensuring policy adherence and high-quality customer experiences. Furthermore, the platform drives efficiency by automating tedious tasks like post-call note-taking (ACW), significantly lowering Average Handle Time (AHT) and boosting overall agent productivity and satisfaction, all while integrating quickly and easily over existing contact center technology stacks.

From what I've observed- Laivly is a great and easy tool that would allow our agents easy access to knowledge base and surfacing the proper responses which helps with workflow orchestration. I also appreciate that is works well with legacy systems so that the information flows through smore easily and accessibly by agents

**What do you dislike about Laivly?**

sometimes there may be small inconsistencies based on dialects which requires the program to kind of "retry" but the performance is still strong but may require agents to adjust some of the solutions presented

**What do you like best about Laivly?**

I use Laivly primarily for SIDD transcription, where it has proven to be extremely helpful in accurately transcribing entire conversations during calls, which reduces the need for manual note-taking and helps prevent missing important details. This feature is particularly useful as it saves significant time on documentation, allowing me to focus on the caller. Another aspect of Laivly that I appreciate is its ability to generate a case note after each call. This provides a clear summary of the assistance provided to the caller, which further streamlines my work processes. The combination of these features makes Laivly an excellent tool, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone in a role that involves frequent calls and follow-up documentation. I can confidently give it a 10 out of 10 rating for recommendation.

The real-time guidance still needs some improvement.

I use Laivly to enhance customer connections through its precise conversation transcription capabilities, which significantly improves our service delivery. I love how it boosts our operational metrics by providing standardized and high-quality case notes, thereby minimizing the after-call work for agents. The ease of getting in contact with their support team and submitting feedback is a feature I really appreciate. Furthermore, I admire the diligence with which issues are addressed and resolved. Laivly's response time to inquiries is consistently timely and reassuring, which adds to the overall positive experience. I also loved working side by side with Emily during the implementation of the AI in operations.

Occasionally, SIDD presents bugs, and it has taken multiple instances of communication to get them looked at. Additionally, issues with transcription in languages other than English were reported and required up to four communications before action was taken. These challenges indicate a need for more efficient resolution processes for bug fixes and multilingual support.

**What do you like best about Laivly?**

Laivly's been an incredible partner throughout the launch. Their team is intuitive, responsive, and knowledgeable, providing amazing support to our business during the launch. Ray facilitated meetings with poise, professionalism, and was always a breath of fresh air. Kellie was ready to answer any question we had, and helped ensure training went off without a hitch. Amanda understood the technical issues and requests we raised, taking quick actions to make improvements within the tool. 
The platform itself has made a real difference in our agent and user experience, providing Turo with a much needed AI tool. Overall, launching Laivly felt seamless thanks to the teams dedication and expertise.

**What do you dislike about Laivly?**

No downsides! If I had to be picky, I would say some of the naming conventions (Sidd Spark, Spark Notes, Swift Notes) are a bit confusing.

**What do you like best about Laivly?**

When I report an Issue, the team is responsive and works on getting it fixed. I appreciate the RTGs that pop up for help while on a call. I like the case notes that can be added to the agent notes. SIDD is easy to use, and the steps to go through to report any errors is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Laivly?**

SIDD does not have proper transcriptions and sometimes records things incorrectly that were not even said on the call. This makes it hard to fix your own notes if you happen to miss something that should be documented.

**What problems is Laivly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are adding in RTGs that make it helpful on the call, so you don't have to go digging for answers.

**What do you like best about Laivly?**

From a technical standpoint, Sidd was lightweight, stable, and incredibly effective out of the box. It integrated cleanly with our environment, required minimal IT overhead, and was easy to deploy across multiple endpoints. We saw immediate performance gains—reduced handle time, improved workflow efficiency, and fewer errors during repetitive tasks. The UI was clean, and agent adoption was high without the need for ongoing training or heavy support.

**What do you dislike about Laivly?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve when first exploring everything Laivly can do, especially for teams new to automation or AI tools, and my team is. That said, the initial setup was really surprisingly smooth. The Laivly team helped guide us through the onboarding. Once we understand how everything connects, it became an incredibly powerful tool for us.

**What problems is Laivly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Team Lead in a fast-paced call center, one of our biggest challenges was ensuring consistency, speed, and accuracy across a large team of agents, especially with varying levels of experience and high turnover rates. Laivly’s AI-powered platform, Sidd, helps solve that by automating routine UI tasks that used to slow our agents down. Things like copy-pasting data between systems, toggling through multiple apps, and searching for customer context, Sidd handles all of that.

It’s like having a smart assistant working alongside every agent. It surfaces the right data at the right moment, keeps them focused in one system, and removes a lot of the friction that leads to errors or slow handle times. It also helped us standardize performance across the board, which make coaching less reactive. Agents became more confident witch makes them faster, and more accurate, without needing constant oversight.

On the backend, it’s been low-maintenance and reliable, which matters a lot when you’re running multiple shifts across different time zones. Laivly gave us a way to optimize productivity and improve customer experience without burning out our teams or increasing training time. It’s been a true game-changer for operational efficiency.

I really enjoy using the Sidd program. It helps me daily when I may miss some important information every once in a while

I dislike that Sidd thinks that I am swearing most of the time, when I do not swear at work, and I try to remain professional at all times. I also dislike how it refers to everyone as a consumer, even when they are not  consumers.

Laivly's Sidd program helps me do my job more efficiently. They also provide great support, if and when it is needed.

Laivly's agent copilot-called SIDD, which transcribes the calls and delivers real-time guidance. It helps our team navigate complex workflows quickly.

**What do you dislike about Laivly?**

SIDD is a great tool, though it still has a big room to improve in terms of accurate transcribing and giving specific real-time guidance to long calls, which has multiple complaints.

**What problems is Laivly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Laivly is a big help to our team in terms of resolution times. Prior to SIDD implementation, our team needed to transcribe the most important part of the conversation, provide resolution, and create agent notes at the same time, which led to high Average Handle Time (AHT). Now, our team can just focus on helping our customers, as SIDD is already doing the transcription and provides an agent summary for the call.

Our collaboration with Laivly has focused on the implementation and adoption of performance-driving tools. These resources have been part to our action plans for optimizing key metrics, notably Average Handle Time  and documentation. We have successfully quantified the tools' efficacy by analyzing the performance variance between adopting and non-adopting teams. Using the available reporting infrastructure provides critical trend analysis, and our ongoing partnership with Laivly ensures the tools are continuously refined to meet our specific operational demands.

**What do you dislike about Laivly?**

I have no complaints about Laivly's ongoing support, which has been both responsive and effective. The only minor hurdle we faced was at the very beginning. The initial push to drive usage and results occurred before we had fully familiarized ourselves with the platform's dashboards and resources. Ensuring users understand all the available tools before focusing on performance would make the adoption process more seamless.

First, its complete voice transcription ensures we have an accurate record of customer requests, which prevents errors and follow-up questions. Managing a large user base means we occasionally run into questions about permissions or edge-case scenarios, and I’d love even more self-serve admin tools in some areas. That said, the Laivly team is responsive and quick to help, which has made these moments easy to resolve.

**What do you like best about Laivly?**

Laivly’s team approach was to get really deep learning on our product and team that allowed them to identify issues we didn’t see ourselves and to formulate available options of solutions to them all while speaking our internal jargoned language. In brief, they found problems we didn’t know we had and told us how to fix them and spoke our language (not some technology mumbo jumbo).

**What do you dislike about Laivly?**

It took time to deploy and really see the benefits. The team was patient with building the process but it did take some time to get started.

**What problems is Laivly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First, we have been focused on resolving product issues that caused customers to contact support and we greatly improved much of our product addressing the low hanging fruit over the course of several years. But support demand still exists. It’s just that we took away all the easy scenarios from our human agents. The low handle time cases and the easy CSAT cases were now addressed by product enhancements. So we were left with our agents dealing with high handle time problems where it is difficult to follow our procedures and satisfy the customer. 

Secondly, at the same time the nature of the question types has grown in fragmentation creating a lengthy, long-tail of contact types. Some scenarios that an agent will be trained on initially, but then not encounter an example for probably every few months. It’s hard to remember the full procedure for such an infrequent process, so this requires consultation of a knowledge base to recall the process.

Finally, our agents work with a dozen plus homegrown browser based tools that require distinct logins and require navigation training as none of the UIs are consistent. 

We termed this overall scenario a “high cognitive load” for our human agents. It takes a lot to keep your mind on all of these details while also trying to listen and respond to a customer in any channel.

Agents have high handle times with calls. Customers are hard to hear and understand on call many of the times. With Sidd, the transcription allows agents to focus on hearing the customer and trying to solve their issue. Sidd's transcription has proven that agent handle time is decreasing in most cases. With Spark Notes, AI scrubs the call and immediately puts the call info into our companies formatted notes- this also trims down AHT but also provides each call - agents have the notes, they spend less time creating notes- Sidd can provide them.
