Initial Learning Curve on Advanced Features: While the basic setup is quick, it took some time for our administrators to fully explore and utilize all the advanced features within the Sidd Studio dashboard. What do you like best about Laivly?

I use Laivly primarily for SIDD transcription, where it has proven to be extremely helpful in accurately transcribing entire conversations during calls, which reduces the need for manual note-taking and helps prevent missing important details. This feature is particularly useful as it saves significant time on documentation, allowing me to focus on the caller. Another aspect of Laivly that I appreciate is its ability to generate a case note after each call. This provides a clear summary of the assistance provided to the caller, which further streamlines my work processes. The combination of these features makes Laivly an excellent tool, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone in a role that involves frequent calls and follow-up documentation. I use Laivly to enhance customer connections through its precise conversation transcription capabilities, which significantly improves our service delivery. I love how it boosts our operational metrics by providing standardized and high-quality case notes, thereby minimizing the after-call work for agents. The ease of getting in contact with their support team and submitting feedback is a feature I really appreciate. Furthermore, I admire the diligence with which issues are addressed and resolved. Occasionally, SIDD presents bugs, and it has taken multiple instances of communication to get them looked at. Additionally, issues with transcription in languages other than English were reported and required up to four communications before action was taken. Laivly's been an incredible partner throughout the launch. Their team is intuitive, responsive, and knowledgeable, providing amazing support to our business during the launch. Ray facilitated meetings with poise, professionalism, and was always a breath of fresh air. Kellie was ready to answer any question we had, and helped ensure training went off without a hitch. Amanda understood the technical issues and requests we raised, taking quick actions to make improvements within the tool.

What do you like best about Laivly?

When I report an Issue, the team is responsive and works on getting it fixed. I appreciate the RTGs that pop up for help while on a call. I like the case notes that can be added to the agent notes. What do you dislike about Laivly?

SIDD does not have proper transcriptions and sometimes records things incorrectly that were not even said on the call. This makes it hard to fix your own notes if you happen to miss something that should be documented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From a technical standpoint, Sidd was lightweight, stable, and incredibly effective out of the box. It integrated cleanly with our environment, required minimal IT overhead, and was easy to deploy across multiple endpoints. We saw immediate performance gains—reduced handle time, improved workflow efficiency, and fewer errors during repetitive tasks. There’s a bit of a learning curve when first exploring everything Laivly can do, especially for teams new to automation or AI tools, and my team is.
