**What do you like best about LABL?**

Rev share is the game changer. They also have great customer service with beautiful and simple graphics that are embedded into the purchase page of our webiste.

**What do you dislike about LABL?**

so far nothing is bad and its been all good!

**What problems is LABL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A very good fee structure of 2% for the customer and a rev share for the brands using it.

**What do you like best about LABL?**

I enjoy the integration features with third-party platforms.

**What do you dislike about LABL?**

There are three things I dislike about this platform. Every few prints, I'll encounter an error message which will force me to close out of the program and log in again. Another issue is that the label will create but can't print without going into the shipments area and printing it from there. The last major issue is that SmartShyp made updates on Sunday, 9/12, and it is now Friday, 9/17, and I cannot print any labels. I emailed customer service five times and only received two replies to my issue.

**What problems is LABL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SmartShyp has been great for JanePay, which allows me to print labels without forking out any upfront costs since the fees are automatically deducted from my third-party payment account. This feature has been inactive for one week, so this platform has been useless, I'd rather use Pirate Ship.
