Each plan is designed to support a different stage of business growth. The Base plan provides the core features needed to use Kommo as a messaging-first CRM, centralizing conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels. The Advanced plan expands these capabilities with workflow automation, broadcast messaging, and the Salesbot builder for no-code chatbots that automate lead qualification and follow-up. The Enterprise plan includes advanced AI features and high-performance tools for larger teams managing higher message volumes.

All subscription plans are easy to set up and include access to Kommo’s marketplace integrations, without hidden fees. New users can try the full platform with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

Kommo has 3 pricing editions, from $15 to $45. A free trial of Kommo is also available. Look at different pricing editions below and see what edition and features meet your budget and needs.

Pricing information for Kommo is supplied by the software provider or retrieved from publicly accessible pricing materials. Final cost negotiations to purchase Kommo must be conducted with the seller.
We offer 6, 9, 12, or 24-month subscriptions paid in USD, with pricing based on the number of users.

What Kommo plan should I choose?  
The Base plan is ideal for businesses searching for a WhatsApp CRM or Instagram CRM solution that connects all messaging channels into a single unified inbox. It includes essential tools for managing leads, organizing pipelines, and centralizing conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and other apps.

The Advanced plan is recommended for teams that want stronger automation. It includes workflow automation, broadcast messaging, and the Salesbot builder for creating no-code chatbots that automate WhatsApp and Instagram conversations, qualify leads, and reduce manual work.

The Enterprise plan is designed for companies that need advanced AI CRM capabilities. It unlocks enhanced Salesbot features, AI-driven lead scoring, automated data enrichment, and additional performance tools for scaling high-volume messaging operations.

Are there additional costs?  
All CRM and messaging tools included in your plan are covered by your subscription. Additional fees apply only if you choose optional third-party integrations or external services through the Kommo marketplace.

If I cancel my subscription, can I get a refund?  
Yes. Refunds are available for the unused portion of your subscription. You can request assistance through your Kommo account or by emailing support@kommo.com

Which features are available during my trial?  
The 14-day trial provides full access to Kommo’s Messaging CRM platform, including WhatsApp CRM integration, Instagram CRM integration, the unified inbox, automation tools, Salesbot, and AI CRM features. The only restriction is a 10 GB limit on media storage.

Can I add users to my account for free?  
Kommo allows both paid and free users. Paid users have full access to the CRM, automations, chat channels, and pipeline features enabled in your account. Free users have restricted access and can only view and reply to client profiles shared with them.

Which plan lets me connect and use messenger apps?  
You can connect WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and more than 100 integrations directly from the Base plan. This includes full access to the unified inbox and multichannel CRM features.

What currency can I pay in?  
Subscriptions are billed in USD. Some certified Kommo partners may offer local pricing for specific regions.

What payment methods does Kommo support?  
You can pay using credit cards or widely used payment services such as PayPal.

Does everyone on the account need the same plan?  
Yes. All users in the account must be on the same subscription plan to ensure consistent access to messaging tools, automation features, AI CRM functionality, and integrations.

The setup and customization can feel a little complex at first, especially when configuring automations and integrations. It may take some time to understand all the features and adjust the platform to fit the company’s workflow. However, once everything is configured, it becomes much easier to use on a daily basis.
