"Klaxoon transformed how our team runs workshops and meetings."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

After over a year of using Klaxoon, the biggest win for our team and me has been how much time it saves us in workshops. What used to take hours of prep and facilitation now comes together quickly, thanks to ready-to-use templates. The board is genuinely one of the best visual collaboration tools I've used. It keeps everyone aligned during meetings and workshops, whether the team is in the same room or spread across location. For us, we are based in different countries and Klaxoon makes it feel so smooth. The integrations with teams and zoom make it frictionless to embed into our existing workflow. What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

There aren't any major dealbreakers, but there are a few things to mention. The platform can have a little learning curve for the new users, onboarding teammates who are not tech-savvy. They need a bit of hand-holding before they feel comfortable navigating it independently. Occasional performance issues during larger sessions can also slow things down slightly. They are noticeable but don't happen always. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Klaxoon Makes Brainstorming Organized and Improves Truly Collaborative"
5/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

Klaxoon is a powerfull platform speacially to improve team engagement and collaboration. It empowers our team with fluid brainstorming. Instead of scattered notes, we add ideas instantly – text, images, links – from anywhere and we can even link information so its always well organized. This visually connects concepts, cutting down cleanup time and ensuring all voices, even the quietest, are captured. In addition, it is a very fast tool, activities load quickly, and real-time updates during live sessions are responsive, even with a large number of participants. It support resources, including helpful tutorials, FAQs, and a responsive customer support team also help to fully understand the platform. I highly appreciate as well how accessible (pricing) the platform is even for small teams or basic usage, the free version provides substantial functionality. What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

I do believe Klaxoon could potentially expand in integration tools. Currently, direct, deep integrations with the most common productivity suites (like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) are somewhat limited. Although, i do believe the platform to have some AI features in terms of process facilitation I would appreciated some features of content generation even it it has an integrated AI platform directly. "Brings Order to Event Planning, Despite Steep Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

I really value Klaxoon's features like the icebreakers and quizzes. These tools make a big difference at the start of a planning session by pulling honest input from colleagues who might usually stay quiet. The atmosphere improves almost immediately, making it easier to gather ideas. During longer meetings, quizzes are great for reviving attention, bringing people back with a bit of friendly rivalry. Additionally, Klaxoon is especially useful for collecting and organizing event proposals from international partners. It allows me to gather scattered input on one shared canvas, keeping everyone's contributions aligned and preventing any ideas from being lost. Plus, the setup was pretty simple, taking only a few days without significant issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

My one reservation is the learning curve. The first session was harder going than I had expected, with so much built into the tool that I struggled to find a starting point. It took me a good while to feel at ease, even after a couple of walkthroughs, and I expect newer colleagues will need some patience before it becomes second nature. "Streamlined Workshops, Interactive Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

I really like the bot tools that I use in almost every session. I run brainstorming exercises where everyone adds sticky notes at the same time, and I've watched a group generate over six ideas in fifty minutes, something that used to take a full hour going around the room. The last question features have also changed how I run training. I drop quick polls mid-session to check understanding and get responses from nearly everyone within seconds, compared to maybe two or three raising their hand before. The session tool lets me build an agenda with slides and activities mixed, keeping my prep time down. I used to build slide decks in one tool and separate polls in another, juggling between them. Now it’s one flow and switch between slide and quiz questions takes one click, instead of tabbing between two apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

What I dislike is the sharing bot with people outside our company is clunky, since guests need their own account just to view or contribute. I have had clients ask why they cannot just click a link and join like they can with other tools. A simple guest access link where external participants can join without creating a full account would fix this and make working with our partners much easier. "Templates and Intuitive Design Win the Day"
4/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

Where Klaxoon proves its worth is in how I shape and deliver training. I lean on it almost daily to structure my thinking and organize group brainstorming. It handles many ideas and topics at once, allowing me to build workflows. For visualizing a training path or presenting a flowchart to trainers, it works remarkably well. The templates win me over by sparing me from building every session from scratch, and paired with a clean, intuitive interface, laying out a workshop or a process is fuss-free. Having everything gathered in one place simplifies documenting our training processes, and I value being able to take in all the content at a glance. It offers solid value for the money, and the ease of interacting with colleagues on the same board means ideas come together quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

Some of the more advanced features feel rather shallow, lacking the depth you find in more specialized tools. I also notice the performance dip when a board grows crowded with contributions, and the table functionality is an area that could stand real improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect For Collaborative Work, Slight Pricing Concerns"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

I find Klaxoon truly indispensable for the collaborative work I coordinate. I'm really won over by the ease of the application and the visual clarity of the boards. It effectively draws everyone into contributing at the same time, maintaining a natural pace during planning sessions and keeping the whole group engaged. Klaxoon proves its worth by pulling ideas together in one shared space, and using templates helps me bring a program together efficiently without chasing scattered emails. What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

If I were to name a drawback, it would be the per-person pricing. For an organization that runs lean and keeps a close eye on every line of its budget, a one-time cost would sit far more comfortably than an ongoing subscription that scales with each seat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Made Remote Process Workshops Actually Work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

What I like most about Klaxoon is the Mission feature, which is what our facility relies on most, and the impact on session quality has been measurable. Mission is a gamified journey that takes participants through a sequence of collaborative activities. Before we started using Mission, our workshops would lose momentum halfway through because the transitions between activities weren't smooth and people drifted. With Mission, the sequence is locked in and participants move through each step automatically, without the facilitator having to manually redirect anyone. In our last six workshops run through Mission, session overrun dropped from thirty five minutes to under ten minutes, and post session surveys showed that 82% of participants felt the session stayed on track, compared to 51% in the workshops before we introduced this format. That improvement came directly from the session design rather than from changing who was facilitating. In our most recent workshop, our team is more engaged and everyone is very active in giving feedback and opinions about the things we discussed, and we get more valuable input. I also like that Klaxoon lets teams visually map and collaborate on processes, identify gaps or non value added steps, and allow remote participation in workshops. It speeds up creating process diagrams and handles large boards, avoiding the constraints of traditional software. Our process mapping session went from a full day in person down to a two hour remote workshop that produced the same outputs, because every participant could contribute to the board simultaneously rather than waiting for one person to make their changes. It made remote and hybrid process workshops actually work for our operations team spread across three sites, and it helped non technical participants contribute meaningfully in a digital environment. I value the ease of use and interactivity, how it transforms meetings into engaging collaborative experiences. The extensive template library and the ability to have remote participants join from a browser link without needing an account is the single most important usability decision for external workshops where you can't control what tools attendees have installed. The template library covered enough common scenarios that our first session could run on a template without any prior building experience, and most people on our team were independently facilitating workshops within three weeks of being introduced to the platform. We also connect Klaxoon with Jira and Confluence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

I find navigating between different boards the most persistent issue our team reports. Some users note difficulties switching between different bots and the team acknowledged it and is continuously working on enhancing the platform. This means when a workshop spans multiple bots (for example current state map and future state map running as separated bots), participants regularly get lost switching between them. The facilitator ends up spending time redirecting people rather than running the session. The fix is not complicated: a persistent side panel showing all boards in the current session with one-click navigation would solve this. Until then, our workaround has been to limit each session to a single bot. No matter how complex the content, that sometimes means framing more onto one canvas than is ideal for readability. I also note our facilitators need two to three practice sessions before feeling confident building their own bots from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosted Hybrid Participation from 40% to 74%"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

What I love most about Klaxoon is the quiz and survey tools built directly into the session flow. That's what our facilitators rely on most, and the impact on participants has been measurable. Klaxoon lets me make quizzes to prepare engaging presentations and also to give feedback at the end of the meeting. Before we introduced this tool, our post-session survey showed roughly 40% of participants felt they had meaningfully contributed to the outcome, and after six months of running sessions through Klaxoon that figure climbed to about 74% based on the same survey question. The change came from giving quieter team members a low-friction way to share their views without having to speak over people in the room. The anonymous response option specifically was something several team members mentioned, unprompted, as the reason they felt more comfortable sharing honest opinions during planning sessions. Participants are more active in giving their opinions, using the anonymous identity to add to the conversation. In a hybrid work environment, Klaxoon has been very useful for handling project management and boosting team engagement. It offers visual collaboration features that centralize information and make the workspace very interactive. Before using Klaxoon, our remote participants were effectively observers who could see what was happening, but participating required interrupting the room, which most people avoided. The simultaneous contribution model changed that, since everyone adds to the board at the same time regardless of where they are, and facilitators see everything in one place without managing two separate experiences. It makes both groups feel equally present. On setup, participants joining from a link with an existing account is the most important usability format, and it removed the biggest barrier in any workshop with external participants. I particularly value the extensive template library and the ability to facilitate remote participation, which makes it our preferred choice for remote work. Facilitators need a couple of sessions to feel fully confident building their own activities from scratch, but the template library covers most common workshop formats well enough to run a credible first session without any prior experience, and most of our team leads were running their own sessions independently within two weeks of being introduced to the platform. What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

{"What I think needs improvement is the value proposition against Teams and Zoom. It has become harder to defend internally, and it's something users flag consistently.","Zoom and Teams now have most of these features. So paying extra to use them on Klaxoon is a bit less full finished financially.","In our last budget review the question came up directly, and it took a detailed run of the depth of Klaxoon's facilitation toolkit — specifically the mission sequencing, the gamified path, and the analytic on participant — to justify the additional cost against tools the organization already pays for.","Klaxoon needs to make the difference more visible and more tangible inside their product itself. Rather than leaving customers to build the case manually at the renewal wall.","A clear ROI dashboard showing engagement trends over time compared to standard meeting tools would make that conversation considerably easier.","I found facilitators need a couple of sessions to feel fully confident building their own activities from scratch."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, fun, and collaborative: essential features and great teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

Ease of use and very fun, for example, to engage a working group with adventures. Designed for collaboration with the board with plenty of essential features (colors, labels, votes, exports, ...) and templates! A great team both in support and customer relations, the Klaxoon bar is particularly great. The license is clearly affordable for a company budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Collaborative Workspace with Helpful Real-Time Templates"
5/5
What do you like best about Klaxoon?

I can quickly enter into the work space where i can see what each member of my team is currently doing to edit the project plan. The templates that are available were useful for drawing up a simple flow chart/task list in real time while holding a meeting. My hands hurt from typing today; at least i don’t have to use as many keystrokes to get through using the interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

The canvas will become very slow/laggy when we create a diagram/project plan that is either too large or too detailed. It is frustrating attempting to organize the interconnected blocks on a large process map because the formatting tools seem to be somewhat cumbersome and additionally the app has been needing an update for the mobile version.
