&lt;p&gt;I’ve found adoption often comes down to how naturally the meeting tool fits into the stack people already use. Google Meet feels almost invisible for Workspace teams, while Teams has the same advantage when chat and collaboration already happen there. Zoom is interesting because it can achieve that familiarity across more mixed environments. The surrounding stack may ultimately be the biggest deciding factor.&lt;/p&gt;
