It has exceeded our expectations in every aspect. **What problems is KhooCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before transitioning to Khoo, the processing of Amazon orders was very challenging. Tasks such as creating packing lists and carton labels were very time-consuming and required substantial manpower. Khoo played a key role in resolving these challenges. It enables us to efficiently confirm orders and generate all necessary labels within a matter of minutes. The packing process is now remarkably streamlined and efficient, thanks to Khoo. This platform has been instrumental in simplifying our operations, allowing us to allocate time more effectively across various tasks. ### 2. This feature alone has been incredibly useful, however, there were other benefits that we did not expect, as well. We also love how the system seamlessly syncs with our NetSuite and Vendor Central account to make managing orders in both platforms easy. When we need to short an item due to an out of stock, Khoo will speak to both systems to adjust the item quantity accepted, removing steps in the process we once manually did. The Khoo team was also very kind, easy to work with, and very responsive to any and all questions. Khoo has truly taken what was once a headache and made the process painless! **What do you dislike about KhooCommerce?** It took some time getting Khoo configured properly with our NetSuite account, however after it was synced, it worked great and saved us a ton of time and energy. **What problems is KhooCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our team was struggling with creating Amazon carton labels for all our orders as it was a timely and tedious process that took up our resources on a weekly basis. We seeked out Khoo to help us with this issue and they have since saved us hours of work each week by streamlining the order management process. ### 3. Shipment confirmation,courier and ASN labels, invoicing are done in minutes, saving considerable daily work load. We have more than 100 SKUs per order and by scanning the item barcode brings the SKU and requested quantity highlighter on screen to save time Whole Khoo Team is very helpful and prompt with queries.
