We love that Khoo's ability to automatically generate carton labels based on our carton-pack quantities, so we no longer have to manually configure them. This feature alone has been incredibly useful, however, there were other benefits that we did not expect, as well. We also love how the system seamlessly syncs with our NetSuite and Vendor Central account to make managing orders in both platforms easy. When we need to short an item due to an out of stock, Khoo will speak to both systems to adjust the item quantity accepted, removing steps in the process we once manually did. The Khoo team was also very kind, easy to work with, and very responsive to any and all questions. Khoo has truly taken what was once a headache and made the process painless!
