**What do you like best about Vonage Conversational Commerce (formerly jumper.ai)?**

Very user-friendly, and call center showed a lot of information in one place. We were able to easily get folks set up, and not a lot of maintenance went into the app itself.

**What do you dislike about Vonage Conversational Commerce (formerly jumper.ai)?**

I didn't like that we were unable to pull any calls older than 90 days old. Being a supervisor, that hindered us a lot.

**What problems is Vonage Conversational Commerce (formerly jumper.ai) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many phone systems are difficult to navigate and utilize, Vonage makes it very simple.
