"Vonage was okay, but we had a lot of connection issues."
What do you like best about Vonage Conversational Commerce (formerly jumper.ai)?

Very user-friendly, and call center showed a lot of information in one place. We were able to easily get folks set up, and not a lot of maintenance went into the app itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vonage Conversational Commerce (formerly jumper.ai)?

I didn't like that we were unable to pull any calls older than 90 days old. Being a supervisor, that hindered us a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
