What I like most is how it helps bring some structure to product ideas without overcomplicating things. It’s easy to capture ideas, prioritize them, and connect them with actual work in Jira, which makes the whole product workflow feel more aligned. I also like the flexibility — you can customize fields and views based on how your team works instead of being forced into a rigid setup. It’s especially useful when you’re juggling multiple ideas and need a clear way to decide what’s worth building. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that can be a bit frustrating is the learning curve, especially if you’re new to Jira or Atlassian tools in general. Some features aren’t very intuitive at first, and it takes time to understand how to best structure everything. Also, while it’s flexible, setting things up the “right way” can take effort. I’ve also noticed that performance can occasionally lag when working with larger datasets, which can slow things down a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
