**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

JazzHR is incredibly easy to use. We have a 5 min conversation with anyone on our team when they start using the system. Thats typically all it takes to get up and running. It has great flexibility to advertise roles, customize recs, and integrations with our other systems. I've love using it.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

My only complaint is that its not a part of our main HRIS sytem. As a separate software it would be nice if it was native to the HRIS we use.  This is a very minor issue and not really a big deal.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Candidate organization, tracking and procurement.

I would like to  refresh canidates quicker than 90-day or allow an atuo refresh at 90-days

Jazz is a great way for our company to post jobs, organize candidates and follow a workflow to process resumes.

We have had a few issues in the past with users not being able to login and customer service had to help rather than the company administrator.

It is keeping track of applicants and where they are in the recruiting cycle.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I love that JazzHR has workflows where you can take a candidate through the entire process of hiring from start to finish, it is great that they have Esignatures, and integrations with so many other platforms. We love using JazzHR! It is also very easy to learn!

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

The only thing I have had trouble with in JazzHR is occasionally it experiences outages and technical difficulties, but they don't happen very often at all.

Posting all of our jobs in one place, but they get distributed to all of our platforms. Reaching more candidates

JazzHR's automated features, in partnership wtih the excellent workflow structures allows users to create excellent, efficient and most importantly effective recruitment and hiring tools.

Some improvements to the texting system could be made. We do experience frequent disconnection of text notifcations

It creates a one stop shop for us to manage all talent acquisition needs/services under 'one hood.

JassHR is fairly intuitive and easy to use.

Reporting is hard to navigate; while it seems like they've added some reporting features, they aren't east to access.

JassHR is used for all our recruiting needs; Managers use the service as well.

It is helpful to be able to pull from applicants that are interested in our job openings.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I wish there was a way to deselect very old applicants from a job posting.  They stay in the new column until you actually click on their names.  We keep the same jobs posted, yet there are times we are not hiring for that particular job.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

It allows us to easily log our Jobs, interfaces automatically/directly to our company's Career page website and allows Candidates to directly submit their resumes for specific Jobs.  It also allows Recruiters to be provided with a login to refer Candidates for Jobs.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

We would like to see automatic tagging and optional visibility of Candidates by Recruiting Company, i.e. if a Recruiting Company has multiple Recruiters, each Candidate submitted should be tagged with the Company Name, not just the Recruiter's name.  And there should be an option for all Recruiters in a given Recruiting Company to see all Candidates submitted by that Recruiting Company (instead of only the Candidates that Recruiter submitted).

It allows us to stay on top of the Job status and Candidates applying for those jobs.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

Jazz HR is simple to use. It allows us to reach a very large audience, proving us with high-quality candidates. Processing the applications and sharing profile leads is also very simple, and this allows us to improve communication within the team. Implementing the system was really simple as well.
Customer support is one of their best features. Every time we have a question or concern, there is always someone ready to assist.
We use JazzHR daily, to advertise all our positions, and also take advantage of the integrations with our platforms that we use in our onboarding process.

Nothing so far, the site is great and we are very pleased with it

It is an ATS that I would recommend due to its ease of navigation on the platform, allowing for proper tracking of candidates throughout the recruitment process

The way the candidate information is presented can be a bit cumbersome, with errors when uploading candidates' resumes and certain glitches on the platform that sometimes prevent searches from being performed

The intake of candidates from various sources, which could be more complicated to filter individually. Likewise, the ease of use among teams, including hiring managers

is not easy to share with different stakeholders because they need to be registred

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

Very user friendly design, intuitive, love the variety of integrations and the Customer Support team is wonderful-responsive and helpful at all times. Our last system lacked support and when we got support it was weeks after I submitted a request/ticket.

Implementation went well and the number of integrations is great-we use several and my role is made much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

The Time to Fill feature is not the best as we don't user the offer template and it does not calculate our hiring activity appropriately. If this could be changed, I would  be very pleased!

Reporting: you can get information, but adding a lot of extra steps and filters

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Applicant tracking for compliance with Federal government laws, EEO and DEI, building a candidate pipeline for faster, future hiring.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

As  a frequent user, JazzHR was easy to learn. The customer support is great. They respond quickly. It is HR Compliant. It is a user-friendly site for posting, creating workflow processes, and bulk actions. Integrattion are simple.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I wish Candidate Merge and Hidden Candidates were separated in the admin privilege options and clumped into one option. Sometimes, we want the to be able to give a certain recruiting users (like hiring manager) the admin privilege to view all hidden candidates, but we don't want to him to have the privilege to merge candidates to avoid accidental applicant merges

Having applicant information in one spot. All postings in one place.  Being able to create  a workflow hiring process easier. One that is easy to follow.

JazzHR is easy to navigate and has all of the necessary features for recruiters and hiring managers. They have a solid customer care team that is available to help, but also to hear out feature upgrade requests.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I do think that the reporting could still use some work as well as having better ways to track passive candidates for pipeline generation.

JazzHR is what we rely on solely for out applicant tracking system. It allows for candidates to apply, and for us to stay organized on the back-end.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

JazzHR makes it easy and simple to streamline the recruiting process. It's easy to post on multiple popular job boards simultaneously and not difficult for smaller, more niche ones. Longlisting and shortlisting candidates is also easy with their star-rating feature.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

Analytics are difficult to pull from JazzHR, particularly the customizable reports. Trying to create your own report is like pulling teeth - it just doesn't work efficiently and is so cumbersome IF you get it right.

Having an ATS.

It's user-friendly and straightforward to train the management team on. With a large group of Managers and Directors involved in the Hiring team, the ability to collaborate on the same job postings from different sites has been incredibly beneficial for us.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

There are still more features that need to be included for the Canadian recruitment market.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to filter candidates based on specific requirements while posting to multiple sites with a single submission has significantly reduced the time needed to post jobs and screen applications.

JazzHR is user friendly and their customer service is quick and efficient at getting back to you. It was easy to implement into our hiring process and organizational website. We use it every day in the functionality of our hiring process, and it integrates well with our other systems.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

The lack of customization to data reports was a sore point for our organization, as we love the use of data in bettering our process and evaluating candidate satisfaction and hiring timelines. We also are not too thrilled about the lack of customizations for some features in our hiring process.

Ability to streamline our hiring process, user friendliness for users, admin, and candidates, and a one stop shop for most of our tools.

Reports do not have date frames.  All data has to be exported

Although the profile is customizable, you are not able to remove some of the profile fields that do not pertain to us.

Jazz makes it simple to track candidates, stay up to date on progress, and coordinate interview team scheduling and feedback.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I wish there were a few more cutting edge features, such as being able to post one position to multiple locations rather than having to create a unique post for each position making it look like we have extra open roles.

Best thing is it is user-friendly, we create our job here and it goes on so many job boards, the candidate listing and reviewing them is so streamlined and easy. Really enjoy using it, especially we receive so many resumes on our vacancies which shows there is a lot of reach of JazzHR job boards.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

Pricing could be a little less. We are using the hero plan for a couple of years now but this year the pricing has gone up quite a bit.

We did not use to get that many resumes from our website or linkedin jobs, we get hundreds of resumes now and we have found many very good candidates through JazzHR.

I love that Jazz is so interactive for the whole team involved, it is a great tool to work closely on roles, recruiter/hiring manager/interview panel. I love the templates and interview guides! It makes the backside of recruiting less painful!

I wish Jazz would incorpare a refesh posting button, as a Recruiter I never wait 90 days to refresh! Also wish they would come up with an internal application process.

JazzHR is easy to use, customizable, and has all the right features we were looking for. We have taken advantage of the chat feature and cannot imagine work without it. Also, the ability to add users with different user roles has been great! Overall, JazzHR efficiently does exactly what we were told it would.

Sometimes a bit slow to perform bulk actions or to update actions that were completed and we did have an issue with teammembers unable to utilize the chat feature, but that was resolved fairly quickly.

I am a solo HR manager for our small, yet growing company. We had 85% growth in our staff in 2023 and that growth is projected to continue for 2024. Having JazzHR, simplifies my process to post jobs and have applicants all in one database for not only ease of my HR processes, but also my hiring manager team! All communications between our team and the candidate is in one plance-no searching Outlook emails to determine last communications! 

I LOVE the templates! I am very process-driven and like a procedure for everything, as well as having set standards across the board. The templates that are set up for communication with candidates help me deliver information so quickly during our hiring process!

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

The workflows! A bit confusing and not so user-friendly unlike most of the Jazz system. 

Also, it would be nice link up our assessment tool we use which is not included in the list of assessments in Jazz!

All my applicants are in one place from start to finish. Through the application step, then setting up their interview, scorecard feature, internal discussions so that all info relative to an applicant is tied into their one profile. Ease of sending out an offer letter with the template system.

User interface is easy to use. The dashboard and modules are laid out nicely. A really great tool for keeping you organized if you're a company that has a lot of applicants coming in. Easy to automate your entire recruiting process. The Jazz team is very friendly, helpful, and is always quick to respond!

Some of the reporting features could be better, more variety in what you're able to report on/filters you can use.

Jazz takes the 100s of applicants we receive and organizes them based on job posting. Jazz makes pretty much the entire process automated so you don't have to waste time typing out the same email or copying/pasting. One click and a rejection email is sent or a phone interview is scheduled. Easily links with Calendly to make scheduling interviews super easy. Can text right on the platform as well, make and save interview notes to look back at later.

JazzHR doesnot recognize the formatting if copied from any other document. We use bold, Italics, spaces. on our job posts but JazzHR doesn't pickup any of those when create the job post on WORD/ Google Doca and paste on this platform. I find this really wastes a lot of time.
