**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

The most helpful part of JazzHR is the timley responses you get for customer support related issues. -Also the ability you have to configure work flows, edit job ads, and bulk contact candidates using external job boards.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

"This is intended behavior for Basic Jobs where the system picks up the Salary information from the keywords mentioned in the Job Description. Unfortunately, we cannot stop the Salary information from the Basic Jobs. Please advise the customer to reach out to the ATS and have them update the Salary information in the XML feed for their company. And I am filing this as feedback for our company page.”

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

Our organization loves JazzHR - It's extremely user friendly and applicant friendly, and we rarely have issues. There are a lot of features we utilize within JazzHR, but from the HR perspective, I love that I can review interview notes, review emails between recruiter/candidates, and I love that we can put a lot of notes right in the candidate profile. Customer support has always been extremely fast at resolving any issue that we have had. My team uses JazzHR on a daily basis, and it's worked really well for us.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

There isn't much that I don't enjoy about JazzHR, so I don't have any comments as to what I dislike.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ATS associated with our current HRIS is not great, so we pair it with JazzHR, and that is working out wonderfully for us.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I have always loved the customer support we receive. The system is user-friendly and intuitive, and as a franchisor provides me the access I need into all of our individual franchisee accounts. When we need to activate or deactivate an account, it is a simple and quick process, and onboarding new users is usually seamless. I have a team of recruiters that processes almost 60,000 candidates a year, and it is incredibly rare that they have any technical challenges, especially when you compare to the level of volume that we process.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

My only complaint is that I wish there was a 2-way API integration capability in order for us to integrate it with our core operating system.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having multiple franchisees in our system and providing us holistic access to their recruitment data.

They give great service and training. The platform is very easy to use and has good customization abilities.

Would like a more direct way to mark who was hired while still colecting their onboarding documents. Currently, you have to create customized fields to geneerate areport for hires with dates.

It enables us to track the hiring process, communicate with and search candidates efficiently. Also, enables us to publish our open positions easily.

We used JazzHR in 2022 before moving over to a competitor, it was simple to use but lacked expected features.

There was integrated careers site back then and automations wasn’t great

It did a good job for scaling our recruitment and had LinkedIn easy apply available

We had calendly integrated for easy interview self scheduling which worked well.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

JazzHR is a solid ATS system with a price point that can't be beat. It's easy to navigate for employees and candidates and checks all the boxes of a standard ATS (workflow automation, questionnaires, integrations with basic tooling like calendly, gsuite, and linkedin).  It's easy to use and serves as a good entry point to ATS systems.  It is easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

JazzHR lacks the sophistication and functionality of some of the larger systems like Greenhouse or Ashby.  Reporting is very difficult, some of the workflows and UI are less recruiter friendly, and the search functionality is a bit clunkier. It also lacks AI tooling that some of the larger systems are rolling out.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

Jazz integrates with our HRIS, making candidates we hire easy to transfer. All functions work on a basic level, and the candidate stage flows are customizable. It also has basic automations, which we use for application knock-out questions. The ability to set up templates is a positive.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

The reporting functions are a bit rudimentary. Upgrading to a better reporting package is an option, but the standard functions that come with a JazzHR account are not very useful. Jazz also does not integrate with our pre-hire assessment plaform, so it takes extra steps to reconcile the results with the candidate profile. There are certain features that you can't customize without wiping other data, which I do not love. For example, you cannot change the questions in an interview guide once you start using it - you have to create a brand new interview guide.

JazzHR houses our applicants in one place, requiring less manual tracking of resumes.

Ease of use. Ability to share candidates with teams of interviewers while conveying thoughts about each candidate. Simple organization making it easy to navigate and not waste my time.

Searching for a group of candidates is not robust enough. For instance, I want to look for all candidates who are coded for an Interview. Or maybe limit that simple search by date they entered the system. And I'd like to add user-defined fields to help understand why someone was rejected or why they declined an offer.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

It combines all the information we need from the posting to the hiring stage in one location. JazzHR is user friendly, could be set up to filter candidates based on the skills and attributes needed for the job, and gives the hiring manager and the hiring team the information for all candidates.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

Just some formatting issues when we print the Candidate Profile, but otherwise, all is good.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our organization, there are several people involved in the hiring team -- the hiring manager, the other manager interviewing as we require two interviewers per candidate, plus the HR team involved in the job posting and hiring. JazzHR is able to filter candidates based on the job requirements (this used to be manually done), we also don't have to email the people involved for each stage, as everyone in the higing team can see the status of a candidate.

I love that all the job postings are in one place.  It's easy to separate into piles.  Plus all the contact information for each candidate is conveniently located.  I totally appreciate the ability to use your own filter words that help sort through candidates who don't have what  you are looking for.  JazzHR saves a lot of time going through so many resumes.

I haven't found anything that I dislike as of yet.  It's simple to navigate, very user friendly.

It helps me go through the resumes much faster to find appropriate candidates.

How easy it is to sync all job board posting, customization of workflows, note taking areas.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

Not enough automation options such has a signature triggering another document to be sent, a signature triggering an email to be sent, or an email being sent to all candidates when a position is filled.  Also it is hard to edit docs (offer letters, e-signatures).

It is helping to keep our recruitment workflow organized, have a next best list for candidates, and so hold all offer letters/e-signatures/etc.

JazHR is a quite useful and comprehensive ATS, from its management of applicants (which is customizable) to the handling of documentation and reporting, which can be set based on each stage of applicants. Similarly, the application interface is quite accessible and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

What I like least about JazzHR is the follow-up; on other platforms, there is a dedicated agent for each client. We have had cases where the resolution takes a long time to arrive and the follow-up is scarce.

We usually have difficulties contacting technical support quickly for various problems we have had. Additionally, the follow-up is scarce.

JazzHR enables customization of various steps in your recruiting process and automates routine tasks such as communicating with candidates and the hiring team, sending assessments, and scheduling interviews that integrate with your preferred calendar and system (Microsoft Teams for us). Our selected plan includes an e-signature package, making it a comprehensive solution for our entire recruiting cycle. We use JazzHR daily because it is user-friendly and straightforward. Our customer support team was accessible during implementation and remains a helpful resource for any inquiries we have. The resource library is also valuable, detailing all features and providing answers to many of our questions.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

Although it is highly customizable, there are certain features that would be greatly beneficial, such as dropdown customization for offer letter fields and the creation of a job description library.

JazzHR has allowed our team to centralize all applications from the different job boards and making automated reporting from the data on the system. 
Also, it allows our team to consistently evaluate candidates with equal questions through the interview guides.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

You can easily evaluate candidates in a pipeline using Jazz, which simplifies the process and eliminates the need for Excel or other tools. Its implementation is straightforward, making it accessible for teams of all sizes. The platform can be used frequently, allowing for consistent monitoring of candidates. 

Jazz also allows you to access candidates who applied in the past, helping you to review their previous applications effectively. The integration with Namely is seamless, ensuring that all your data is synchronized and easy to manage. 

Additionally, the Dashboard helps you maintain workflow, while the reports provide an excellent way to update stakeholders on our current progress. Overall, Jazz enhances the recruitment process with its ease of use and integration capabilities.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

If you could evaluate multiple candidates side by side on the same platform, along with having a general overview of each pipeline, that would be great. Additionally, consider implementing AI to provide a summary of the pipeline and analyze each candidate based on the job posting. The AI could also assess which candidate is the best fit for the position.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving the recruitment process and transferring data from Jazz to our HR platform is a huge help.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I am a talent acquisition consultant. The ease of use and implementation has customers quickly building candidate pipelines leveraging automated generation of free job board postings. 

The tiered cost allows smaller companies to get started at an affordable price and scales easily as they grow.

Tailorability to your orgranizational process is so easy. Unlike other tools that require a team or 3rd party to set it up for you. 

The analytics are useful in determining where you are get the best results. I recently discovered that a job was not active on a specific board after seeing there were no applicants sourced from that board. 

There are really so many useful features. Duplicate candidate ID and merging, referral tracking, collaboration / discussion notes, interview capture, templates, and especially being able to see notes across multiple jobs for a single candidate, external recruiter capabilty.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

The editor for creating new job descriptions is clunky as its hard to get the formatting consitent. I get around it by creating the formatted text in Word and then pasting it into the tool .

I wish they had ad-hoc reporting at the basic level.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to support multiple customers with their recruiting process and tracking candidates sourced by my company.

The tool is easy to use. There is an ease in the implementation and also ease of integration from other tools. The JazzHR customer support is commendable. The number of features it has is great! I like the fact that it doesn't have many limits.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

It would be good if Jazz could have access like other "users" for our clients in the "members" tab. I mean, people outside the organization. I would like to have more customer support on this.

It helps us a lot to track our candidate's pipeline. It's easy to handle candidates' information. The scope it reaches is awesome!

Nice ATS for the price point, but there's still room for improvement, especially with e-signatures that are mobile-friendly and responsive to mobile devices. The chat feature needs work, especially if you have a large team that needs conversations to be segmented instead of a shared account where all recruiters can see other conversations. Document request uploads need correction, as users often encounter problems when taking pictures with their phones and uploading them; the system tends to crash or the documents don't get delivered at all.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I was amazed by the features proposed by JazzHR - from emailing one candidate to hundred of them by just on click. Also we can also add documents related to the candidates on the platform and also being able to add job offers on the ATS with some really special features which can spare us a lot of time if we are doing a mass recruitment. It is easy to integrate and implement with every software that you currently have at your workplace. The customer support is relly helpful.

Every feature on JazzHR is here to help but I would like to see if the ATS can limit to number of application from a candidate to apply for a particular position! That's it!

JazzHR is constantly evolving its features to adapt itself for this customers. And the good thing id that they do monthly webinar to explain new features or if we have other issues we can discuss during the call. And they record the webinar so that we can review it if it happens we can't be present.

I like to organization of JazzHR, and how it is ustomizable based on company needs. I like the documentation of it and how you can easy tag hiring managers. Cloning and duplicating jobs is simple as well.

I dislike when there are issues occationally, like being unable to search for a candidates name. It is also inconvient how a +1 automatically populates to a candidates phone number when adding a candidate. The +1 needs to be erased for JazzHR to recognize that the candidate may need to be merged.

Speed of hiring timeline, this helps us to give candidates a faster hiring experience.

I like that JazzHR has a text message feature that I completely love. Its 2024 and most candidates are easier to reach and communicate via text. I also love the price, for all the features that JazzHR has their price is very aligned with their product. Last, I love how I am able to add users to a specific job posting and the system is very easy to use to get my hiring needs done!

Setting up the exact workflow that I wanted was a little difficult at the beginning but once I continued to use the system more it was all a matter of learning.

The dashboard is so user friendly and I am easily able to see my weekly activity summary. Any time I have ever had an issue customer service is quick and ready to answer any questiosn I may have. Changes are easily implemented and makes daily use smooth and easy.

I wish it was a bit easier to directly input notes into a candidate profile, but it is easy to use otherwise.

Also bulk notifications when the position if filled is helpful.  The tool is very intuitive and easy to use.  We received two personalized calls for initial support and  were ready to go with implementation.

My organization has been reliably using JazzHR for several years now.  It's pretty easy to use, easy to get users with varying levels of tech knowledge to get caught up on how to use it.  When we implemented it, we were up and running in only a few days and there was a massive change in terms of how many candidates we were finding as well as quicker times to hire.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I do wish that there was a little more configurability on the user end, for example you can use a workflow to automatically reject a candidate, but it's only one disposition.  You can't program it to disposition into different buckets based on different answers.  But this issue is minor and we work around it easily.

We previously had a really slow time to hire, JazzHR has entirely solved that; we had problems getting advertising out, but the integration with other job posting platforms helped tremendously.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

Before we were introduced to JazzHR we were still tracking applicants on a spreadsheet and if you've done it, you know it's kind of awful.  So labor intensive, so much manual work, and so easy to lose something important.  Jazz has completely streamlined the process, taken the manual labor out, given us features we didn't even know we wanted and then is a safe HR cabinet that stores what has already happened, giving easy access to go back to something if we need to.  Would highly recommend.

At first I felt it was pretty expensive for our particular needs, then I explored the pricing tiers and found a plan that was well within our budget.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the one click and it's up in multiple places feature, so it's saving time.  I like that it has taken away so much manual data entry that a spreadsheet would need, so more time.  And it's organized neatly, it doesn't give me a headache to look at it.  So peace of mind in a sense.

Very few steps required for job postings. Quick and straight-forward.
Capacity to identify duplicate profiles and ability to merge them is an excellent feature. I love it!!

May improve on the interview scheduling funtionality.
I also struggle when I  am looking for recently closed job postiings. Maybe, an option to keep the recent one's seperate would help.

Jazz HR is easy to use. I find the ability to sort applicants with star ratings or by their status in the hiring process really useful when trying to higlight appicants for review by other team members. Its ability to integrate with other tools is also very useful.

I have had a couple instances when Jazz HR has kicked my personal account out of the businesses wider team. This meant I have had issues logging in and accessing applications. I did go to the customer support who were helpful and rectified the issue but it did cause some lost time during the hiring process.

We have inbound applications from a number of sites. The ability to sync them all into one list is incredibly valuable, this would be a long process without this tool. Also, the application portal that is created for candidates to complete is clean and a simple solution to creating job postings.

Our company switched to JazzHR a year ago and honestly - it has been amazing! Great UI, UX, so easy and intuitive to use and has a ton of useful features. I can confidently say that this is the best ATS that I have ever used, both as an Administrator and as a user. You can easily use it even without reading the instructions because everything makes sense and is very user friendly.

It would be useful to have an option of multiple templates for the job openings approvals where there are different approvers in each, and where I wouldn't need to manually update it each time and wait for one approval process to end to be able to change the approvers for the other process.

It's not hard to navigate the program; it's easy to find your candidates and add candidates from other sights. we have crated a workflow that works very well for us! I use Jazz on a daily and like the efficiency of it.

When looking up a candidate, you have to have the exact name spelling. Sometimes it's hard to look them up if their name is not of common spelling, or if they have any kind of a hyphen, appoaterphy etc..

When we "sponsor" jobs, we do have a lot of applications; Jazz makes it nice; they categorized the candidate so its easy to navigate them through the application cycle.

- Some of the process mgmt toolset is unclear and not entirely intuitive, so can be a bit bewildering for users that use the system occasionally

Previously, we were sharing notes internally via emails / slack. There was low consistency of approach amongst different interviewers, feedback was chaotic and difficult to track. As a result, hiring processes were a complex cat-herding exercises with poorly organized process leadership and information.
