## JazzHR Reviews
 ### 1. Customizable Workflows and Collaborative Hiring Make JazzHR a Recruitment Powerhouse

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis C. | Jr. Recruitment Specialist, Computer & Network Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

When it comes to customizing workflows, we are able to adjust the hiring stages to fit our team's specific process. This flexibility makes tracking candidates much simpler, and we also benefit from insights into hiring metrics, which help us refine our recruitment strategy. The platform supports collaborative hiring by enabling several team members to review, comment on, and rate candidates, which leads to better decision-making. Additionally, JazzHR streamlines job posting by allowing us to distribute listings to multiple job boards with a single click, saving time and boosting visibility. Managing candidates is straightforward as well, with features that help us organize resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate efficiently with applicants.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

One area that could be improved is the auto-assignment of the assigned recruiter when updating a candidate’s disposition. Currently, we have to manually assign the recruiter, which adds extra steps and can lead to inconsistencies or delays in tracking ownership. It would be helpful if JazzHR could automatically retain or assign the recruiter based on previous actions or workflow rules.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR brings all candidate information together in a single location, which makes tracking applications, reviewing profiles, and managing communications much more straightforward. Streamlined Job Posting: The platform makes it easy to post job openings across various platforms, saving valuable time and expanding our reach to more potential candidates. Improved Collaboration: JazzHR enables multiple team members to be involved in the hiring process, which leads to more comprehensive feedback and quicker decision-making. Custom Workflows: The system also allows us to create customized hiring workflows that align with our internal procedures, helping us maintain organization and consistency throughout the process.

**Official Response from Megan Ferenz:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience! We're thrilled to hear that JazzHR's customizable workflows, collaborative hiring tools, and streamlined job posting capabilities are helping your team hire more efficiently. We also appreciate your feedback on recruiter auto-assignment and will be sure to share it with our team. Thanks for being a valued JazzHR customer!

 ### 2. JazzHR & The Easy Button for Everyone!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Theresa M. | I manage a team that brings great talent to our Hospital, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I was able to create an easy-to-use, mobile optimized application that does not require any log-ins or password creations. I met my applicants where they are...primarily on their phone! The workflows were easy to create and implement and my Onboarding partner at JazzHR was with me, every step of the way. The new hires flow easily back into ADP...it's a win-win! The value of what you get for the price is amazing. Adding text features and having new Talent-Fit feature that has been optimized to help us quickly identify (quickly) candidates that will likely meet all of our qualifications.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I wish they would have the option to have more than approval workflow for creating a requisition. We have numerous approval paths and it's not easy to work within JazzHR for the layers we have.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to navigate application for my difficult to hire clinical positions and extremely easy to use ATS for my Recruitment and Onboarding Team.

**Official Response from Megan Ferenz:**

> Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear JazzHR is helping simplify recruiting and onboarding for your team. We also appreciate your feedback on approval workflows and will share it with our team.

 ### 3. Streamlined Hiring and Easy HRIS Integration with JazzHR

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lachele R. | HR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

JazzHR has helped our company streamline the hiring process to help us hire talent faster. We came from a paper application process to a streamlined process. The workflows helped cut out repetitive tasks. Integration with our HRIS is important to keep data moving, and this was easy to set up. The system is easy to use and configure to your company's processes.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

One of the downsides I noticed recently is I can't set up a workflow email to include the candidate link or resume. Not all of our managers are onboarded with JazzHR. Having this option would help to automate an email to send to a hiring manager the candidate link/resume.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline our hiring process that includes an offer letter and pre-employment documents. The text feature has been great to add to help us communicate quickly with applicants.

 ### 4. Efficient But Needs Stronger Support Options

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I like that JazzHR houses all applications in one system, making it easier for communication with candidates and managers. Setting up managers and supervisors to interact in the recruitment process is easy. It's beneficial to involve hiring managers in the process, as the system allows us to easily share candidates and move through the recruitment stages. I also appreciate the system integrations with other platforms for assessments, background checks, and drug screening.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

There are quite a few things about JazzHR that I think could use improvement. 1. If you aren't paying an extra fee, there is limited customer service and account management assistance available. They refer you to look at resources they have online only, and so if you are having issues in the platform it is very difficult to find a solid answer. 2. The system doesn't allow for us to house job descriptions. It would be beneficial if we could house job descriptions that can be used at the click of a button for consistency across multiple locations. 3. Reporting options are very limited. There are very few standardized reporting options, and it is very difficult to create any customized reports.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR houses all applications, supports communication with candidates and managers, and streamlines recruitment processes. It's easy to set up managers and integrates with platforms for assessments and screenings.

 ### 5. Cost-Effective ATS with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saswat P. | Co-Founder, CTO, Entertainment, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I find JazzHR to be very cost-effective compared to other applicant tracking systems (ATS), offering great value for money. The setup was actually very easy, and it was fairly straightforward to set up the pipelines. I appreciate the quick screening feature for resumes, which allows me to go through them quickly. I also like the job filters that let us easily filter candidates based on questions, and some of the automations like automated emails and questionnaires that get sent to candidates at various stages of the interview process.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

TalentFit / AI solutions are very limited in ability/quality/scope. Few product upgrades in the past 2 years. The interface is still pretty old school and cumbersome to use relative to some of the higher priced ATSs. The APIs are there, but they're limited and a bit cumbersome to use.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR is a cost-effective applicant tracking system used for sourcing applicants and managing them through the pipeline.

 ### 6. Not Very User-Friendly, Inconsistent Performance, and Hard to Justify the Price

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

Jazz feels pretty standard to me overall. I’d like it to be improved so it’s easier to access and use, because right now it doesn’t feel very user-friendly. Performance is okay, but it isn’t consistently good. I also haven’t tried connecting Jazz with other tools yet, since we can’t really utilize those integrations at this time. As for pricing, I’m not completely sure, but at this point I don’t think it’s worth it—mainly because we’re not knowledgeable enough to fully utilize the product.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not much, to be honest.

 ### 7. Simplifies Recruitment, But Setup Can Be Tricky

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean G. | Associate Director, Talent Acquisition and Resourcing Planning, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I like the simplicity of JazzHR. It's not overly complicated to use. That it's user friendly, yeah. I mainly focus on the simple areas like candidate reviews and job postings.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

The system seems to go down weekly, which causes us headaches. As well as, the reporting tools just have never been explained properly. It doesn't work great because we change our workflows a lot, so it keeps resetting. There's a lot of little bugs that I would want ironed out. I don't think it was that easy to set up. I had to do everything myself, and it took about a month with little to no help from JazzHR.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR keeps all credentials and documents in one place, making it easy to change statuses and send documents for our HRIS system.

 ### 8. Solid for Basic Tracking, Lacks Advanced Features

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chelsea H. | Selection Talent Acquisition Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I liked that I was able to easily post jobs and review or track candidates through the pipeline. It was a way to keep candidate communications open and keep track of things without having to use a Google Sheet or document. It was also easy to collaborate with managers.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

It was very manual, not incredibly user-friendly, and didn't have a lot of the bells and whistles that more advanced applicant tracking systems have now. I needed to send a lot of communications via email rather than directly from the ATS.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR helps with applicant tracking, keeping candidate communications open, and makes it easy to collaborate with managers.

 ### 9. Efficient Recruiting with Customizable Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fernando G. | Senior Campus Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I like the flexibility JazzHR offers to integrate multiple systems within our ATS, like Workday HCM, which makes our recruitment process more efficient and faster. The initial setup was easy, which was a significant plus.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

The lack of customization and the dashboard

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR manages multiple workflows and automations, integrating systems for efficient and faster recruitment and onboarding.

**Official Response from Megan Ferenz:**

> Thank you for your review! We're thrilled to hear JazzHR is helping support your hiring goals. We appreciate your feedback and are grateful to have you as part of our community.

 ### 10. Intuitive Recruitment Tool with Room for Enhancements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charith D. | Recruitment Coordinator

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I really like JazzHR for its very easy and simple dashboard, which helps in navigating from job posting to cloning previous positions we've posted. I find the AI filtering feature, TalentFit, particularly useful; it goes through candidates' resumes and matches them with job descriptions, giving insights on what they have, what they lack, and highlighting positive aspects of their profiles. Once you get used to the way JazzHR works, it's pretty easy to manage. The cloning feature is handy for hiring for positions we've filled in the past, making the job posting process pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I'd like it if JazzHR had a feature to arrange meetings for hiring managers directly through the platform, integrated with Office 365. Also, it would be really helpful if I could upload additional documents like a candidate's resume and prescreen notes to share with hiring managers. Right now, hiring managers don't have access to see candidate profiles on JazzHR, so we have to send separate emails, which could be streamlined.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JazzHR for recruitment, from job posting to the hiring process. It simplifies the workflow with an easy dashboard, cloning feature for positions, and AI filtering with TalentFit for candidate insights.

**Official Response from Meredith Simmons:**

> Hi Charith, thank you so much for your feedback. We appreciate your honesty on what we could improve on and have shared your review with our customer leadership team.

 ### 11. Extremely User-Friendly and Easy to Navigate

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hasvini V. | TA Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

Extremely user friendly and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

While JazzHR is helpful for managing the hiring workflow, some parts of the interface feel less intuitive and require extra clicks to complete simple actions. Customization and reporting can also be a bit limited, making it harder to extract tailored insights without manual work. Additionally, integrations with other tools could be more seamless to reduce duplicated effort.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR helps streamline and centralize our hiring process by managing job postings, applications, and candidate communications in one platform. It improves visibility across the hiring funnel, reduces manual coordination, and ensures a more structured and consistent candidate experience, allowing us to move faster and make better-informed hiring decisions.

**Official Response from Meredith Simmons:**

> Hi Hasvini, thank you for taking time to share your experience with us. We're continuously working on improving our products, and we'll keep you in mind when we need customer feedback and Beta testers in the future as a thanks.

 ### 12. Efficient Recruitment with User-Friendly UI

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rabib C. | Supervisor, Talent Acquisition, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I really like JazzHR's user interface. It's really easy to move through the various stages of the recruitment cycle. I also find it straightforward to post a job, view candidates, and send them emails within the platform.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

Unfortunately, there's no way of identifying which candidates are internal in our organization. And there's no way to send, like, a Calendly link. Like, we have to manually call people and schedule them in for interviews. We use Microsoft Excel to do a lot of our tracking because JazzHR's tracking and reporting isn't the greatest.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR helps me hire people efficiently and manage the recruitment process stages, like application screening, interviewing, and background checks.

 ### 13. JazzHR is easy to use and keep things organized!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia H. | Human Resources Generalist, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

JazzHR is easy to use and is already pre-built with options to help you keep the Recruiting process streamlined. Also helps you keep your applicants organized. This is a program I am in daily and got down very quickly. If you're not big on storing a lot of details on candidates, then this is an easy program to utilize and help you organize/categorize your candidates.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

At times, there has been conflicting information when posting has been pushed out to other sites, like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. from the JazzHR Job Post. Items such as flagging a role as 'remote' when it was marked as 'on-site' only. Wish that I could view the notes portion a little easier.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can post on JazzHR once, and it loads my job posting to our company website, as well as additional job posting platforms. As well, I can edit once and it updates across all spaces.
Way easier than having to log into multiple places and edit and create job postings multiple times.

 ### 14. Essential Features Moved Behind Paywalls Despite Easy Candidate Email Sync

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Translation and Localization | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

Their easy contact method to email a candidate information to sync for a meeting.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

They keep removing necessary features and putting them behind paywalls. Several assets we had at the start of our plan were later changed and moved into a different pay tier. There’s also a limit on bulk emails, which makes it harder to use at scale. The offer letters feature feels inefficient and slows down the process. On top of that, parts of the UI handle capitalization inconsistently: I’ll enter text in all caps, but it ends up displaying in lowercase.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have a good support system, but you guys add problems to be honest.

**Official Response from Megan Ferenz:**

> Thanks for your honest feedback, we’re glad to hear the candidate communication tools have been helpful. We also appreciate you calling out these challenges, as insights like this are important as we continue to improve the experience.

 ### 15. Efficient, User-Friendly, and a Game-Changer for High-Volume Hiring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa S. | Co Executive Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

JazzHR has been a crucial part of streamlining our recruiting process. As someone who receives a high volume of applicants daily, I appreciate how easy it is to organize, screen, and communicate with candidates. The ability to automate emails and questionnaires has saved me countless hours, and I love that I can customize workflows to match our unique hiring steps.

One of my favorite features is how intuitive the platform is—it doesn’t take long to train new team members to use it. JazzHR has truly helped us improve both speed and quality in hiring. Highly recommend it to anyone managing large applicant flows or looking to scale their recruiting process efficiently.

Pros:

Clean and intuitive interface

Robust automation and customization options

Great value for the price

Reliable customer support

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

Cons:

Can get slightly laggy when managing a very high volume of applicants

Bulk actions are limited in some views

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR is solving the challenge of managing a high volume of applicants efficiently while maintaining a professional and consistent candidate experience. Before using JazzHR, I spent way too much time manually tracking resumes, sending follow-up emails, and scheduling interviews. Now, with JazzHR's automation tools and customizable workflows, I can quickly screen applicants, communicate with them at scale, and move top candidates through the hiring pipeline faster.

This has not only saved me hours every week but has also helped us improve our time-to-hire, reduce candidate drop-off, and maintain a high level of organization. It's made recruiting feel more strategic and less chaotic.

 ### 16. Essential for ATS but Setup Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leah T. | Senior Manager Recruiting & Retention, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I appreciate how JazzHR simplifies the job posting process, particularly with the ease of posting jobs and its seamless integration with indeed.com. This capability enhances our hiring efficiency by allowing us to reach a broader pool of candidates effectively. Additionally, the general user interface of JazzHR is straightforward and easy to navigate. This simplicity is beneficial for daily operations, making the system user-friendly and accessible, even amidst other complexities. Furthermore, JazzHR aids us significantly by enabling the tracking of EEO information from applicants, which allows us to better understand and monitor our diversity numbers based on the data, thus supporting our organizational goals related to diversity and inclusion.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I found the initial setup of JazzHR to be challenging due to limited training and enablement resources. The areas like setting up interview guides, accessing interview results, and using the support card system were difficult to understand without proper guidance from JazzHR. Additionally, there seems to be an issue with not being able to retrieve the original posting date of a job once it's closed, which poses a challenge in tracking and reviewing previous postings.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR helps us post jobs, review applications, document interview feedback, and track EEO information, enhancing our hiring process and diversity understanding.

 ### 17. Empowers Recruiting with Customization but Needs Intuitive Boost

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susan S. | Staff Developer

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I like that JazzHR gives me the capability to change the interview process depending on the job posting. It also has self-help features, allowing me to get questions answered readily through the program. Additionally, I find that whenever I encounter difficulties or make a mistake, JazzHR prevents me from moving forward until I solve the problem, and I can rely on JazzHR's help to get the answers I need to proceed.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I would like for JazzHR to be a bit more intuitive. And maybe some artificial intelligence features could expedite the process.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR helps me stay organized during interviews and sets up necessary postings. It allows me to change the interview process based on job postings and provides self-help for quick problem resolution.

 ### 18. Effortless Job Posting with Effective Candidate Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn S. | Owner/Sole Proprietor , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I use JazzHR for job posting and candidate outreach. It posts my jobs on various sites and lets me manage all responses in one location, which is easy to use. I particularly like the bulk email and talent fit features. Bulk email allows me to respond to candidates efficiently, and the talent fit does a good job of confirming qualifications. The initial setup was also easy, which I really appreciate.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I find long term candidate management challenging with JazzHR.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JazzHR to post jobs on various sites and manage responses in one location. The bulk email feature helps me respond to candidates efficiently, and the talent fit feature confirms qualifications well.

 ### 19. Easy to make posts, but user experience not helpful

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2023

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

Most helpful aspects are the job posting creation and easy to promote

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

Not every team has developers available to help customize individual pages. I would like to have a more robust customization experience

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosts job listings and tracks applicants

**Official Response from Shelby Klick:**

> Thank you for your review! If you would like to learn more about our customization options for career pages, please reach out to our team at support@jazzhr.com. Thanks again!

 ### 20. Extremely User-Friendly ATS That Makes Posting Ads and Building Pipelines Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa M. | Talent Acquisition Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

ATS is extremely user-friendly, from being able to quickly post an ad and copy an ad to building pipelines. It also provides feedback on your ads and how they should be posted for better visibility.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I’d like to see more options in the basic reporting, especially around the basic metrics.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Talent Tracking makes it easy to search for past candidates using a simplified method.

 ### 21. Streamlined Candidate Tracking and Efficient Hiring Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda R.

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I appreciate how JazzHR allows me to track candidates efficiently for each vacancy, which is particularly beneficial as we often have multiple vacancies. The system's capability to consolidate tasks such as tracking, note-taking, emailing, and candidate rejection in a single platform significantly streamlines my workflow. I find it incredibly useful to manage candidate movement throughout the interview process and use the integrated email feature directly within the ATS system. These features save me time and make the candidate management process more coherent and straightforward. Additionally, JazzHR's ease of use, particularly since we transitioned from not having an ATS at all, made the setup process manageable, allowing us to start utilizing its benefits immediately. The ability to view candidates applying for multiple positions and when they do so is a huge advantage, as it provides comprehensive oversight and better tracking capabilities. JazzHR has truly enhanced my productivity and effectiveness in managing recruitment tasks, making it an indispensable part of my daily responsibilities. Its impact is so significant that I'm inclined to give it a top recommendation rating.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I find it a bit challenging to change outgoing messages, especially when rejecting candidates.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JazzHR to manage candidate tracking and communication, streamlining recruitment processes and improving efficiency by consolidating all tasks into one platform.

 ### 22. Easy Setup, Great for Recruitment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I think JazzHR is very easy to use. If we have new users, the ramp-up time is really quick. It's very self-explanatory. I also like that there are university classes, and I think the customer service is great.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I think for us, we would love to be able to have a more robust scorecard feature. The one in JazzHR is just very basic.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR helps with to keep our recruiting timeline organized and ensures good candidate follow-up.

**Official Response from Megan Ferenz:**

> Thank you for your review! We're so glad to hear JazzHR's ease of use, training resources, and customer support have made a positive impact on your recruiting process. We appreciate your feedback on scorecards and are grateful to have you as part of the JazzHR community!

 ### 23. Basic ATS, Cost-Effective But Lacks Features

**Reviewed by:** LaTeona B.

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

JazzHR centralizes candidates into one place, which helps in organizing recruitment processes even though it offers basic functionality. It was a more cost-effective choice compared to other vendors we considered.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

JazzHR’s functionality is quite limited and does not meet our expectations, particularly in terms of reporting capabilities. The offer letter system lacks customization options, which has caused recurring issues, and we’ve experienced multiple difficulties with both onboarding and the texting features. Customizing and integrating the career page has also proven problematic. In addition, the platform does not provide adequate privacy controls for resume sharing, which can expose sensitive information such as salary details and addresses. Overall, the system feels basic and rudimentary compared to other ATS platforms, lacking the advanced features we need. Integration with Paylocity was especially time-consuming, taking nearly two years to function properly. Key areas such as privacy settings, interview settings, offer letter configuration, candidate pipelining, sourcing, reporting, and dashboard visibility for job stages remain inadequate. Onboarding employees across different entities has also been challenging, only one entity is currently functioning correctly after a lengthy adjustment period. Ultimately, JazzHR’s functionalities have created more challenges than solutions, with cost-efficiency being its only notable advantage for organizations operating on a very strict budget.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a career page.

 ### 24. Cost-Effective ATS with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe R. | Recruiting Mnaager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I truly appreciate JazzHR for being our recruiting platform, facilitating our hiring processes efficiently. The platform's integration capabilities, particularly the webhook that exports hiring data directly into our CRM so the entire organization stays updated, are immensely beneficial. The ability to post job openings across multiple job boards and track candidate interactions, including discussions and interviews, streamlines our hiring process, relieving us from manual spreadsheet management. JazzHR's automation features, such as automated email triggers and workflow setups, have significantly sped up and optimized our interview processes, making the hiring journey smoother and more time-efficient. The questionnaire feature is another aspect I value highly, as it allows us to create custom sales assessments and screening questionnaires, helping us filter candidates swiftly. The automation of candidate notifications once they complete these questionnaires and the data's accessibility in candidate profiles enhance our efficiency. Additionally, the AI feature called TalentFit is incredibly helpful in assessing candidate profiles against job descriptions, ensuring that candidates align well with our requirements. This AI feature saves us time and effort, helping maintain the quality of our recruitment process. Lastly, the cost-effectiveness of JazzHR is noteworthy, making it suitable for a small to medium-sized business like ours, and offering a good balance of functionality without the hefty costs of other top-tier ATS options.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I find the transition and migration to JazzHR challenging. It requires starting over with job setups, workflows, and email templates. The data transfer is limited and manual, especially since the format desired by JazzHR for data ingestion is not compatible with the way Greenhouse provided it. Resumes are separated and not automatically merged, forcing us to manually move candidates to the correct stages. JazzHR lacks a true merge profile or transfer candidate option, which is problematic. For instance, if a candidate is better suited for a different role or location, there is no transfer option to move their profile seamlessly without losing data. Additionally, the inability to refresh job postings more frequently than every ninety days without creating new versions is inconvenient, particularly when we want to refresh job postings every thirty days due to our volume recruiting model.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JazzHR as our recruiting platform to streamline hiring, automate tasks, and manage candidate data efficiently, freeing us from manual spreadsheet tracking. It integrates with our CRM, enhancing cross-department visibility when hiring.

 ### 25. Simplicity of JazzHR Shines Despite Minor Downtime Issues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liz P.

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I appreciate that JazzHR was recommended to us based on the simplicity of the program, and it has lived up to that with its user-friendly interface. It simplifies many processes, making it easy to learn and navigate through different options. I am particularly impressed with how it has helped with the standardization of processes, especially the templates on offer letters. These tools streamline my workflow, making my recruiting efforts more organized. The documentation and candidate communication features are quite beneficial, as they allow for clear communication within the team and tracking of candidate information effortlessly. This has been a dramatic improvement from my previous experience with ADP. I also find the tasks feature extremely helpful in keeping me organized by allowing me to manipulate tasks to come up at the beginning of the day, which was something we didn't have before. Furthermore, JazzHR's integration with our existing software, like Gem, Willow, and Calendly, has been seamless, improving our recruiting process without causing disruptions. Lastly, I find the cost of JazzHR appealing compared to other vendors, which is a significant factor for leadership. Overall, I am happy with JazzHR and would rate it a solid ten, or at least a nine and a half, due to its occasional system downtimes. But I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I am occasionally frustrated when the system goes down, requiring me to constantly refresh to proceed with my work. This disruption is the primary issue I have encountered with JazzHR, and it affects the otherwise smooth experience.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find JazzHR simplifies standardizing our processes with templates, improves offer letter management, and keeps us organized with task features. Its user-friendly interface enhances communication among recruiters, making it efficient despite occasional system downtimes.

 ### 26. JazzHR to Recruit excellence

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elman M. | Team Lead, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

Is is very easy to use, easy to implement, the number of features that it has is great, I like how you can see the different roles the candidates have applied and also for which roles they are fit or not. Interview creation is easy, also to keep track of assessments, and resume checking. Collaboration part is also great.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

Nothing at all at the moment I do not dislike anything, it just provides all what it promises.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiting times, evaluation of candidates, assessments and programming interviews

 ### 27. The Best ATS for Recruitment Out There

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sasha b. | HR Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I love the simplicity of JazzHR and the functionality, they make everything extremely user friendly, visually appealing and attractive, and overall great outcomes with the quality of candidates we pull in. I love the automation, the different stages, the automatic responses for knock out questions or emails. It's the best tool in my arsenal!

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

The only thing I dislike has been when I spell a word wrong in an email with a candidate, and it doesn't have auto-correct. That would be a function/feature I would like to see implemented in the future.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Indeed nightmare. The price options and not forcing clients to have to sponsor is the ticket. JazzHR has such flexible pricing and abilities to turn sponsorship off and on that it makes it really attractive and necessary to get our small business clients to want to use Jazz. It's also, right in one place - I can easily upload my interview summary notes or any reference checks/external documents right in the candidate profile. I can tag a hiring manager or business owner to see the candidates I have shortlisted, or what I am working on very easily. It's just extremely user friendly which has excelled and streamlined my productivity during the day.

 ### 28. Overall Review as a Hiring Manager

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

Ease of platform accessibility, ability to view job posting across platforms, emails to myself and ability to respond on the website or through my email directly

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

One Time verification every single day. Makes its a hassle when logging in frequently or when it logs you out.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None, justa. good streamline process that we can use to hire

 ### 29. Jazz HR Is User-Friendly and Easy to Teach Across Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randie V. | Chief of Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I love how user friendly the system is. I have multiple managers using Jazz HR and teaching the system is very easy.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I have no complaints about the system at this point.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jazz HR saved us a ton of money on advertisements and sponsorships of ads. We also are getting quality candidates.

 ### 30. Streamlined Hiring with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robyn S. | HR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

JazzHR offers a user-friendly and centralized platform that makes managing open positions simple and efficient. I appreciate being able to view all job postings directly from the dashboard, which helps me stay organized and up to date. The integration with Calendly is a standout feature—allowing candidates to self-schedule interviews has significantly streamlined the coordination process. Additionally, the platform helps reduce advertising costs by posting to multiple job boards at once, making it a cost-effective tool for recruiting.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

One limitation I’ve encountered is the lack of customization in the interview section, particularly with the text input tools. I often use abbreviations in my notes and would like them to automatically expand into full text, as I can in other programs with a configurable dictionary. Unfortunately, JazzHR does not currently support this feature, which prevents me from using it effectively for interview documentation.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Centralized Job Management
By allowing all job postings to be created and managed within a single platform, JazzHR eliminates the need to track openings across multiple systems or spreadsheets, improving organization and visibility.

2. Time Savings in Interview Scheduling
The integration with Calendly allows candidates to self-schedule interviews, reducing the back-and-forth communication typically required to coordinate availability and freeing up your time for higher-value tasks.

3. Reduced Advertising Costs
JazzHR automatically distributes job postings to multiple free and paid job boards, helping you reach a wider audience without incurring high advertising expenses, ultimately reducing your cost per hire.

4. Streamlined Candidate Tracking
With a clear dashboard view and customizable hiring stages, you can easily track where each candidate is in the process, improving hiring team coordination and ensuring no applicants fall through the cracks.

 ### 31. JazzHR Is the Cautionary Tale You'll Wish You Had Listened To

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie K. | VP of Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I don't have anything positive to say other than the cost. But truly, you get what you pay for. And in this case you pay for stress, confusion and poor service disguised as policy.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

We switched from Lever to JazzHR in 2022. What followed has been hands down, the worst experience I've ever had with an ATS in my over 20 years of recruitment. Our migration from Lever was promised to be seamless. Instead what we got was an incoherent dump of resumes, notes and requisitions. I left the company for 6. months, came back and the data was still in limbo. What is there now, is highly unusable.

The system is clunky, outdated and confusing for everyone involved. Not just our recruiters, but hiring managers and even interviewers do not enjoy using the product due to non-sensical workflows.

Recently, we were auto-upgraded to a higher pricing tier after exceeding a bulk email cap with no warning or approval. Their response? That is was "in the Terms of Service" and that we'd have to wait a FULL billing cycle before they would consider a downgrade. So prorated the cost for our current billing cycle, and despite notifying them immediately that we are not interested in the upgrade, we have to pay for the next full billing cycle. For something ironically that we don't even use!

There was no attempt at flexibility. No real dialogue. Just copy and pasted replies citing "over 21,000 customers" and asking us not to send follow ups because it creates "duplicate tickets". Even when I escalated directly to multiple people, I was dismissed or ignored. To add insult to injury, the same rep who ignored by escalation request followed up a week later to pitch a new AI tool! With no recognition of our ongoing issue.

Despite multiple clear communications that we did not authorize a tier upgrade or price increase, they attempted to charge us MORE than the upgrade. When we pushed back, they claimed a notice had been sent to our billing contact. Yet no such email was ever received and they couldn't provide a copy or date that it was sent.

If you care about transparency, reliability and actual customer support ... steer far, far away from JazzHR.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR is not solving our core problems. It is contributing to them. We originally chose it as a cost effective ATS to streamline hiring, centralize candidate data and make recruiting more efficient. Unfortunately it has done the opposite.

 ### 32. JazzHR: A Seamless Hiring Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristyna W. | Human Resources Office Administrator

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I really like JazzHR for the amazing functions it offers. When scheduling an interview, it's great because you can easily add a teammate and see their full calendar. The invitations are sent along with the link, making everything automated. It just simplifies processes absolutely and it's just great.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

Nothing I could possibly say.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR organizes job openings, guiding us through every step. It's easy to use and navigate daily with colleagues and candidates. It automates processes, like interview scheduling, by showing full calendars and sending invitations with links.

**Official Response from Meredith Simmons:**

> Hi Krystina! Thank you so much for review – I've shared it with our leadership team, and they shared it with our entire JazzHR Customer Success team.

 ### 33. Affordable Recruitment with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leslie A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I find JazzHR's pricing affordable, which really helps. I also like their targeted ads based on location for in-person jobs because they help attract more local talents. The initial setup of JazzHR was very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I find the pipeline is not as streamlined. I'd like it to have a clean UI that looks like an ATS.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR helps me attract more candidates and local talents with affordable pricing and targeted ads.

 ### 34. Easy Setup and Quick to Get Up and Running

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan S. | Senior Sales Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

It's easy to use and standup. We were up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

Sometimes the application is a bit slower than ideal.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a comprehensive ATS that helps us recruit better.

 ### 35. Good for Basics, Anything More is Lacking

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

Unfortunately, only the potential to be successful.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

Limited customization available - Looking to make the application questions are very limited. Additionally, the feedback form from interviews is not customizable in regards to the type of questions get answered. When scheduling an interview through the platform, we'd love to get the availability from the manager and have it be offered to the candidate. Unfortunately this can only be done with an integration through Calendly at this time which is just another service to implement and set up. Also, when using the scheduling feature with JazzHR, it can send the invite but it does not tell you if the employee responded or not as it does not show you the invite they received.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It serves the needs of a bare-bones ATS system.

 ### 36. Great way to post jobs in one place get broad reach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurel A. | Human Resources Manager II, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

One place for my recruiting needs - posting, communicating, connected to my preferred application, customer support when needed, and flexibility for workflows.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

Some features are clunky but you get used to them with continued use. The price point is great if you're recruiting on a regular basis, but with the market being slow right now, it feels like a lot to just have it sitting there. I wish there was a midway point between hero & pro, or have an idle setting for small companies. When I post technical positions I tend to get hundreds of bots or overseas applicants - I hope JazzHR can work with the posting sites to better weed out unqualified applicants.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

marketing jobs to as many qualified candidates as possible and tracking their progress when invited into our application process.

 ### 37. Easy to Use and Highly Productive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

It’s very easy to use, and I find the tool highly productive.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

It has some bugs and a few technical issues that could become a problem on a busy day.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When the page goes down, they usually fix it fairly quickly.

**Official Response from Megan Ferenz:**

> Thanks so much for your review, we’re grateful for your partnership! We’re always working to improve, so it’s great to know we’re on the right track.

 ### 38. Simple, easy to use platform with lots of growing features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody H. | People & Culture Business Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I like JazzHR mainly because of how easy it is to use. It also allows for you to customize your recruiting workflows to automate many stages with the use of workflow helpers. For example. has the candidate signed their offer and you're ready to get their background check going? You can automate communications at that point, which saves a lot of time!

They recently released the Talent Fit feature which uses AI to compare candidates to the job description to identify candidates that are a fit for the role while also providing succinct bullet points that can be shared with hiring managers. While it's not perfect, as it sometimes does not identify candidates who are a talent fit, it's still another time saver that makes the recruiting process that much easier.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

My biggest gripe with JazzHR is the offer letter stage. You cannot automatically assign signature fields due to limitations with HelloSign/DocuSign, which means they have to be assigned individually every single time. We have multiple signature and date fields on offer letters, which can take 3-5 minutes per candidate. It's cumbersome and annoying more than anything. They really need to get this sorted out to improve the offer process overall.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR helps us post jobs quickly and attract top talent. The platform allows recruiters and hiring managers to seamlessly take candidates through the talent pipeline, which helps us hire candidates faster.

 ### 39. Seamless LinkedIn Integration and Free Job Posts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Merve D. | HR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

Integration Linkedin and free job posts.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

The candidate filters in the pool should be more useful and easier to work with.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't need to post job ads on other platforms.

 ### 40. Jazz HR Platform

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keily M. | Hr Administration, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

It’s easy to use, and reviewing the resume is straightforward and helpful.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I don’t like that it’s always giving me an error, and I have to reset it all the time.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to find candidates and connect with people for our company.

 ### 41. Supervisor, Talent Acquisition

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

The UI is very simple and straightforward. Easy to navigate

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

Some limited functionalities. For example, have to manually take down jobs.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR is helping us stay organized through fast paced recruitment. Multiple hires happening every week.

 ### 42. Everything You Need in One Convenient Web-Based Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

How everything can be found in the same web based platform

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

outages that may occur sometimes during the usage

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems with the outage have been fewer and further apart

**Official Response from Megan Ferenz:**

> We really appreciate you sharing this! Feedback like yours helps others feel confident in choosing JazzHR, and it means a lot to our team. Thanks for being part of the journey with us.

 ### 43. Intuitive and Automated, But Text Notifications Need Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I was looking for an ATS that is intuitive and user-friendly. I also wanted a tool that was easy to launch and had automation features. JazzHR provides all this and more.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

JazzHR only offers 1 number for the text feature and you do not receive an email when someone responds. You have to use the app or go back to the profile to see if someone responded.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR has built in promotions features where you can advertise your job right from the platform. They bill directly to your account and it saves time and money from having to go to an external website and post your job.

 ### 44. Perfect for small businesses!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

JazzHR was super easy to implement. The software is pretty intuitive. They do have someone to support your initial setup, and then customizations are pretty straightforward. I love that a lot of the other software that I use connects to it, like Gusto, Criteria, and DISA Background Screening. This has saved a lot of time, streamlining the processes. When you are a 1 person team, every minute counts, so this was huge for me.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

There are a few things I wish JazzHR did better. I wish there was a default setting for rejections (like if I reject someone, automatically send a rejection notice in 3 days). Right now you have to manually select when you want the notice to go out. Also, when you do a bulk status change, you get the option to send a rejection notice immediately but not an option for sending it in the future. Not a huge deal, but something I have been able to do in other systems that I liked having as an option. I use JazzHR daily, all day long as we are doing a ton of recruiting.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to track candidates from lots of sources in one place, and easily communicate with candidates.

 ### 45. EASE OF USE

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2023

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I received zero training on this ATS but it is so intuitive I didnt need it! I really like that the steps and status are clear and easy to move candidates through the system

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

System integrations with other tools to be able to automate candidate interaction.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to keep my candidates well organized!

**Official Response from Shelby Klick:**

> Hello there! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're happy to hear about your easy and intuitive experience with JazzHR to help track your applicants throughout your hiring process! While training is not required to understand and use JazzHR we do offer weekly training webinars to help you learn about and use different features, such as workflow automation, including automating emails to candidates. **Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I like how easy it is to send documents to candidates and also recieve documents from candidates.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I really wish they had a group "texting" option within jazz or pull certain candidates on to a excel spreadsheet

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jazz isn't solving a ton of problems for me, I am a recruiter so I don't use Jazz like someone who does credentialing and compliance.

 ### 47. Do Not Recommend

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

Being able to send questionnaires after the applicant applies

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintaining applicant records

**Official Response from Megan Ferenz:**

 ### 48. easy to use; can be buggy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh O. | Director of talent acquisition, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

The ease of posting a position. The guidelines ar eright there as you are posting

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

Constant "connections issues" despite being on several different networks. Too often the system is buggy and has issues.

I wish I could update positions more than once every 3 months.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to post a variety of positions alot quicker than other platforms.

 ### 49. Easy to Use and Quick to Learn, Even for Non-Techies

It is fairly easy to use and the learning process is quick, even for those who are less tech-savvy.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

The metrics reporting does not go into the depth that is needed at our company.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides and ATS to track and find new candidates. It allows us to guide the candidates throughout the entire interview process.

 ### 50. User-Friendly Interface, But Limited Editing and Annoying OTP Requirement

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I like the ease of use. Everything is very self-explanatory.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I don't like that I cannot edit the discussion steps for a candidate. Also don't love the new OTP requirement.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping my entire team up to date on the latest updates for each candidate. Allows for us all to be on the same page.
