# Which Auto Dialer is most trusted by outbound sales managers scaling teams, based on user reviews?

And what earned your reps' trust enough that they used it every single day?

Kixie showing up here as something "smaller and mid-size teams" trust, with Nooks and Orum framed as the scale-up answer, makes it sound like a headcount threshold decides when to switch. The actual trigger is probably whether the manager needs active coaching and monitoring, live-listen, call review, ramp analytics, not team size itself. A 40-person team making short, well-scripted calls might never need that layer, while a 10-person team selling something complex could need it on day one. "Switch once you hit a certain size" is probably the wrong framing; "switch once coaching complexity outgrows what you can do manually" is closer to the actual trigger, and that can happen at very different headcounts for different sales motions.
