**What do you like best about Item8?**

One of the best intitutive platforms for the Digital Advertisements, support to automate multiple businesses. Easy to get data of multiple companies at one go. One of the best platforms for affiliate marketing by uncovering hidden oppurtunities. Simplifies the billings of the same.Ability to integrate with other softwares like Wordpress, Quickbooks etc.

**What do you dislike about Item8?**

I expect more platfoems to integrate, users codable platform like Python. May be better pricing for beginners to build their business in initial stages

**What do you like best about Item8?**

I really like how it is easy to understand and use. The product also has a good looking UI with fun colors. Also, the fact that it works very fast and much better then the standard CPQ tool we use today is a huge plus.

**What do you dislike about Item8?**

They are making too many updates to quickly, with no warning or heads up.

**What problems is Item8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to find a solution to replace that of the Salesforce CPQ, since their solution is so slow and freezes up.

**What do you like best about Item8?**

Item8 is a great digital platform that I have been using for the past few years. I must say that it has greatly helped me in managing accounts for my advertising agency very well. Not only that it also helps to improve my customer relations because it is also an efficient and very well working CRM software. Supported by different formats of foreign currency I am easily able to manage all my billing and invoices from different countries.

**What do you dislike about Item8?**

I think it is quite expensive if you compare it to the competitors, which are offering the same kind of product. At least they should give some kind of free trial so the people can have satisfaction before spending that much amount of money.

**What problems is Item8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find this platform amazing as customer relation management software because it has so many features and it is so flexible that you can maintain high standard relations with your customer without any kind of hurdle. The reporting functions are great because they always helps me to analyze the data from my customers and to make strategies on what to do next and to make them satisfied with our business. The lead capturing feature is amazing in making marketing analysis and marketing strategies to make fruitful outcomes.

**What do you like best about Item8?**

Item8 grants so many features to their users.  It is easy to use. Their customer support is very helpful and they always response us on time. It enables us generating bills and invoices. It helps us in contact management. It enables us generating leads. We can easily manage user roles with this platform. It provides online storage as well. It helps us in managing workflows.

**What do you dislike about Item8?**

It is not supported by android devices or mobile phones. You must need web to access it. It is not suitable for small business. They do not provide free trail to test their services we have to purchase it for first use. You cannot contact to support team through calls you can only contact them online.

**Recommendations to others considering Item8:**

Our company takes advantage of both customer relationship management and other billing and customization features. It also enables postpaid bill generations. I recommend it to everyone.

Using it for our company it is very flexible because it has so many features a company takes advantage with. They help us in accounting department as well because of its integrated accounting feature. It is ideal for customer relationships.

**What do you like best about Item8?**

It is specifically used for advertising business. It helps to manage all the systems at a platform. It is easy to understand the customer problems. It has great efficiency and really supportive. It is highly CRM flexible tool. Item 8 allows to create agreements. It can automatically email bills and invoices and help to advertise stored in their profile. Cn easily synchronize bills. We also have better control over our clients. Files can easily attach by item 8 and can easily accessible at any time to its users.

**What do you dislike about Item8?**

While using item 8 interface change with every new version and update. It is difficult to integrate it with other platforms. Its new update always adds a new quire to the users which is quite difficult to solve in short time. It is more difficult for users to generate bills for customers or even difficult to track bills of its own. Item 8 has pre-defined template so it is bitter difficult for users to add their own setting.

Item 8 manage our workflow, contacts, bills and invoices. It is easily use for advertising. It is easy to understand and highly flexible tool of CRM that we can often make changes into it. Its main feature to automate multiple business process.

**What do you like best about Item8?**

Item8 is an all and managing software for advertizing networks as it is a customer Relation Management (CRM), billing and Software as a Service providing platform. It helps in managing documents, legal entities, contracts, bills, invoice as well as manage the workflow of advertisers and affiliates.

**What do you dislike about Item8?**

One of the major disadvantages of Item 8 is its pricing with charging about $230 per month for their starter package that goes up to $930 per month for the custom plan package. Another difficulty in using this platform is its constantly changing interface with every new version and update.

**What problems is Item8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Item8 have the feature to generate bills both pre and postpaid. Invoices generated by the platform are both edited and added up with the latest customary statistics. These invoices and bills can be easily sent over and paid after agreement and approval. The system platform keeps a complete record of history, actions, comments, and logs of the data by integrating with HasOffers.

**What do you like best about Item8?**

Our agency is in all and all in debt to item8 as it provides great service of CRM and SaaS platform. It really works great for document management, bills, invoices, legal entities contacts. It also manages the workflow of advertisers.

**What do you dislike about Item8?**

I find it to be extremely expensive charging about 230 dollars a month and that is only for the starter package It can be as high as 930 dollars for a month in custom plan. The updates are constantly changing the interface making it difficult to get used to it.

**What problems is Item8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating bills was a great hazard in my line of work but Item8 is featured with generating pre-paid and postpaid bills. The invoice generation and approval was never so convenient. Another big advantage that I find very useful of Item 8 is the data integration with HasOffers.

**What do you like best about Item8?**

It is really easy to understand and implementation went really smooth for me. This product understand the problems of their customers and I found it really customer oriented.

**What do you dislike about Item8?**

The ever-changing user interface and frequent updates which do not contain any prominent improvement is what bugs me. It is difficult to integrate it with other platforms.

They can improve the overall user interface of product and increase balance in both front-end and back end features.

**What problems is Item8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Item8 reduced the workload as taking up all the tasks by itself. It helps me track the accountability of the bills, invoices and customer data. Moreover, it allowed me to analyze the cash flows and also generate financial repositories.

**What do you like best about Item8?**

I would say that this product is truly customer oriented and it constantly evolves according to the needs of the customers. The customer service is really supportive and facilitated me with great efficiency

**What do you dislike about Item8?**

I experienced bugs in the user interface after every update. New updates don’t always add value to the functioning of the product. Moreover, sometimes it lags when booting up.

**Recommendations to others considering Item8:**

They can improve the fluency of the product by eliminating the bugs experienced by the user after every update.

**What problems is Item8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of the customers and documentation is a hectic job. For me, Item8 provided a solution by managing and keeping a track of all my documents and keeping a track of my customers. Moreover, generating bills for my customers and adding any custom statistics have never been so easy for me.

**What do you like best about Item8?**

The customer service is second to none. Generating bills for the customers has never been so easy for me. Moreover, I don’t even have to track my bills, item8 does that for me.

**What do you dislike about Item8?**

I would prefer if they would allow more customization of the documentation for the user. This will enhance the UI to make it simpler to operate.

**Recommendations to others considering Item8:**

They should make it more user friendly for the ease of the end user.

**What problems is Item8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I loved the product; it is immensely useful for documentations and generating bills for the customers. It can generate both prepaid and postpaid bills for the customers. This reduces the operational overhead in my business.

Customers' needs are very well understood and resolved. Automation of bills and invoices are really liked by me!

**What do you dislike about Item8?**

It asks for updation every now and then. Sometimes,  its templates force user to change their ways.

Customer support offered by Item8 is great. Excellent tool for managing bills and invoices!

I use it for advertisement purpose, in which it helps a lot in preparing bills and invoices very fast and effectively.
