I genuinely appreciate Invoiced for its ease of use, which makes managing my accounting tasks more straightforward. The specific features such as credit card payments and bank payments make it convenient for processing transactions. I love the ability to keep detailed customer information within the platform, which helps maintain organized records. The feature that stands out for me is the capability to send payment reminders. It's incredibly efficient as it saves me from manually typing out reminder emails each time a customer is late with their payment. Additionally, I value the self-service portal that allows customers to handle their payments themselves, reducing the workload on my end. The overall functionality of Invoiced greatly supports my work in accounting, allowing me to track payments, aging, and customer contact information seamlessly. The platform itself is straightforward to use, with intuitive invoice creation and support for recurring billing and payment plans. The biggest issue is the lack of transparency and consistency in pricing. I was quoted multiple different rates for the same service, with no clear explanation of invoice limits or features. When I questioned this and referred to a prior written offer from their own account executive, my account was cancelled without consent. The reactivation process also failed due to a broken payment gateway, and support has been slow and disjointed. Overall, the post-acquisition experience under Flywire has been extremely poor.
