It just works. Our billing is complex due to subscription and transactional invoices, USD and CAD, sales tax, multiple bank platforms. Invoiced handles all of it without us babysitting it. The QuickBooks and bank integrations are solid, and applying payments to open invoices is genuinely easy, which was a constant headache in our previous system. Our account rep, Randeep Saeed, has also been excellent, and their hypercare team got us through onboarding cleanly. Strong value for what we pay. The time we've recovered is the clearest measure — no more manual reconciliation between our billing system, QuickBooks, and our bank accounts, and far fewer customer emails asking where an invoice stands now that they have portal access. For a finance team supporting dual-currency, multi-entity billing, that reclaimed capacity more than justifies the cost. The onboarding support we got was also included, not billed as an add-on.

It allows me to view our customers’ billing information and help with any issues they’re having with their accounts. It also helps me stay on top of customer follow-ups.

I like that Invoiced keeps everything all in one area, making communication with customers through messaging much easier. I appreciate its ability to automatically reach out to customers when they are close to their payment due dates or overdue, which makes the process easier for us. It's pretty easy to use, and if I don't know something, the chat and phone support are available. I also find the customer support reps pretty quick in getting available and helping me with my problems. I like the feature where Invoiced reaches out to customers, which I call 'customer chasing.' It's a quick and easy way for me to send links to customers so they can check their account statuses, view statements, and review past payments on their own, without needing to contact me directly.
