QuickBooks Payroll Pricing Overview

My favorite thing about GoCo is the support, hands down. If I have an issue or there is an error, they are on top of it and have always gotten me a resolution. Another great feature is the grid payroll system which makes it easy to edit individual lines and go back to correct, if needed. Onboarding new hires is done in a snap due to the workflows and well organized system. Our company setup was super easy and GoCo did all of the work. We plan to use integrations as we become more comfortable with using the system. The Quickbooks integration seems very handy. All in all, GoCo is a great system to be using for daily people use, payroll, and company announcements even. Very Satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't know that I would call it a dislike, because the support team is always ready to jump in, but we have encountered some temporary roadblocks as far as number of pay runs and a few errors here and there. But again, the support team seems to be able to handle anything. They raised the number of pay runs we could use and if I encounter the rare error, a simple re-load usually does the trick. The only thing I like with Quickbooks payroll is that it integrates with Quickbooks and you do not have to double enter payroll and liabilities into Quickbooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
