We've been using Intentsify for just over a year now, and we've been very happy with the service. Leads are delivered on time, in the format we've specified, and generally appear to be real, high quality contacts. The team is extremely easy to work with, does a great job with our materials, and is very responsive to any questions or concerns that we have. I have loved working with Intentsify for the past few years. We have an exceptional rep (Erika Karr) who is extremely responsive. If I didn't know any better, I would think we were only customers that she supports. She is proactive with reporting and new ideas and we have a great relationship with her. Intentsify successfully merges intent data with lead data to provide leads that are in market and warmer than many other content syndication leads. They have excellent customer service and we always feel heard in our needs. They are an important piece of our marketing mix and the leads we receive from them perform well down-funnel, which is the most important thing when it comes to content syndication. The theory of Intentsify is great. Intent is most powerful if you have the whole picture, not just part of it. What drew me to the vendor is the way they can aggregate multiple sources of Intent, and also go beyond just a standard topic taxonomy and use keywords. While the keyword concept is a good one to go beyond just the standard topic taxonomy, in reality, within our category the niche keywords we care about most don't actually turn up all that much. Pricing minimums are fairly high preventing us from using their services for many of our clients. But it is understandable based on the level of setup and intent building that they need to do!
