## Instruqt Reviews
  ### 1. Efficient Training Tool with Some Latency Issues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rudy S. | Senior Federal Solutions Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

I really like the ease of use of Instruqt. It's great having the guardrails in place to ensure that instructions are being followed. The copy and paste capabilities are also a plus.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

It can be slow at times. And I think when you're the admin trying to view other people's sandboxes, there's, like, time outs and other problems that occur. Mostly latency is the biggest issue I have in trying to use it for myself and for my customers.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instruqt accelerates training setup, allowing quick sandbox environment creation with ease of use and guardrails to ensure correct usage. However, it can be slow, with latency issues and timeouts, especially when admins view others' sandboxes.

  ### 2. From Idea to Production in 10 Days - A Game-Changer for Guided Experiences

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Instruqt is absolutely amazing! With the platform, we were able to go from an idea to production in less than 10 business days. Before Instruqt, we had been experimenting with other technologies that met some of our technical needs but failed to meet the needs of our prospects and customers. While Instruqt is not perfect, it's one of the easiest platforms to launch a guided experience on, bar none.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

Currently, the integrations with CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot are super early and have plenty of room for improvement. While the data is valid, its format can be improved to enable reporting. In addition, the security around onboarding prospects into a lab can significantly improve. Today, if you want to ensure prospects fill out a custom form in HubSpot, you have to build much of the surrounding tech to prevent it from being bypassed. While the built-in forms are okay, they're not customizable and do not support workflow-driven flows.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instruqt solved our most significant challenge: speed to market. We went from concept to production in under 10 business days, compared to months with our previous approach. This lets us respond quickly to market opportunities and engage prospects while their interest is high.

Our previous technologies worked technically but failed to provide the ideal experience for actual users. Instruqt provides a platform that's both technically capable and intuitive for prospects and customers, significantly improving our onboarding experience.

The platform also simplified what used to be a complex process requiring multiple teams and significant technical overhead. We can now create and iterate on guided demos and training experiences at a fraction of the time and cost. This has transformed our ability to scale customer education efforts and provide hands-on experiences that drive real product adoption. While not perfect, Instruqt's ease of use and quick implementation have made it invaluable for our go-to-market strategy.

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We'd love to better understand your usage and challenges with the CRM integrations. Please feel free to reach out to me and we can set up time to chat (sean@instruqt.com). Thanks!

  ### 3. Powerful Teaching tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Igor O. | Associate Customer Architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

This is a powerful tool for creating hands-on tutorials for customers. You can build straightforward use cases, combining text, video, and images to create comprehensive instructions. Even have some scripts to check if the user is running everything correctly.

This allows customers to independently follow the steps and learn through practical application. Because you can easily build any type of project, it's a great fit for almost any tech company. Our customers use this tool daily, finding it highly effective for workshops and internal training sessions.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

The learning curve can be a bit steep initially, so having a dedicated administration team for guidance is important at the start. However, once the team is trained, or you invest some time to learn, the platform is straightforward to use and worth the time invested.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As me, a lot of our customers learn by doing, so Instruct is perfect for us. We can build training programs that give customers a hands-on lab environment, so they can see things in practice, not just theory. This way, they can learn how to use our tool or a new feature directly. When they know how to use it, it's a huge help for closing a deal. For our current customers, this makes them use our tool more often, which is a win-win for everyone.

  ### 4. Scaling learning through hands-on labs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben H. | Director of Customer Success - EMEA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Setting up hands-on labs, that allow our customers to really learn to use our products, without having to sit through hours of video presentations.
Having been one of the first (if not the first) customers of Instruqt, we are still using it to this day, and are very satisfied.
Features are being added steadily, and are making the experience even better.
Some features that have been implemented had been on my list of requested features for a while, and I am happy they are now there.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

Some things could be better/easier, but the product itself is very solid.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are ensuring that our customers and users of our products can actually play around in a safe environment, and thus learn better how to use our products, and what the benefits are.

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thanks for the update, Ben!

  ### 5. Great product, but expensive with poor support.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Instruqt provides a powerful and platform for creating real, hands-on, sandboxed labs. You can run containers, full VMs (including shell terminals), and cloud accounts. You can create sophisticated instructions rendered from Markdown. All of this is wrapped in a single browser window with an intuitive interface. Instruqt is developer friendly, providing webhooks for learner activity, a graphql API, and a CLI client.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

Instruqt's documentation is fair and their customer support is bad. If you want help automating your lab development workflow or developing sophisticated learning experiences on their platform, you will quickly exhaust their frontline support capabilities. Their agents don't understand their product well but they will confidently provide incorrect information to you anyway. For issues they don't understand, they will require thorough documentation from you before engaging their engineering team, if you're lucky.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instruqt provides an excellent hands-on lab environment experience in a browser window. There is no need for customers to download anything, or run anything on their own hardware. Instruqt even provides ephemeral cloud accounts. Building something like this ourselves would take forever.

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Appreciate the honest feedback. We take our performance as a partner to our customers very seriously. Your constructive feedback has been passed along to the team. I'd welcome the opportunity to talk further about your experience should you feel comfortable reaching out directly via our Slack community.

  ### 6. Instruqt has completely revolutionized how we're able to provide workshops.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David H. | Senior Director of Content, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Instruqt has provided us with the perfect platform for our prospects, customers, and partners to get "hands-on" workshop experiences with our products. We can build guided experiences to demo new features for in-person and virtual workshops, which was previously much harder to accomplish. As a result, we've seen massive spikes in trial sign-ups for our product and have been able to provide a much simpler, catered experience to attendees. Both our Marketing and Sales Engineering teams are thrilled with what we get out of using Instruqt.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

At least in my experience, which is not on the technical side, I've seen nothing to dislike yet!

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A major hurdle for us is being able to demo the value of Kentik during trial sign-ups. If users haven't connected their telemetry sources in the platform, it's very hard to immediately see the massive value that Kentik provides. Instruqt allows us to build pre-populated workshop modules so that users can immediately see how Kentik would visualize and track telemetry data for their production environments. We can demo new use cases and showcase features in straightforward and easy-to-follow workshops that have been very well-recieved by attendees.

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Appreciate the feedback, David!

  ### 7. Great platform for providing on demand or live trainings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin R. | Mentorship Committee, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Instruqt makes it super easy to create lab exercises for either on demand training or live trainings. The users can setup challenges that the participants need to complete. You can write scripts to check the participants work as well as complete it for them if they get stuck. Instruqt's customer support has been great when we have had questions.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

Like any product, it takes a little while to learn your way around the UI and set up your first training. Once you get the hang of it, all the features you need are there.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instruqt makes it super easy for us to build lab exercises for in person trainings we want to put on as part of our marketing efforts. We have also delivered these trainings to our channel partners to get them ready to sell our product.

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thanks for the review, Justin!

  ### 8. One of the best tools for creating labs, sandboxes, and learning environments.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron B. | Curriculum Engineer/Technologist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

I have worked in the educational technology space for over a decade, and Instruqt is the best tool I've found for creating customized labs which not only present verisimilitude, but the ability the actually complete real-world tasks. There is no better way to learn, and Instruqt provides a fantastic platform which makes creating labs and sandboxes for users to learn in.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

I can't think of much I would improve. Perhaps provide easier to implement features - the ability to connect to third party/cloud infrastructure using a GUI and sliding blocks with stored secrets, rather than having to write out everything.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintaining checkpointed VMs or containers on internal infrastructure is fine for instructor led internetal training, but not a great solution for external training, and certainly not at scale. With Instruqt, we can design labs that can be spun-up on demand by customers/users taking an online course, and we can provide guidance, write check scripts to ensure the learner has successfully understood and completed the assignment, and even solve scripts to ensure they can move on if there's an issue.

  ### 9. Instruqt is an outstanding platform in terms of customer experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor S. | Customer Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

I've been using Instruqt for a few months now and one of the most helpful things is the capability of cloning block of different labs already created and reuse it to create new one projects. The customer experience while present some Workshops it's for sure an upside, I getting really good feedbacks from my customers.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

I'd point out here that working with scripts to automate things inside of Instruqt may be a quite challenging sometimes. But a big friction point we you have some samples to follow.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Instruqt to reduce the time spent to educate our customer on our new solutions.

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thank you, Victor! Your feedback has been shared with the team.

  ### 10. An awesome platform to deliver high quality trainings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdessamad T. | Application Security Engineer - Trainer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

It make life easier for a trainer to deliver training , and participants just loves it ! No time wasted on local setup and configuration, they can jump right into practices from the beginning.
The support team is also very reactive, you will always get someone who assist you to solve any technical issues.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

The most challenging part is to build and maintain the labs scenarios, it would be helpful to have more common use cases or sandboxes to use directly.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Delivering hands on exercises for my trainee

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thanks, Abdessamad! Your feedback has been shared with the team.

  ### 11. Very powerful and flexible educational platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nestor D. | Developer Advocate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

It makes our workshops and labs very manageable, and its tracking abilities are first-class. It is very flexible in the way you can adjust trainings to multiple platforms, audiences, schedules etc.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

We had issues with scaling, and attendee surges. Tracks weren't adapting properly to new logins.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to unify and track all our workshops in a single platform.

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thanks for the feedback! Happy to talk further about scalability. Please reach out via Slack to set up a time, if desired.

  ### 12. Amazing Lab Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Instruqt has allowed us to take hands-on labs to the next level.

- All content is authored in Markdown
- Possiblity to integrate with SCM (e.g. GitHub)
- Lots of UI tuning (HTML/CSS, columns, tabs, etc.)
- Notes act as slides before challenges
- Versatile check & solve scripts
- The CLI allows to easily manipulate tracks and view logs
- Webhooks lets us extract data and trigger external automation/integration
- Invites are very practical to plan events such as webinar or workshops

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

- Track state management can be a bit cumbersome (ID vs slug vs checksum)
- Lack of groups/folders to organize tracks
- Track update workflow is not very simple

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Instruqt for marketing, demos, training, and onboarding, and it has significantly streamlined our ability to create hands-on experiences.

The platform makes it easy to build and iterate on labs for various needs. Since everything is authored in Markdown + YAML, we can seamlessly integrate content reviews into our existing Git-based workflows, ensuring quality and consistency.

Additionally, the API and webhooks system have enabled us to extend its capabilities by:
- automatically issuing Credly badges upon lab completion
- integrating with HubSpot to enrich lead data and track engagement

  ### 13. Best virtual lab or workshop environment around

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eoin B. | Staff Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Instruqt is a great tool for us as it allows us to provide our learners with the appropriate environment and instructions whether for a live event or an on-demand session. It's helped us provide examples in our documentation, in our online education and for our in-person events that are practical and hands-on. It's a key element in the learning experiences we offered on all topics MongoDB. The team there are always able and willing to help when the odd problem arises. We have a genuinely scalable and delightful learning environment for all types of our learners, and we are really happy with our partnership with Instruqt.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

I have little negative to say on Instruqt as when we do hit a bug or issue, they fix it ASAP.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Across all kinds and types of customer education, whether live or on-demand. It is integrated seamlessly into our LMS and we can offers a truly seamless learning experience as a result.

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thanks for the feedback! Glad your team is having such a positive experience with Instruqt!

  ### 14. Great tool for training new and experienced users with hands-on exercises

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Instruqt has been a very useful tool in creating training exercises for enabling users on a database designed for data-intensive applications. Instruqt makes it easy for me to deliver hands-on, real-world learning experiences that allow students to engage deeply with the material.

I love the ability to create multi-node clusters. It allows me to demonstrate complex setups like self-hosted environments without needing extensive hardware or cloud resources on the students' end.

It's easy for students can run actual commands in a real environment, giving them a deep and practical understanding of concepts without the headache of setting up their own machines.

Another huge advantage of Instruqt for me is it eliminates the stress of ensuring prerequisites, versions, or installations are in place for every student. I can focus on teaching rather than troubleshooting setup issues, which lowers the stress of my training events.

I must also mention the customer support has been great so far. Whenever I've had issues, I've been able to get quick responses and troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

One area where I’d love to see enhancement is the interface for quizzes. A richer, more interactive quiz design would elevate the learning experience even further. That said, this is a minor concern and doesn’t detract from my current use case. It would be great if we could deliver our entire training including videos and quizzes, but there are other tools that host curriculums.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deliver training exercises that make customers and prospects comfortable and enabled on the tech so they can go into production and expand more quickly.

  ### 15. Great platform for hands-on training that saves trainers from unintentionally becoming IT support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mateo B. | Director, Technical Enablement and Training, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

- The client only needs a browser—no pre-configuration, account setup, or personal keys required. This is a huge advantage for showcasing product features directly without worrying about installations or setups, significantly reducing friction. This has probably been the largest win in adopting Instruqt

- It has a modern look and enables easy interaction with multiple terminals, advanced functionality without the cryptic interface

- Their team is very collaborative and great to work with; direct communication on Slack makes problem-solving easy, no hoops to jump through

- We use their platform 3-4 times per week, almost every week

- The ability to provision Kubernetes and Cloud accounts (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) allows for managing complex scenarios without becoming the infrastructure sysadmin

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

It’s not so much a “dislike” as it is a “we want more of this”—if we could have more LMS functionality directly in Instruqt, it would save us from having to wrap it and let us use it as our primary LMS platform without intermediaries

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we mentioned in the section about what we "like":

Zero Setup Hassle: Clients just need a browser—no accounts, keys, or installs. This has been a huge win, letting us dive right into product features without setup issues and keeping things friction-free

Great Support: The Instruqt team is super responsive and easy to reach on Slack, quickly helping us out without unnecessary back-and-forth

Provisioning Made Simple: We can set up Kubernetes and Cloud accounts (AWS, Azure, GCP) easily, which lets us handle complex scenarios

  ### 16. Instruqt for live workshop

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stanimira V. | Senior Developer Advocate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

We’ve used Instruqt at several in-person and virtual workshops. Instruqt provides the attendees the opportunity to focus on coding and not setting their environment.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

Our experience with Instruqt has been great so far!

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No-setup environment for in-person and virtual workshops

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thanks for the review!

  ### 17. A great solution for product demos, sandbox environments, worklabs, live webinars etc.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kostis K. | Developer Advocate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Creating online trainings or certifications is always a cumbersome process. You need to make sure that students have the proper equipment and proper software versions. Instruqt avoids all these problems completely by offering a cloud native way to launch sandbox environments on demand. You can use these environments for product demos, employee onboarding, customer scenarios or even certifications/training.

Instruqt provides a very easy and intuitive way to create your own environment from scratch or use one of the existing ones. I really liked the fact that Instruqt had support for Kubernetes environmets out of the box.

Creating a course and publishing to the world is straightforward and you can use either the friendly User Interface or the powerful command line tool they offer. Previewing a course is instant with a simple button click.

I also love the integrated testing facilities that automatically verify the correctness of the course.

They recently added the capability to create your own container images for your courses, improving considerably our startup times.

They also have a new feature (hot-start) that allows you to prelaunch your Virtual machines before a live webinar. This is great as our students do not have to wait at all if the VM is already there for them :-)

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

The product works well so far. We are missing some features such as a marketplace for Instruqt images, but we have already talked with Instruqt and say that this is planned. I think that adding a marketplace will make the product even more enticing especially for non-technical users.

The new image creation feature has some minor limitations if you want to use multiple hosts in a single worklab (there is also an open ticket for that as well)

**Recommendations to others considering Instruqt:**

Make sure that you read the documentation first and understand they ways that the UI and CLI interact. Also don't miss the testing part and the hot-start capabilities.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to power our certification course. The feedback we got from students so far was very positive. That fact that instruqt offers a self-contained environment right in your browser cannot be overstated. After the successul launch of our certification course we have also identified additional use cases for instruct such as employee onboarding and partner training.

We are now moving it to partner training as well.

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thanks for the update, Kostis!

  ### 18. Leader Hands-on labs platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo L. | Curriculum Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Instruqt has changed how our company delivers training, demos in conference booths, or even POVs with prospects. It helped us craft and simplify complex environments and demos into a simple package that others can reuse. Now, other departments contribute to the creation of new hands on labs and they understand the value that training us for our customers and the whole company. They also have an exciting roadmap with new product features that we are eager to incorporate to our practice!

I still won't change a comma of what I initially said in this review:

Right now, there is no other competitor providing the high crafted service of hands-on labs for customer training. I like all the automation that we can create for our labs. At the end, this enable us to define with great detail the practice experience we want our customers and prospects to get with our product. Our team did quite an extensive analysis of other alternatives and there is no other tool out there providing the features Instruqt has right now. Also, Instruqt roadmap is promising.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

Realistically I don't see a thing I don't like about their features. During the last 4 years, they have improved their product in all areas, and there's no real alternative to their service out there. If I move to another company I'll push to adopt it as our training platform both for selfpaced and ILT content.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to provide real environments for our customers and prospects to test our product and get practice with it. Instruqt enable us to do this in an easy automated way that any person can access from his/her browser. Good training on the product reduces churn and it is also a great way to promote the product too.

All the previous comments are still true. I would also add that it helped us to get buy-in from other departments in the company and overall has helped our team to improve the quality of the service we provide and have a bigger impact inside and outside of the company.

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thanks for the update, Pablo!

  ### 19. Instruqt provides a high-quality, low-friction approach to familiarize users with LaunchDarkly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin C. | Staff Solutions Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

The best thing about Instruqt is all tools/tabs are contained within a single window. Attendees aren't required to switch between browers or even bring their own logins. Overall, the presentation is very easy to use for our attendees.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

From a team member standpoint, there are only a handful of roles. There is no fine-grained controls to prevent members from using features not aligned with our goals.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LaunchDarkly provides a 14-day enterprise trial for interested parties to learn more about our technology. However, this is often a self-guided effort and requires the user to create an environment as well as an application in order to test the platform. Instruqt allows LaunchDarkly to offer hands-on workhops where attendees can gain full access to our platform in a fully guided manner--from creating resources in LaunchDarkly to wiring those resources in source code. The major benefit is that users learn the value of LaunchDarkly in less than an hour using an Instruqt-based workshop rather than spending a couple of weeks on their own and potentially missing the true value our platform provides.

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thanks for the feedback, Kevin!

  ### 20. Instruqt has taken us to a new level of Education

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick J. | L2 Software Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Using Instruqt has allowed more of our clients and integration partners to get the hands-on education that they want in a quicker and easier way. The our customers are able to easily access the materials and learn how to use the prduct without the overhead of travel and lab setup. Their platform allows for us to to be able to quickly deliver what our clients and partners need in a way that is simple to use.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

There are a few features that would be nice to have available that aren't available yet. They are on the list of features for the team to work on, but not yet available.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We faced a problem with being able to educate our clients and partners without having to invest in travel and setup time. We were also limited to how often we could provide trainings and how many we could educate at a time. Especially with hands-on learning. Instruqt has removed all of those obstacles for us.

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thanks for the feedback, Rick!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yohiner C. | Learning Architect , Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Instruqt is just amazing. It provides a terrific user experience, a modern interface, and an outstanding performance.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

It requires a significant learning curve, especially for SaaS-based labs. But that is expected with cutting-edge technology.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instruqt allows us to create, deploy, and embed labs in our eLearning courses and have ready-to-use instances for virtual lead training.

  ### 23. Instruqt is a really useful tool for learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

You are practising at the same time you are learning and reading about the steps you are following. It is a more dynamic and interesting way of training on any products.
It's fairly easy to use, and you don't have to install anything in your laptop.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

It may take too long some times, and I would prefer shorter tracks. I would like to use it more often in order to leverage the tool. I know it has a lot of features to offer, also when you are a business user and you can track how is the class going and how far they have gone through the track.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instruqt is solving that customers don't need to install anything in their laptop, and it is a ready-to-use environment to learn and practise.

  ### 24. This is the platform you want for challenge-based learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giovanni L. | Shoe designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

The fact that participants don't get a crippled environment to learn technical skills, but get the real thing (Instruqt does this through Docker containers or virtual machines).

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

Sometimes it's hard to create the checks to see if a student/user passed.

**Recommendations to others considering Instruqt:**

Besides hosting challenge-based courses, you can also offer sandbox environments for your software so that people can try it out without having to install anythiing.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Get people to start learning without installing anything, reducing the time spent debugging corporate laptops!

  ### 25. Best solution to run virtual labs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bertrand T. | Solutions Architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Very ease to use and get up to speed with no vendor lock-in as it uses standards (Markdown, YAML, bash)
The user interface is quite efficient and easy
Company support is awesome (commercial discussions are kind and not pushy)
Helps a lot on creating new content, even some we didn't think about
The CLI does the job

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

Would be nice to be able to run it in the infrastrucure of our choice (Public Cloud, Private Cloud, on-prem data center)

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to provide hands-on workshops in neutral and invidual environments
We also need a user interface like what Katacoda provided with instructions and terminals (and more like web browsers)

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thank you for the feedback!

  ### 26. An outstanding solution to provide trainings, demos, PoCs, ...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Instruqt allows us to quickly and easily create labs for various use cases. These include labs for self-learning, guided trainings, demos or even proof-of-concepts. During the evaluation of other competing products, it quickly became clear that this number of use cases is only possible with Instruqt.

In addition to the wide range of use cases, it was the only provider that understood GitOps. We create and maintain all labs with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and version them in Git. The integration feels very natural. Maintaining the labs with IaC in Git has the great advantage that they are versioned, we reuse the same components between different labs and thus all labs can be updated to the latest software version very easily. But that's not all - thanks to automated tests, we can also ensure that the labs are not broken by the update.

To quickly create a lab without writing code, you can also click together and configure everything in the user interface.

We currently use Instruqt to start a Kubernetes environment and deploy the workload. It works great. During the evaluation, we checked whether classic virtual machines can also be started, which have individual software on them (no standard linux). And yes, the test was successful. We can imagine expanding our labs for this purpose in the future.

From a business perspective, Instruqt is also a very interesting solution. On the one hand, we don't need any knowledge of a hyper scaler (AWS, Azure, GCP, ...) and can concentrate our know-how on our labs. In addition, we can see who (if this information is requested), when and how often the labs have been carried out. This gives us new opportunities to learn about our users and potential customers.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

Almost nothing, actually. I see potential for improvement in sharing the roadmap a little more actively and openly. We would also like an easier way to define custom images with IaC (Infrastructure as Code). This feature is not yet available. However, we have been told that it will be available next year. The IaC approach is also very important to the company, which you can feel when using it. I am therefore confident and hope that the feature will appear at the beginning of next year.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing and expanding an infrastructure for training, demos and proof-of-concepts, lead generation. We can concentrate on our core competencies and gain exciting insights thanks to reports.

  ### 27. Review of Instruqt Lab for Development Process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carl D. | Technical Solutions Architect - Buisness Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Leveraging Lab as Code using GIT repositories.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

Would be great to integrate into SDLC and build out a DEV PROD and TEST. Better integration with GITHUB actions or GITLAB CI

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Challenge Lab functionality with Check Solve. Ease of cloud account create.

  ### 28. Great platform to build and give hands-on labs with

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Instruqt is easy to get started with, their CLI and UI provide a great way to get started quickly with building out content and lab material. It's simple to provide specific environments in which participants can do their hands-on labs. Any questions are swiftly answered on their Slack channels. Overall a great experience.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

There are some features that could improve ease of use for content builders, but these are roadmapped and are definitely not show-stoppers from using the product.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It replaces an old no longer maintained piece of software which we were using previously, but then 100x better, with more features and a simple interface. Using instruqt we can now easily scale out to whatever size lab we need to give without any manual intervention.

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thank you for your review!

  ### 29. Intelligent platform for hands-on learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max D. | Chief Cloud Training, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

The possibility to create lab challenges result in giving a student a clear goal to achieve. It provides more possibilities compared to the standard labs environment, which improves the learning experience.

Been using it now for multiple years with satisfaction of our (training) customers

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

I didn't experienced any negative points till this point. The possibilities are endless.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a safe environment to work on a variety of technology subjects. We use it to create a safe demo environment and also used it a few times as a backup for a standard lab (which got stuck during a training).

  ### 30. Instruqt has all those features you don't have time to develop yourself

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

It's a well thought out, commercial alternative of interactive learning platforms. There are others out there but this one is the best I've seen so far. They make it very easy to implement learning solutions for your customers, particularly if you have a somewhat complex environment to integrate with.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

Be prepared for it to take off within your company.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting up repeatable, lightweight demo environments for customers to learn on.

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thanks for the feedback! 🚀

  ### 31. Probably the best learning platform for tech projects

For the user: quick to understand what's going on and clear environment
For the builder: lot of automation capabilities, great experience as a dev since you can use your day-to-day tools to manage all aspects.
You can integrate the solution with hubspot and other marketing tools easily.
Great customer support

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

It is not cheap! ROI depends on your ability to attract people to your labs of course.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help educate users and get information about people interested in your project.
Generate better lead quality.

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thank you for the feedback!

  ### 32. Used as Instructor & Participant - Great UX

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** K. Patterson L. | Senior Technical Success Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Great UX that is far better than others I have seen and used. The interactive lab portal is the best of its kind that I have come across for training. I have used Instruqt as an instructor for workshops and taken workshops and used it as a participant.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

I have no complaints at this time other than better organization of the initial UI loading with the amount of courses for instructors being a bit clunky. Would be better if this can be organized by product, but maybe that is something my company's admins haven't enabled.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Practical hands on learning with the lab portal is amazing

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thank you for the review and feedback! I'll make sure it's seen by our product team.

**Reviewed by:** Sumanth L. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

the easiness of use. It's very easy to use and the options are user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

it's not dislike, but in one of my labs, I wanted to embed an api client such as postman. it's not possible for now.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can share with my customers how to use our IaC tools such as ansible and terraform to configure our product using the sandwich environment.

  ### 34. Good platform to try out new things

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsha C. | Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

It’s an excellent platform for experimenting with new ideas. I’ve personally explored different technology stacks and developed courses on Instruqt. The platform is highly enriching for product teams, allowing them to showcase their technology and create engaging user experiences. It can also be easily integrated with the websites.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

I felt that creating the courses here was difficult and more documentation might be useful.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We could demo our product and show getting started experience with instruq.

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thank you for your review! I will pass along your feedback to our team. Please don't hesitate to reach out with further specific feedback on our documentation.

  ### 35. Love Instruqt as a trainer!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tibor H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Instruqt is great for creating trainings. It ensures all participants work in the same environment with identical package versions, all accessible through a browser.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

It can be time consuming to setup new environments and training programs

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a lab environment for all participants that is the same. No more installing and debugging package and os versions.

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thank you for your review! Your feedback has been passed along to the team.

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Ease of use, APIs, customer support, ease of integration

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

Sometimes the UI is sluggish, the CLI sometimes cannot push static files (images) to the platform

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to reproduce certain setups easily

**Official Response from Sean Lauer:**

> Thank you for your review! Your feedback has been passed along to the team.

  ### 37. I love it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akshay A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

I use Instruqt heavily for all my trainings and love how seamless and easy it is to setup and use.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

Nothing that I can think of. I am not sure about the pricing though as I am not incharge of it.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training customers and giving them a chance to play around at their won speed.

  ### 38. Great platform for self-led teaching!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason S. | Field Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Teaching technology is something that I do for work and in my personal life. It's often hard for professionals or individuals to stay current, but with Instruqt it has become much easier. Instruqt makes creating and maintaining tutorials a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

This might already be possible and I'm just unaware, but I would like to be able to change the color scheme for terminal sessions. In regards to the functionality though, it delivers everything that I need!

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instruqt makes the delivery and maintenance of specialized technology demonstrations easier. Being able to store config in version control is great. The settings for invites cover all of my needs as well.

  ### 39. Fantastic for public events with poor bandwidth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abigail B. | Speaker, workshop facilitator, and consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

I used this to present a 500 person workshop at a multi-thousand person conference. If you have ever been to an event like this you know that bandwidth is tough and by using instruqt I was able to present some heavy lifting infrastructure without worrying about anything more than a webpage load.

In addition, the topic was a complex one being presented to a 101 audience. While Instruqt is extremely flexible, the mechanisms of challenges, opening slides, and side bar instructions with collapsable sections provided guideposts for creating bite sized learning which has been highly reviewed by attendees as well paced.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

I would love to have SCM better built in. The process for maintaining my code in source control while also pushing out to the Instruqt platform was a little clumsy since I did not push towards a full CD pipeline.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Presenting complex technical implementations. Doing so in both an async / self-paced environment and live to a classroom. And doing so at scale despite poor internet.

  ### 40. Simple but powerful virtual lab platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon C. | Enablement Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

I love how I can provision as many containers or VMs as I need, on demand, with no scheduling ahead of time. I love that I can choose between my custom-hosted images or Instruqt-provided standard images. Instruqt's ability to provide temporary cloud credentials across multiple cloud providers for my customers to deploy resources on their own in a lab environment is awesome!

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

Reporting has always been a bit of a pain with GraphQL and it's limitations. Thankfully this area has been improving. Would still love to get the ability to track the progress and usage of users over time.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instruqt allows us to host multiple overlapping employee and customer training events regularly without the expense of operating and securing a lab infrastructure.

  ### 41. Fantastic success with the Instruqt platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg L. | Sr. Principal Training Solutions Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Building tracks in Instruqt has helped us create compelling hands-on labs that enable our customers and prospects to build confidence using Puppet that they can take back to their daily jobs.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

I would like more support for centralized logging, especially during the track development process, but other than that, Instruqt has been extremely easy to use.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Instruqt gives our customers and prospects the ability to launch our hands-on labs any time they like and as often as they like. This also helps us build marketing campaigns based on lead generation activity generated by the Instruqt platform.

  ### 42. Instruqt provides a great comprehensive, interactive learning experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob R. | Principal, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

The thing I like best about Instruqt is that the platform allows me to write instructional material for very complex technologies in a way this enjoyable and useful for the reader. The fact that I can use many types of media – text, video and audio – in a structured manner is a compelling feature of Instruqt.

The product is highly configurable, works well and looks good. Providing a reliable, attractive interactive learning experience is important, particularly when teaching complex technologies.

I am a big fan Instuqt. The product is great as are the company's staff and support. Instruqt really cares about the work I do.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

There is no downside. However, getting the full benefit from Instruqt requires accommodating a learning curve.

**Recommendations to others considering Instruqt:**

Plan to take the time to learn the details of the product. It's quite powerful.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instruqt allows me to create interactive instructional material for technologies that I research and teach. Students can have direct experience with a given technology without having to go through the setup work. Getting up and running quickly is important. These days users want quality courseware and they want it fast. Instruqt meets both these requirements.

  ### 43. Great interactive self-paced learning solution!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel O. | Senior Principal Technical Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Instruqt enables any level of learner to catch up with new technologies with a hands-on experience. It provides not only comprehensive guides but also allows developers to change code via an editor and web browser. These features make developers understand and learn how to implement the applications along with the tracks quickly.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

When we add the track to our own webpage as an embedded page (e.g. iframe), there're a few limitations. For example, there's no way to go back to the previous topic directly as well as no restarting the track. It probably not about an issue directly to the Instruqt but it would be great for Instruqt to improve this in the future.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The product enabled me to replace old learning courses quickly without a big hassle. In the end, I can provide multiple application development tracks for enterprise developers during customer online events.

  ### 44. So much more than a lab platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krastin K. | Senior Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Instruqt is a fantastic platform that offers the flexibility you need for any task at hand. Be that an online guided lab, or doing a tech demo at an event. The fact that you can spin up a pre-configured lab at the press of a button puts your time and attention back where it belongs - doing the teaching/demo, and not fiddling with the tech before or during the session itself.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

No downsides as far as I'm concerned. The only thing that could be better, in this day of instant gratification, is the load times.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instruqt helps me build labs that can later be spun up at a moment's notice. With them, I can showcase and demonstrate product functionality in a uniform and orderly matter.

  ### 45. Instruqt is a great platform for interactive labs and has an amazing support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

* Cloud accounts vending machine
* Stability and performance - used it for hundreds of concurrent workshop attendees without any issue
* Customization features
* Outstanding support

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

Nothing major, Instruqt is a great product overall. The CLI could be improved by being more stable when streaming attendees' logs and not enforcing auto-updates.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instruqt allows us to build interactive and fun workshops and courses.

  ### 46. Engaging, fully featured virtual labs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark F. | Sr Mgr, Customer Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Hands-on labs are one of the best formats for self-paced learning and keeping the attention of your audience. Instruqt provide a comprehensive, easy to use solution for this using cloud infrastructure.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

Nothing really. Minor nitpick is that API functionality could be more complete.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving us an easy way for our audiences to gain hands-on experience with deploying and using our solutions, or to easily try out new features in a sandbox independent of their own environment

  ### 47. Best Platform for Technical Training, Demos, and Sandbox Environments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean C. | Sales Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

As a technical content developer and trainer, I love Instruqt because it makes my life easy. The last thing I want to worry about when conducting a workshop is whether students can get their lab environments set up correctly.

Any time you have students trying to do work from their laptops, you are guaranteed to have some people who get stuck. Your instructors and technical staff end up wasting valuable time fixing setup issues instead of focusing on content.

Instruqt takes away all the pain and hassle of building workstations and training labs for students, so you can focus on teaching and selling your solutions. Everything runs in a standard web browser, so you never have to worry about firewall restrictions, incompatible devices, or security software that prevents your software from running.

Perhaps the best part about Instruqt is the automatic cleanup and maintenance. When we do a training lab, every student can have an entire cloud account to themselves. Once the training is complete, the cleanup process is automatic. We don't have to worry about machines left running or leaving vulnerable, unpatched systems running.

If you need a technical platform for training, demos, or sandbox environments, go with Instruqt. You won't regret it.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

This is a challenging question to answer because Instruqt is such a great organization to work with. The platform really does everything I need as a content developer and instructor. New features are introduced based upon our feedback, and Instruqt is working to improve reporting and integration capabilities.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Here's a bullet list of solutions and benefits:

* Browser-based, easy to use for students and instructors
* All cloud resources are managed and deleted after use
* Detailed tracking and statistics are provided for every instance
* Simple track design using standard YAML config files
* Full access to all major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Supports live workshops with 200+ participants
* Suitable for demos and feature stories
* Even sales reps can perform basic demos using the platform
* Useful for sandbox environments and safe experimentation
* Fast - entire cloud accounts provisioned in < 60 seconds

  ### 48. Sophisticated and flexible tutorial creation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raj S. | Product Manager, Developer Experience, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Custom containers, smooth integration with developer tools -- IDE, command line, and custom tools.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

I'd like full HTML support in notes. Other than that I'm very happy.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instruqt helps us deliver fully self-contained tutorial environments including the InterSystems IRIS database platform plus development tools. Instead of lengthy install and setup before touching our technology, developers can have everything installed and configured on Instruqt in under a minute.

  ### 49. Simplicity at its finest.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John B. | H, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Instant environments for labs, training or demos. The org is highly responsive to feature requests also. Tracks are easier than our own credential management.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

Nothing really. Occasional glitches are usually our own fault.

**Recommendations to others considering Instruqt:**

Great for LMS, education, labs, trainings, or even customer proof of concepts.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A single place to show customers a proof of concept or a full-blown educational lab without needing to manually manage cloud credentials. Basically a LMS.

  ### 50. Solo.io loves Instruqt for authoring and delivering complex IT workshops

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim B. | Field Engineer

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Instruqt?**

Compared to other solutions I've used in the past, Instruqt is eminently reliable. I can spin up a session with hundreds of users and zero worries about the infrastructure not behaving as expected.

**What do you dislike about Instruqt?**

My finance department might say the cost. But compared to the cost of an engineer's time in debugging the provisioning of large environments for many users, Instruqt delivers great value.

**What problems is Instruqt solving and how is that benefiting you?**
