**What do you like best about Insperity?**

Hard to comment on the product directly, since we didn't engage. The breadth of services bundled into one offering is appealing on paper for the right kind of business.

**What do you dislike about Insperity?**

The sales experience. Our rep excused his own pricing by saying "even CPAs struggle to follow" the financial document, then labeled $32,094 of net-new annual expense as "Savings." That's misleading, at best. After we declined in writing on May 12 with our reasoning laid out, he bypassed the evaluators and went directly to the company owner five weeks later without copying me, despite being told I was leading the evaluation. How a company sells something tells you how they'll service it.

**Recommendations to others considering Insperity:**

Demand the PEO and co-employer structure terms in plain language up front. Demand the financial breakdown in writing before any meeting. If you name a decision-maker, expect their rep to find a way around her if the answer is no.

**What problems is Insperity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We evaluated Insperity's HR360 PEO offering and did not move forward. The PEO model can solve real problems for businesses with weak workers' comp claims histories or that need full HR outsourcing. It did not solve a problem for us.

**What do you like best about Insperity?**

I find Insperity really helpful for benefits management. One of the things that stands out for me is how they provide documentation of benefits, which allowed us to cancel my wife's coverage and save quite a bit of money. Also, having all the benefits consolidated in one portal is really efficient. It makes it easy to visualize and plan expenditures from my benefits in one place, saving time and avoiding the hassle of switching between multiple webpages. Additionally, I've had pleasant and beneficial interactions with them.

Nothing. All the interactions have been pleasant and beneficial

**What problems is Insperity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insperity provides documentation of benefits allowing my wife to cancel her coverage, saving us money. Their portal consolidates all benefits, helping me visualize and plan expenditures efficiently, saving time by avoiding multiple webpages.

**What do you like best about Insperity?**

I find the customer service to be very high at Insperity. Practically everyone I have spoke to is happy and willing to help.

**What do you dislike about Insperity?**

Occasionally, I am not able to get my answers solved immediately. So having to wait for the appropriate answer is sometimes hard when you are in a time crunch for the information.

**Recommendations to others considering Insperity:**

I would recommend that both other employers and employees give Insperity a shot. The customer service is good and the platform is stable. I think whoever chooses them will be very happy in the long run.

**What problems is Insperity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really enjoy the layout of the site and ease of access to information. The benefits, pay stub, 401k, etc are easily found using the website.

Having a dedicated person to contact when I have questions or need assistance.

**What do you dislike about Insperity?**

The call center can be confusing and unless I ask clarifying questions, I may not get to the resolution I need.

**Recommendations to others considering Insperity:**

Encourage employees to learn how to use and navigate the portal. Resources are available to them if they take the time to ask questions.

**What problems is Insperity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reason for the call today was regarding a change in status that would allow for FSA enrollment mid-year. I was able to get the answers I needed and have the correct form shared with me to proceed. Aside from that, I work with my payroll specialist and HR frequently and with their assistance things always go smoothly.

**What do you like best about Insperity?**

I find Insperity's benefits surpass those of other PEOs. Insperity greatly simplifies payroll, timesheets, and PTO management. I appreciate the many tutorial videos Insperity provides for admin tasks. Their cookie-cutter performance review templates make the process easy. The software for timesheets and performance evaluations is much simpler to use compared to other PEO software.

**What do you dislike about Insperity?**

I think Insperity is too expensive even though their benefits are good. The trainings usually feel bloated or irrelevant to my work. I wish they were pre-recorded videos instead of live lectures because live sessions rarely fit into my schedule. There's too much focus on being DEI-centric and progressive ideologies, which feels incredibly preachy in trainings. Insperity could cut unnecessary positions and reduce payroll to let customers benefit from lower overhead costs.

**What problems is Insperity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Insperity simplifies payroll, timesheets, and PTO, making admin tasks easier. Their performance review templates are very handy. Their software is simpler to use compared to other PEOs.

I like Insperity because it is easy to use and provides a lot of information at any time, including my payroll and benefits. The system makes it easy to do life-changing events so that I can continue my benefits. I appreciate the easy visuals and the quick performance of Insperity. I rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommendation.

I think the only thing would be that the log on can be a little clumsy at times.

I find Insperity makes handling midyear benefit changes easy, offering quick access to needed information like payroll and benefits anytime. It's easy to use, but logging in can be a bit clumsy.

**What do you like best about Insperity?**

I like that I can see my paychecks pretty easily through Insperity and see a snapshot of my 401k. The app provides at least an overview of my finances on my phone, which is better than what I had with TriNet. It's definitely convenient to see my FSA balance and be able to view the details of my paycheck all in one place. I also appreciate that the support is pretty quick and the people I talk to are knowledgeable and can answer my questions, even in the wrong departments.

**What do you dislike about Insperity?**

It's a little annoying that I have to go to another website to see more details. It is a little annoying to submit the FSA claims. Insperity doesn't seem to offer the ability to easily compare paystubs, which I found valuable. It would also be nice if I could actually submit my claims on the Insperity app itself versus needing to go to the provider every single time.

**What problems is Insperity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find it convenient to see my paycheck and manage my 401k and FSA in Insperity. It’s nice to have an overview in the app. Being able to see more details than with TriNet is a plus.

I haven’t had a reason to dislike the company or the platform. However I wish I didn’t see my old employers information first and see my current job

It’s quick and I love the app. You can find and see a lot of your benefits

My direct deposit was sent to a closed account, and to verify I needed to change emails they was able to walk me through it and update my email account. They was transparent on the time it may take for me to receive my payment and connected me with my specialist for payroll

Very ease to access both on the app or the desktop versions.  Easy to navigate and find what I need.  Also easy to speak to a live person when needed.

**What do you dislike about Insperity?**

Times out too quickly and requires have to sign back in, in the middle of updating employee times cards, for example.

**Recommendations to others considering Insperity:**

Overall my experience has been very good.  Insperity is the total package offering everything from payroll to retirement planning, to health benefits and more.  The employee discount plan is another great advantage.

**What problems is Insperity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to change my 401(k) contribution from Pretax to Roth.  This will be a permanent change to my investments.

I like that Insperity has been a great employee solution as an end user for managing work benefits. The dashboard gives me an excellent overview of my finances, allowing me to view and manage my 401k, PTO, and payroll all in one place. It's helpful to be able to make changes directly from the same dashboard, including changes to my 401k and viewing payroll, which provides a centralized experience. I also appreciate being able to manage my direct deposit through the same dashboard, adding to the convenience of having everything centralized.

I like that the amount of money I have is always visible, like showing the balance and having charts available. The ability to withdraw or move funds in the 401(k) is also a plus. The relationships that I have developed with my team. I trust them to meet our companies needs, but also really enjoy collaborating with them.

Premier can be very clunky to use at times.

I work very closely with my Insperity team and that is priceless. When comparing PEO's, look into how much you will be working with a human being versus an AI based platform. It really does matter and Insperity's personal touch gives me a lot of confidence as I walk through my day.

I don't like the health insurance. I've become more health conscious and I'm limited with the coverage.

Insperity is a great company to use when dealing with W-2, W-4, direct deposit, 401K. My only feedback would be the insurance. If Insperity could get insurance that covers weight management and bariatric that would be what would take them to 100% in my book!

Direct deposit. The representative handled my situation quickly and efficiently. I appreciate that she was able to help me and not have to transfer me to several people.

At first, I had account access issues. I guess you could say I don’t like that you have to register separately for each platform, but I can understand why each one is kept separate.

Insperity Retirement Services is very informative and transparent. If you want full access to your retirement funds through a friendly, easy-to-use GUI, I’d recommend Insperity.

Insperity is making it easier for me to manage my retirement funds. Everything I need to know—or want to know—is clearly displayed on the screen, and the experience is user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Insperity?**

If they do not do all areas of HR, then they cannot provide guidance.  Recently asked a question regarding the SOS codes, and was told they can't answer questions becasue they don't have job descriptions, or we do our own.  When I call to inquire on a problem I get more from the HR person than we do with our payroll specialist.  I am not sure I have even spoken with the new client liaison.

Just know if you do any part of the HR function, they will not be willing to assist in some areas.

It was very challenging for me to sign up for health insurance. It took four phone calls and several emails, and there was a breakdown within Insperity while getting my platform set up.

Inspire is an excellent, intuitive platform that’s easy to use and makes it simple to navigate my financial platform.

The issues that were resolved involved logging in properly and needing to reset my password. This was beneficial because I wasn’t able to change my password successfully before.

I don't like the way the zoom-in feature is controlled by scrolling.

This is a great product. In addition to the chart, you can view a director list and a sub-chart list, making navigation easy.

This allow us to see each level in the company at a glance. There is room for more than just the name, title and department so it can be customized to some extent. The oprhan feature is great because you can verify you don't have anyone left out on thier own.
