What do you like best about INFUSE?

I appreciate using INFUSE for lead generation and tapping into markets where we don't have regional marketing teams, especially in GDPR compliant areas. INFUSE helps us translate our brand philosophy and lead generation guidelines into something more region-specific, and it has been crucial for our pipeline generation. I also find their client service and availability across time zones impressive. They remain calm during crisis management and deliver despite regional and time differences. The 'two touch' lead gen offering is particularly beneficial, adding significantly to our pipeline. INFUSE's deliverables are always timely. What do you dislike about INFUSE?

I don't think much, but they could get a little more innovative in the B2B space. They could potentially start contributing more towards building on top of our brand's philosophy and diversifying the campaigns and suggesting a lot more on the creative and design aspects. What do you like best about INFUSE?

I really appreciate INFUSE's innovative approach to accounts and their customer service, which is a delight. I don't have to think twice before getting started with them. They are very helpful in designing campaigns and understanding the needs and objectives, which helps with my KPIs and the company's objectives. Their services, especially high-impact content syndication and lead acceleration programs, are crucial for getting GDPR-compliant net new names into our system. Like most programmes of this scale, there were some initial onboarding and setup challenges, particularly around content creation and ensuring everything was aligned and QA’d early on.

That said, these were part of the learning curve when working with a new partner as they are learning the ways of your business. Once processes and expectations were aligned, things improved quickly, and the team has been open, accountable, and responsive in addressing feedback and making improvements.
