1. It’s built for real maintenance teams
Infraspeak isn’t overly theoretical—it’s designed around how technicians actually work. Creating, tracking, and closing jobs is straightforward, which reduces friction for teams on-site.

2. Strong mobile experience
The mobile app is one of its biggest strengths. Engineers can log jobs, upload photos, complete checklists, and update tasks in real time without needing to go back to a desk.

3. Flexibility without being overly complex
It allows you to customise workflows, assets, and maintenance plans without requiring heavy technical setup. That balance—flexible but still usable—is a big win compared to more rigid CMMS systems.

4. Communication & collaboration
Everything sits in one place: job notes, attachments, comments. That cuts down on emails and missed information between teams and contractors.

5. Asset and maintenance tracking

**What do you like best about Infraspeak?**

The UI looks clean and well designed, the menus and pages are easy to click through. The way the data the interconnects is good.

**What do you dislike about Infraspeak?**

It still feels like half the system it could be. For example, the analytics function could be great but we're stuck being left to only pull reports containing 70% of the fields we need. The stocks system is still not fit for purpose but it is getting better

**What problems is Infraspeak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a network of stations and mobile units and Infraspeak allows us to schedule maintenance and reactive work quickly and easily. Our field engineers use Infraspeak Next whilst onsite to complete planned and reactive maintenance checklists, raise new jobs and enter asset details

**What do you like best about Infraspeak?**

The platform offers you many variables, and it is constantly changing, adapting to needs with contributions made by clients. The human team behind the platform is approachable, and they make your problems their own. The use for both the client and the "masters" is completely adaptable, and from the first day, it has been of great help. Communication with the client became easier, everything is recorded. Due to its ease of use for stores. The initial adaptation was super fast, and they helped us in the process with periodic follow-ups. Daily use of it helps you improve, as there is much to explore.

**What do you dislike about Infraspeak?**

Initially, it wasn't a platform for my sector, but by collaborating and helping each other, we have managed to make it adapt. There is still room for improvement, there is always room for improvement, especially with how everything is changing. It lacks some languages, although solutions can be found.

**What problems is Infraspeak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication is instantaneous. The installation information, you can reach wherever you want. Having multiple users, you can model each one. Data analysis is faster with two clicks. Paper consumption 0. The amount of work that the technicians produce has multiplied. The quality of my work is better thanks to them.

**What do you like best about Infraspeak?**

A user-friendly and very intuitive interface that allows centralised management of our entire maintenance, landscaping and cleaning operation, making it easier to keep track of all our work orders and asset inventory.
Automating manual processes such as generating reports, scheduling preventive maintenance and assigning tasks increases the efficiency of our services and significantly reduces human error.
The responsive technical support team has been crucial in the successful implementation of this tool within our company.

**What do you dislike about Infraspeak?**

The new version of the mobile tool for technicians needs to be finalised and fine-tuned as soon as possible. The previous one was less appealing and intuitive and required more clicks to complete simple tasks, forcing technicians in the field to spend too much time.

**What problems is Infraspeak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The previous application we were using only applied to maintenance services and was extremely difficult and unintuitive to use on a daily basis.
We needed a solution that covered our entire range of services and Infraspeak was the right choice.

Method of grouping by categories within each job, minimizing the number of "OSs" per equipment. In this way, we have a single occurrence with all the equipment of that particular category within a single "OS".

I do not consider disadvantages. But there are some opportunities for improvement to be applied to the process we are implementing.

**What problems is Infraspeak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most recent feature resolved was the ability to open tickets and add photos to the tickets in offline mode. Once I reconnect to the network, the photos are uploaded automatically. Previously, it was necessary to add the photos only afterwards through the insertion of documents.

In reality, it is a complete tool, all the features are useful for my operation.

What I didn't like was always having to register a user to be able to open a ticket, but at IFM we learned that now it will be possible to open a ticket without being registered.

Sometimes it is slow, especially when exporting data. In my case, when accessing the pool assets, the system becomes very slow, really very slow.

your creativity and management know how, is basically your borders. The platform cover it all.

I believe there's a lot to improve on support area, the auto message is almost instantaneous, but the correction it self takes A LOT of time. Same opinion about feedbacks.

I´m a year 1 user of Infraspeak. As soon as i saw the software a knew is was the perfect took for our organization. Acessable online 24/7 and with a close control of managers so nothing gets lost and unregistered.

i need better persanlization of the budget tool.

Less paper, less phone calls, everyhing is registered and easy to find for managers and technitians.

For me, I use the app less, I haven't even downloaded it, I do everything on the computer.

I really like audits because they are very useful in our company. I also really like that the orders can be sorted according to urgency.

**What do you dislike about Infraspeak?**

I don't like that it often fails and has connection errors.

We use it for a tourist apartment company, we do a very good follow-up of the incidents that are reported in the apartments and also through the audits the cleaning company leaves a review reflected when it finishes cleaning the apartment

With Infraspeak, we can have an overview of the tasks performed in our different projects, and what is more important for us, control of the stocked materials.

Some parts are not as configurable as we desire.

We started with Infraspeak to control our stock in the different warehouses. We can have an overview with a click.

**What do you like best about Infraspeak?**

Infraspeak helps our company in a very tough situation when our company loses many customers when we are unable to meet their SLAs on time. Lack of transparency affects our company's performance. So, we start losing our big clients and also getting negative feedback. Infraspeak puts our company back on track with proper data management and planning to increase the quality on time.

**What do you dislike about Infraspeak?**

If I talk about the dislikes of Infraspeak are that we are not 100% sure of any software to implement any plan for action. So for any execution, we need to put in our efforts, and sometimes, due to manual data uploading, we have to make some changes. It takes our time and effort two times.

**What problems is Infraspeak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infraspeak solves many problems, like managing data by integrating our companies existing CRM software. And due to the most accessible software, it increases entire teams' self-reliance, makes the team complete their assigned work on time, and increases customer satisfaction. Due to all such factors, infraspeak helps us get our clients on board again.

**What do you like best about Infraspeak?**

IT was most useful to have Infraspeak's list of native apps seamlessly integrated on the platform. They also allow you integrate other software (Sinsense in my case) to their platform. They were very helpful in navigating that process

**What do you dislike about Infraspeak?**

When it came to integrating the Google suite (Google docs and sheets) I found that it would have been more helpful to simply use those on their own rather than within Infraspeak. This software is also a little spendier than other comparable products

**What problems is Infraspeak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used 2-3 different software and wanted to consolidate them into one streamlined product. Infraspeak does the job, but I do not know the longevity of infrapeak with our company.
