What do you like best about Infraspeak?

What do you dislike about Infraspeak?

It still feels like half the system it could be. For example, the analytics function could be great but we're stuck being left to only pull reports containing 70% of the fields we need. What do you like best about Infraspeak?

In our company, we have been using Infraspeak as our maintenance management software, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Infraspeak has allowed us to have real and precise control over the expenses and work times of each of our employees. This tool not only helps us optimize our internal resources but also allows us to reflect this data in sales for our clients, thereby improving our efficiency and transparency.

The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, which facilitates adoption by our entire team. Additionally, it is very simple to implement new functionalities within the system. The tracking and reporting features have provided us with a clear and detailed view of our daily operations, enabling us to make informed and strategic decisions.

However, for technical users, we have found that it is not as user-friendly as it should be. Some of our technicians have mentioned that certain functionalities could be more intuitive and that the learning curve is a bit steeper than expected. What do you like best about Infraspeak?

The platform offers you many variables, and it is constantly changing, adapting to needs with contributions made by clients. The human team behind the platform is approachable, and they make your problems their own. The use for both the client and the "masters" is completely adaptable, and from the first day, it has been of great help. Communication with the client became easier, everything is recorded. Due to its ease of use for stores. The initial adaptation was super fast, and they helped us in the process with periodic follow-ups. Daily use of it helps you improve, as there is much to explore. What do you dislike about Infraspeak?

Initially, it wasn't a platform for my sector, but by collaborating and helping each other, we have managed to make it adapt. There is still room for improvement, there is always room for improvement, especially with how everything is changing. It lacks some languages, although solutions can be found. What do you like best about Infraspeak?

A user-friendly and very intuitive interface that allows centralised management of our entire maintenance, landscaping and cleaning operation, making it easier to keep track of all our work orders and asset inventory.

Automating manual processes such as generating reports, scheduling preventive maintenance and assigning tasks increases the efficiency of our services and significantly reduces human error.

The new version of the mobile tool for technicians needs to be finalised and fine-tuned as soon as possible. The previous one was less appealing and intuitive and required more clicks to complete simple tasks, forcing technicians in the field to spend too much time.
