What do you like best about infoodle?

I used this when working with a local nonprofit who had a lot of trouble with organization. Infoodle is a really great interface for people who may have trouble with using all-in-one type software. Also, the fact that it is web-based and pretty affordable also make it worth it. They have really great customer service and were quick to answer our questions and concerns. What do you dislike about infoodle?

Because Infoodle is still developing, not everything on the website feels fully fleshed out. However, I think that the nonprofit I worked for stuck with it because of how good the site is at responding to what their users need. I felt that they really listened to our thoughts and suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
