What I like most about InCruiter is the way it adds structure and consistency to the entire hiring process. The platform streamlines interview scheduling, coordination, and execution, which saves time and cuts down on manual work. Features such as live video interviews, calendar management, and customizable branding help improve recruiter efficiency while also creating a better experience for candidates. It’s straightforward to use and doesn’t require much training to get started. Overall, it makes recruitment feel more organized, professional, and dependable. What I dislike about InCruiter is that some features could be more flexible and customizable to better fit specific or complex hiring workflows. At times, the more advanced settings aren’t very intuitive, and I may need help from support to configure them properly. I also think the reporting and analytics section could be improved to deliver deeper, more actionable insights. Finally, I’ve noticed occasional minor technical lags, especially when interview volumes are high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
