What do you like best about InCruiter?

InCruiter is very user friendly platform for the candidates and Interviewer and Admins. This platform improves the speed, accuracy in the Recruitment Process and Candidate Interviews completion and feedback processing. It's AI generated feedback system illustrates and summarize feedback in systematic and presentable manner. It gives features for Chat and Communication with Admin and candidate easily. What do you dislike about InCruiter?

On the main screen of the video display platform when interview is going on and when the three members join, namely the candidate, interviewer, and interview coordinator, the PIP (picture-in-picture) feature appears as a white screen. During the interview, the interviewer is unable to see himself or his view on the display when interview is going on. When there are only any of the 2 members joined then it is working properly. I especially appreciated the built-in coding environment with real-time collaboration, as well as the automated scheduling that saved a lot of time. While the platform is powerful, I did notice occasional video lags during live interviews. The customization options for branding and interview formats felt limited, and integration with our ATS required extra manual work. Pricing could also be a concern for smaller teams. What do you like best about InCruiter?

I really liked the smooth and clear communication with the coordinators during the entire interview scheduling process. Everything was well-organized, and it made it very easy for me as an interviewer. What do you like best about InCruiter?

I really like the InCruiter dashboard; it's amazing and fantastic. The aspect that stands out the most for me is the start rating, which is also fantastic, and the status updates such as scheduling and accepting invitations. These features give InCruiter a more specific and outstanding edge. I appreciate the quick process and the dashboard design, as well as the features and benefits for both interviewers and candidates. It's very good, especially for filtering the right candidate for the job description, which makes it easier. It gives me more interest to work on the portal.
