**What do you like best about InCheck?**

The staff is friendly and always available to answer questions quickly and efficiently. It’s very easy to connect with their team to get clear status updates, understand where candidates are in the process, and ensure highly effective communication with our internal team.

**What do you dislike about InCheck?**

At times, there may be delays in updates because we’re partnered with a third party that also relies on another third party. While this may not be a true reflection of InCheck—since they update in real time with the information they have available—it can still create confusion and sometimes requires us to step in, especially when some partners are hesitant due to the nature of the testing. When there are delays between InCheck and Escreen, the process can feel clunky; however, this is likely not a fault of InCheck, but rather something to keep in mind when making decisions based on the information available at the time.

If you’re looking for both a resource to partner with and a systematic provider, InCheck would be a great choice!

If I had to point to one area for improvement, I’d say the technology could be made more intuitive and easier to navigate.

What I like best about InCheck is how simple and efficient it is to use

**What do you dislike about InCheck?**

What I dislike about InCheck is that completed background check results require logging into the system every time. It would be more efficient if results were included directly in the notification email. I would also like clearer alerts when there are issues, such as having “FLAG” notifications noted in the email body or subject line so concerns can be identified right away.

**What problems is InCheck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InCheck solves the problem of manual, time-consuming screening and compliance tasks. By automating background checks and monitoring, it reduces errors, improves consistency, and saves time. This benefits me by allowing me to work more efficiently, stay compliant with requirements, and focus on higher-value tasks instead of paperwork and follow-ups.

We also appreciate your note about needing to log in to view completed results and wanting clearer alerts when something requires attention. On the “FLAG” notification specifically, we can configure notifications so that when a report has a flag, the closed notification clearly indicates that a file has been flagged. You should typically receive that notice, so if you’re not seeing it today, please reach out so we can review your notification settings and make sure everything is configured correctly! 

Regarding including completed background check results directly in the email: we understand how that would be more convenient, but due to security and privacy requirements, we’re not able to publish report results within the email body. 

That said, we’d love to discuss options to streamline access. Many clients use integrations and/or single sign-on (SSO) to reduce friction and speed up review of results.

**What problems is InCheck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clubs in Rotary Districts annually host exchange students from other countries as well supporting and volunteering in youth programs in their local communities, including Rotary's high school Interact programs. Adult host family members for exchange students, as well as Rotary youth volunteers need to be vetted with a criminal background check annually.  InCheck provides an integrated process that streamlines requesting and reporting on background checks for these Rotary volunteers and a straightforward and comprehensive monthly billing process that clearly shows all details for each CBC request/result.  Overall, the steps they have put in place to support background checks for our Rotary volunteers save us both time and money.

**What do you like best about InCheck?**

Screening results are remarkably fast, the website is easy to navigate as both an employer and an applicant, and customer service is outstanding! Results are also accurate and secure.

**What do you dislike about InCheck?**

There are no downsides to using InCheck services. I do wish that I had access to edit/add/delete my own accounts or billing codes rather than reaching out to customer service for this, this isn't really a downside because customer service is always helpful and prompt.

**What problems is InCheck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using InCheck's services, my team was running background checks for every applicant individually at the state websites. For some states, this required additional steps (like mailing consent forms through USPS or fingerprinting). The process took an incredibly long time, and sometimes we would lose candidates because they found another position within that timeframe. With InCheck, the turnaround time has been minimized to 1-3 days for nearly all candidates and frees up a lot of time for myself and my team.

**What do you like best about InCheck?**

As large volume employer in the healthcare field this a huge value added option for us.  They handle all of our background checks, driver reports and monthly compliance audits.  Moving to this digital format, eliminated the occasional errors or mistakes than can rise up later.  Very easy system to use and customer service is very responsive.  It was very easy to set up and teach our team members.

**What do you dislike about InCheck?**

Occasionally, we do have issues with out of state checks, that take longer than expected.  If we call in for assistance, they are able to help speed up the process.

**What problems is InCheck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With our large volume, finding potential mistakes or errors was cumbersome.  Automating the process with Incheck as been a great timesaver for my team.

**What do you like best about InCheck?**

InCheck makes my work life easy. If I was to rank the things I dislike about my job, our relationship with InCheck would literally be last on the list. When I first started in my role of operations/onboarding, we used another service. I couldn't be happier now and we've never looked back, after 18 years and running. InCheck does everything the best. Customer service - always able to answer my questions promptly or work through new sets of requirements. Automation - the QuickApp is great, packages are customizable, and it enables the candidate to efficiently get the questionnaire quickly and input his/her information, and InCheck's experts run with the rest of the contact and digging from there so I don't have to sweat anything. Results - in this area, some delays are beyond our control, but InCheck always does a great job of moving things forward, posting results, and giving delay or expeption updates when they happen. Pricing - InCheck's rates are always fair and at or below competitors, without extra nickel-and-diming, and their invoicing is a breeze. Security and compliance - always taken care of with their protection levels, and I know that the right disclosure documents are getting to the candidates promptly.

**What do you dislike about InCheck?**

I dislike that we have a couple of clients that insist on using other background check vendors (because they have a pre-established deal with them) and won't let us use InCheck, they should get on board! If I could think of one thing, I maybe wish I had more accessibility to real-time updates on where the drug screen status falls currently.

It was an easy setup process and the customization options are great. Our sales representative, Josh Jundt, is amazing. He always is willing to help and made the integration process easy.

I haven't ran into anything I would consider a dislike. There was one hiccup I ran into, but that was addressed right away!

What's most helpful is that you can get results  a timely manner. I also like that it's very easy to use.

I haven't had to many down falls. Out of the country replies take a little longer but I'm sure that is pretty normal.

It is very easy to use their website.  They make the process quick and efficient, plus they make it convenient for the employee.  The turnaround time is very quick and they notify you by email upon completion.  I highly recommend InCheck.  It's very easy to implement.  I use it frequently, every employee hire.  The customer support is great as well, with chat available.

No complaints about InCheck.  It is a great Company!

Fast background and drug checks for hiring process and the employee can get the drug test at a site near their residence.

It is a straightforward application for vetting applicants and performing background checks. The support team is responsive and the process can easily be customized to our needs to vet volunteers working with children.

The only issues I have encountered have been my own fault and quickly remedied by the helpful support staff.

InCheck is fast, easy to use and their customer service is great.  I love the fact I can enter the basics and the candidates fill out the rest.  They also are great and updating when candidates move through the process.

My only negative is I have to keep resetting my password if I don't use it often enough.
