I have nothing at this time that i dislike about the software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As large volume employer in the healthcare field this a huge value added option for us. They handle all of our background checks, driver reports and monthly compliance audits. Moving to this digital format, eliminated the occasional errors or mistakes than can rise up later. Very easy system to use and customer service is very responsive. It was very easy to set up and teach our team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally, we do have issues with out of state checks, that take longer than expected. If we call in for assistance, they are able to help speed up the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
