**What do you like best about InboxAlly?**

This tool is very effective for streamlining email deliverability. By verifying email addresses before sending, it helps cut down on bounce rates and increases the likelihood that messages reach the right recipients. I also found it straightforward to upload email lists in CSV or XLSX formats; the extraction is accurate, and I haven’t run into any errors. The option to add multiple emails at once is another plus, since it removes a step that can feel cumbersome on other platforms.

The team-collaboration features are just as solid. You can invite team members, assign tasks or specific instructions, and then monitor progress through detailed reports. That added structure creates accountability and provides clear visibility into productivity and task completion, which ultimately helps keep email campaigns efficient and reliable.

**What do you dislike about InboxAlly?**

It’s good overall. However, the pricing is a concern and should be revised to be more favorable and accessible to a wider range of users, so more people can benefit from its robust features.

Its ability to automatically verify sender domains and recipient email addresses helps keep communication accurate and supports better email deliverability. The team collaboration features are equally useful. Users can assign team members to handle tasks whether someone is available or out, which helps maintain continuity and accountability in the workflow. **What do you like best about InboxAlly?**

I like InboxAlly because it's a great email warm-up software that increases the odds of our emails not going to spam. The email deliverability is really great, which improves our chance to land directly in our target inboxes. It's very easy to use and has improved our email deliverability by 40%, making our link-building campaigns more successful and keeping our clients happy. The initial setup was very easy and seamless, and I appreciate having a great support team that we can ask questions anytime.

**What do you dislike about InboxAlly?**

I would love to see better documentation of their services feature but it's totally fine since they have a great support team that we can ask anytime whenever we have questions. Probably add more options when availing their services. More cheaper options for small campaigns might be beneficial to users and potentially grow their user base.

**What do you like best about InboxAlly?**

Fabrício was polite and responsive over email. After we raised concerns, Komal re-engaged, offered a discount, and proposed weekly calls to improve communication, which we really appreciated.

**What do you dislike about InboxAlly?**

We signed up to warm our domain and build confidence in deliverability ahead of launching a new email feature. This required a clear, adaptive plan that would generate measurable results and give us confidence to proceed. Our use case was specific, but it was clearly outlined prior to engagement.

Ultimately, we didn’t feel confident that the solution adapted meaningfully to our setup. While we followed the recommendations provided, they did not lead to noticeable improvements in real-world performance or provide the level of clarity we needed to assess readiness.

The team was responsive and professional, and we did receive value from elements such as the seed list. However, we ultimately moved forward with our launch based on external guidance, as the service did not deliver the level of strategic direction we needed for our specific usecase.

**What problems is InboxAlly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InboxAlly aims to support email deliverability by helping warm domains, improve sender reputation, and provide seed-based visibility into inbox placement across major providers. For us, the goal was to use the platform to build confidence in our domain health and readiness ahead of launching a new email feature.

The benefit was having access to a structured seed list and deliverability monitoring, which provided some visibility into placement trends. However, while this offered directional insight, it did not fully translate into the level of real-world performance clarity or launch confidence we were seeking

Pricing & Guidance Consistency: You’re right to call this out if pricing expectations were not clear upfront especially if requirements from your end were laid out. This feedback is valuable and although our sales executives are usually able to very accurately quote the service and pricing,  this is something I will investigate in our onboarding process.

Communication & Check-ins: You’re absolutely correct that regular check-ins are critical for complex deliverability scenarios. In your case, email-heavy communication likely wasn’t sufficient nor your preferred means of communication, and we should have proactively suggested more scheduled calls to ensure closer alignment and faster issue resolution.

DMARC Reporting: InboxAlly’s DMARC Analytics dashboard is specifically designed to provide visibility into all sending activity. This reporting includes: SPF and DKIM alignment status, non-compliance patterns, and detailed raw data broken down by source IP and mailbox provider. If this data was incomplete or missing in your account, that indicates a setup issue and we would want to investigate further.

I'm impressed with away by how easy it is to navigate InboxAlly. Whether I'm doing a new email test, digging into performance data, or managing my lists, everything is right at my fingertips. This has been so amazing for me, saving time spent on administrative tasks and letting me focus on other tasks. The API's flexibility is also noteworthy. I can easily integrate InboxAlly with our existing systems and automate processes that previously took a lot of manual effort. This capability significantly enhances productivity and allows for more sophisticated email campaigns tailored to our users' behaviors and preferences

**What do you dislike about InboxAlly?**

It allows you to carry out software tests before setting up and implementing, with or without customer support  and instructions that are easy to follow.

**What do you like best about InboxAlly?**

I found InboxAlly really helpful for warming up my emails to improve deliverability for my clients' email campaigns. It significantly improved deliverability, which was something I needed. The software was good with tracking and cleaning up emails from my lists, and it also helped generate emails that didn't land in spam folders. One of the standout features was that it made sure the emails being sent out didn't land in spam inboxes. Additionally, the setup was easy because I got assistance from Fabricio, who was knowledgeable about both InboxAlly and Instantly's software.

It was a little bit of a learning curve to understand how to use the software.

They are always available to answer questions and provide helpful guidance on strategy. Sometimes the verification process gets stuck, and I have to refresh the page several times to get it to work.

InboxAlly has been a huge help in improving our deliverability across multiple domains. The platform makes it easy to monitor domain health, understand performance trends, and maintain strong inbox placement over time.

There’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially if you’re running a multi-domain or higher-volume setup, but once you understand how everything works, it becomes much easier to manage. Overall, the value far outweighs any initial complexity.

What I like best about InboxAlly is how effectively it improves email deliverability through realistic engagement like opens, clicks, replies, and moving emails out of spam folders. It uses actual email content and simulates human-like behavior, which builds trust with inbox providers. The customization options are also a big plus, letting me control the warmup pace and engagement level. Overall, it gives me the confidence that my emails are reaching the right place: the inbox.

**What do you dislike about InboxAlly?**

What I dislike about InboxAlly is that the initial setup can be a bit technical, especially for users who aren’t familiar with DNS records, SMTP configurations, or warmup strategies.

**What problems is InboxAlly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InboxAlly is solving one of the biggest problems in email outreach: poor deliverability. Before using it, many of my emails were landing in spam or the promotions tab, which killed open rates and limited engagement. InboxAlly fixes this by simulating real human interactions like opens, clicks, replies, and moving emails to the inbox so email providers start trusting my domain. As a result, more of my emails now land in the primary inbox, leading to higher open rates, better reply rates, and ultimately, more conversions.

**What do you like best about InboxAlly?**

I've used InboxAlly to warmup and maintain 6 email domains that I cold email with. These domains continue to be healthy after a year of using them for cold emailing thanks to InboxAlly's help. One domain appeared to be having issues but then improved with InboxAlly's services.

They also offer email validation credits with the subscription which is helpful, too.

**What do you dislike about InboxAlly?**

The do seem to be a slight premium compared to other providers. There have also been a few instances where the website has appeared to be down/glitchy.

InboxAlly helps me maintain email domains that I use for cold emailing.
