"Clear Domain Configuration Insights and an Intuitive InboxAlly Experience"
What do you like best about InboxAlly?

One of the most valuable features of InboxAlly is how clearly it presents a domain’s configuration status. The platform provides detailed visibility into domain health scores, shows exactly how the domain is configured within the system, and explains how it connects to third-party email service providers. That level of transparency makes it easy to quickly assess performance and identify any configuration gaps that could affect deliverability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InboxAlly?

I haven’t experienced any difficulties while using InboxAlly. Although I’ve only used the platform a few times so far, I still haven’t run into any challenges. The system feels intuitive and user-friendly, and it’s easy to navigate, which makes the overall experience smooth, efficient, and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Vivian Bastos of InboxAlly

Hi Samuel, thank you for the detailed and thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear that the domain configuration insights and health visibility are helping you quickly assess performance and spot potential gaps. Transparency and proactive monitoring are exactly what we aim to provide.

It’s also great to know the notification system and security alerts are adding value and helping you stay ahead of potential issues. We appreciate you sharing your experience and are happy to have you using InboxAlly.

"Effective Email Verification and Smooth Team Collaboration"
What do you like best about InboxAlly?

This tool is very effective for streamlining email deliverability. By verifying email addresses before sending, it helps cut down on bounce rates and increases the likelihood that messages reach the right recipients. I also found it straightforward to upload email lists in CSV or XLSX formats; the extraction is accurate, and I haven’t run into any errors. The option to add multiple emails at once is another plus, since it removes a step that can feel cumbersome on other platforms.

The team-collaboration features are just as solid. You can invite team members, assign tasks or specific instructions, and then monitor progress through detailed reports. That added structure creates accountability and provides clear visibility into productivity and task completion, which ultimately helps keep email campaigns efficient and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InboxAlly?

It’s good overall. However, the pricing is a concern and should be revised to be more favorable and accessible to a wider range of users, so more people can benefit from its robust features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Vivian Bastos of InboxAlly

Hi Akello, thank you for the thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear the list uploads, bulk actions, and collaboration features are helping keep your campaigns efficient and organized.

We also appreciate your feedback on pricing. Insights like yours are important as we continue looking at ways to make InboxAlly accessible to more users. Thanks again for sharing your experience!

"One of the Best Email Testing Tools—Smart Content Tester, AI Subject Lines, Easy Integrations"
What do you like best about InboxAlly?

I’m really impressed with this platform, especially the email content tester. It reviews email messages for spam-related words and suggests corrections when needed. It also includes AI features that help generate alternative subject lines and provide a scoring system, so I can choose the most effective option.

Overall, it feels like one of the best tools for email testing and optimization. It’s easy to use and integrates smoothly with email providers like Gmail and Outlook.com, along with other popular services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InboxAlly?

It feels fairly expensive for users who only need to test a handful of emails or rely on a limited set of features. If your testing requirements are minimal, the current pricing may not feel very cost-effective. For that reason, it would be helpful to offer a more affordable plan aimed at users with lighter workloads and simpler needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Vivian Bastos of InboxAlly

Hi Diana, thank you so much for the great review. We’re glad you’re enjoying the content tester, AI subject line suggestions, and easy integrations. It’s great to hear the platform is helping you optimize emails with confidence.

We also appreciate your feedback on pricing. Insights like yours are helpful as we continue looking at ways to better support users with lighter testing needs. Thanks again for sharing your experience!

"Good Support, But Limited Impact for our Needs"
What do you like best about InboxAlly?

Fabrício was polite and responsive over email. After we raised concerns, Komal re-engaged, offered a discount, and proposed weekly calls to improve communication, which we really appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InboxAlly?

We signed up to warm our domain and build confidence in deliverability ahead of launching a new email feature. This required a clear, adaptive plan that would generate measurable results and give us confidence to proceed. Our use case was specific, but it was clearly outlined prior to engagement.

Ultimately, we didn’t feel confident that the solution adapted meaningfully to our setup. While we followed the recommendations provided, they did not lead to noticeable improvements in real-world performance or provide the level of clarity we needed to assess readiness.

The team was responsive and professional, and we did receive value from elements such as the seed list. However, we ultimately moved forward with our launch based on external guidance, as the service did not deliver the level of strategic direction we needed for our specific usecase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric J of InboxAlly

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely appreciate it, and we’re sorry that your experience didn’t meet expectations. We’d like to address a few of the points you raised:

Pricing & Guidance Consistency: You’re right to call this out if pricing expectations were not clear upfront especially if requirements from your end were laid out. This feedback is valuable and although our sales executives are usually able to very accurately quote the service and pricing, this is something I will investigate in our onboarding process.

Communication & Check-ins: You’re absolutely correct that regular check-ins are critical for complex deliverability scenarios. In your case, email-heavy communication likely wasn’t sufficient nor your preferred means of communication, and we should have proactively suggested more scheduled calls to ensure closer alignment and faster issue resolution.

DMARC Reporting: InboxAlly’s DMARC Analytics dashboard is specifically designed to provide visibility into all sending activity. This reporting includes: SPF and DKIM alignment status, non-compliance patterns, and detailed raw data broken down by source IP and mailbox provider. If this data was incomplete or missing in your account, that indicates a setup issue and we would want to investigate further.

We’d welcome the opportunity to better understand what went wrong and see if we can make this right. Please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can review your account and the specific reporting gaps you experienced.

"Huge improvement in our deliverability & great support from the team"
What do you like best about InboxAlly?

InboxAlly has been a huge help in improving our deliverability across multiple domains. The platform makes it easy to monitor domain health, understand performance trends, and maintain strong inbox placement over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InboxAlly?

There’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially if you’re running a multi-domain or higher-volume setup, but once you understand how everything works, it becomes much easier to manage. Overall, the value far outweighs any initial complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Vivian Bastos of InboxAlly

"Great tool Inboxally"
What do you like best about InboxAlly?

What I like best about InboxAlly is its ability to simulate authentic recipient behavior—not just opening emails, but scrolling, clicking links, replying, and moving emails between folders. This realistic engagement greatly improves inbox placement and sender reputation. Additionally, the platform’s multi-language support and easy-to-use dashboard make managing warm-ups straightforward and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InboxAlly?

The main downside is the lack of API access and deeper integrations, which limits automation for larger teams. Also, the pricing is higher compared to some alternatives, which might be a barrier for smaller businesses. A bit more detailed reporting and customizable analytics would also enhance the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric J of InboxAlly

Thank you for leaving this review and for highlighting InboxAlly’s strengths in engagement and driving outcomes like improved sender reputation. We’re glad the dashboard and multi-language support have made your experience easier.

We’d like to clarify one point: InboxAlly does in fact offer a full API, designed specifically for larger teams and agencies that need automation and deeper integrations. Our API allows you to manage sender profiles, retrieve reporting data, and connect with your existing workflows. If you haven’t explored it yet, we’d be happy to share documentation and walk you through how it can support your setup.

We also appreciate the feedback on reporting detail and customization. Those are areas our team is actively working to enhance, so your input is valuable as we continue to improve the platform.

"Highly recommend!"
What do you like best about InboxAlly?

What I like best about InboxAlly is how effectively it improves email deliverability through realistic engagement like opens, clicks, replies, and moving emails out of spam folders. It uses actual email content and simulates human-like behavior, which builds trust with inbox providers. The customization options are also a big plus, letting me control the warmup pace and engagement level. Overall, it gives me the confidence that my emails are reaching the right place: the inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InboxAlly?

What I dislike about InboxAlly is that the initial setup can be a bit technical, especially for users who aren’t familiar with DNS records, SMTP configurations, or warmup strategies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Vivian Bastos of InboxAlly

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re so happy to hear InboxAlly has boosted your deliverability and confidence in reaching the inbox. We know setup can feel a little technical at first, so we’re always here to help if you need support. Your success means a lot to us!

"Great email warming/maintaining service"
What do you like best about InboxAlly?

I've used InboxAlly to warmup and maintain 6 email domains that I cold email with. These domains continue to be healthy after a year of using them for cold emailing thanks to InboxAlly's help. One domain appeared to be having issues but then improved with InboxAlly's services.

They also offer email validation credits with the subscription which is helpful, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InboxAlly?

The do seem to be a slight premium compared to other providers. There have also been a few instances where the website has appeared to be down/glitchy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Vivian Bastos of InboxAlly

Hi Eddie, thanks for sharing your experience! We’re happy to hear InboxAlly has helped keep your domains healthy and that the validation credits have been useful. We appreciate the note on pricing and site glitches; we’re always working to improve. Glad to be supporting your cold email success!
