Illumin is a reasonably priced DSP with strong customer service, and it’s been working well for us so far. We originally signed on as self-service customers, and we’re now updating our agreement to shift over to managed service. I also like the range of integrations they offer and the different audiences we’re able to target through the platform. That said, the UI could be improved. I’m also not sure whether they offer any AI features, but I wasn’t looking for that, and it isn’t important to me. Overall, I see real potential to scale our brand and reach unique prospects with Illumin. It’s still too early to fully gauge performance, but we have generated some sales.
