**What do you like best about Ignite Selling?**

They are genuinely focused on the individual needs of each client. They make a real effort to understand the business, along with the nuances of specific products and markets. They also do an excellent job running their virtual sessions, which feel well-organized and effective.

**What do you dislike about Ignite Selling?**

There can be some heavy lifting on the client side for simulations but if you're organized it's worth it.

**Recommendations to others considering Ignite Selling:**

I would 100% recommend Ignite Selling if you’re interested in pushing sales teams out of their comfort zones and helping them genuinely grow, while also identifying both the flaws and the gems in their current sales process. The simulations are also a great way to see how a sales team carries a sale from spark to flame (or doesn’t), and where things break down along the way. Overall, it creates a safe yet challenging environment that still feels competitive, which is exactly what most sales teams thrive on.

Understanding how and who to define value to in the sales cycle. Also, understanding the decision making matrix and how best influence decisions and close sales.

One of the most significant benefits we’ve seen is the focus on peer-to-peer learning. Moving away from traditional lectures and into high-stakes simulations allows the team to challenge one another and sharpen their instincts in a way that actually sticks.

The 'Snapshot' tools are staple in our deal reviews, helping us identify blind spots and map out influencers with much higher precision. It’s a practical, hands-on framework that continues to drive better outcomes for our sales organization

Salesforce integration is not available.

No real downsides that I have experienced over partnering with Ignite at two sales organizations. There are multiple tools to choose from and utilize so having everything in one remote platform would lead to even more ease of use and impact.

**What do you like best about Ignite Selling?**

Ignite Selling has been an outstanding partner in helping us strengthen both our sales process and our execution discipline. What stood out most was their ability to deeply understand our business, our market dynamics, and the unique challenges our sales organization faces. Rather than deliver a canned training program, they worked collaboratively with our leadership team to formalize and customize our sales process around the most critical milestones that truly drive results.

They also designed and delivered highly interactive, high-impact breakout sessions at our national sales meeting that equipped our reps to create more value in every customer interaction using their 3D Questioning framework. The sessions were engaging, relevant, and immediately applicable in the field.

Finally, Ignite’s team trained our sales management group on how to coach their teams more effectively—helping our leaders become multipliers of value creation across the organization.

It’s hard to find much to critique—their simulations and frameworks are excellent. If anything, having access to ongoing AI-based practice tools that reinforce the training content would make an already strong program even more impactful.

The Ignite team went above and beyond in tailoring their system to our specific market and unique challenges, investing a great deal of time in discussions and fulfilling short-notice requests with aplomb. What I like best about Ignite Selling is how deeply they work to understand our sales process and our unique market challenges.   They don’t deliver a boilerplate program.   They spend time asking questions and then they design a customized experience tailored to our team’s real-world selling environment.   Their approach ensures the training feels relevant, targeted, and immediately applicable in the field.

**What do you dislike about Ignite Selling?**

The simulations are excellent, but consistent follow-up or digital refreshers would make the impact even stronger.  I wish we had planned for more structured reinforcement after the workshops.

It’s not a methodology like Sandler, and it requires some kind of methodology implementation. It’s really two separate things that reps need to understand and know.

The Sales Process (bubble chart as we like to call it) that was built out specifically with field input.  We like the 3 D Questions model.  We also like the Accountability matrix.

We did not have any concerns with Ignite Selling.

**What problems is Ignite Selling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team was looking to improve our ability to call on key administrative stakeholders, with a goal of accelerate adoption of a life changing treatment that is good for patients and program sustainability but which requires some investment in people and process. Ignite Selling helped us come up with a revised selling process and get our top sellers to learn it not by memorizing it but by using a questions-based model to ensure customers had hit critical milestones and if not, what to do about it.
