It's not just the limited capability (there are very basic financial reports IFS can't create), difficutl to use, the very high pricing (and not honoring deals that had been promised when impacted by the frequent turnover), or the fact that even their sales people admit they are selling items (eg AI) that they don't have. Users would be much better served working with a more functional and user friendly software. **What problems is IFS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits are difficult to enumerate, as they are overcome by the challenges. We had a perpetual license and they are stopping support for it. ### 10. There are also channels to get directly into contact with managers inside IFS that share information about roadmaps, strategies and insights into customers issues and solutions relevant to your business. IFS are proactive and early to implement new technologies and provide training and best practices. **What do you dislike about IFS Cloud?** As with most large and competent systems the cost both in terms of user training and licenses can be experienced as challenging when coming from a business specific smaller ERP with less features. Also when the offered prices when upgrading 1-1 from IFS Apps 10 to Cloud can be higly unrealistic. The customer support has not been great but is rapidly improving which shows that IFS is listening to customer feedback. **What problems is IFS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We operate offshore rigs that operating in different regions of the world which means many legal requirements, complex logistics and focus on maintenance of equipment and reporting. With IFS Applications we can use fewer systems and benefit from having having all data available where and when you need it.
