I use HYPR for biometric authentication, and I like that it allows us to support device-based biometric logins without the need to develop and update our own intensive system. It's overall easy to manage, and the device-based biometrics work well from what I've experienced. We have a custom portal that links into the HYPR API, which provides easy management access to our internal staff. I believe that the initial setup is straightforward after creating a new image for our specific setup requirements but I would say the ease of setup depends on what systems you are integrating it with specificaly. The logging against the platform, specifically error logging, could be improved. In our deployment, we see a huge amount of error messages often, most of which do not actually require any intervention. It's not possible to stop them at a log level either from some of these specific errors which can make it difficult to sort through the logs when required.
