Hyperview is a no-brainer for anyone in operations (data center, IT, network, or building) to deploy in their environment. Whether it’s a single cabinet in a data center or 5,000 cabinets across multiple data centers, the platform scales easily and the pricing is the most flexible I've come across. You can start small and expand as needed without paying for expensive professional services like other DCIMs. It’s fast and easy to set up. We were up and running in a day. The powerful auto-discovery tool scans and populates device information for you.
One of my favorite things about Hyperview is how complete and uncomplicated the product is, allowing for self-management if that’s what you're after. It's packed with automation tools that let me use it on my terms without changing my business processes to fit someone else's mold. Automation ensures important alerts get out to my team.
Hyperview’s device catalog is pretty comprehensive. If I have a device missing from their catalog, I can add it directly myself or go through their support team who will add it at at no cost.
The custom reporting is fantastic, no more juggling data from three different systems using spreadsheets. I'm glad we switched to Hyperview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
