Hyperview is a no-brainer for anyone in operations (data center, IT, network, or building) to deploy in their environment. Whether it’s a single cabinet in a data center or 5,000 cabinets across multiple data centers, the platform scales easily and the pricing is the most flexible I've come across. You can start small and expand as needed without paying for expensive professional services like other DCIMs. It’s fast and easy to set up. We were up and running in a day. The powerful auto-discovery tool scans and populates device information for you.

One of my favorite things about Hyperview is how complete and uncomplicated the product is, allowing for self-management if that’s what you're after. It's packed with automation tools that let me use it on my terms without changing my business processes to fit someone else's mold. Automation ensures important alerts get out to my team.

Hyperview’s device catalog is pretty comprehensive. If I have a device missing from their catalog, I can add it directly myself or go through their support team who will add it at at no cost.

With great help from Vanessa and Jamie, setting up the initial scan everything become very easy and on-boarding was simple on the HyperviewHQ side. Jamie walks you through initial task and make the setup make since. If MIBs for a product are not in the system a simple MIB walk and Help Desk Ticket resolves the problem quickly. Once I get everything configured teaching my Network Operations Center how to continuously monitor and information will be easy. 1. We experienced some issues with email alerts, which got quickly solved by support team

2. New SNMP version alerts were not properly identified, which later got added to the system by support team

What we liked best about Hyperview is its ease of use and single pane of glass for monitoring our infrastructure. Allowed new team members to get up to speed quickly and become effective with monitoring our data center facilities. The onboarding process was the most clean cut and well managed process I've been a part of. The scheduling was agressive but flexable and the process of introducing the software and instruction for using it was well structured and easy to comprehend. Once we created our basic structure it became easy to add our initial assets. Once we have everything in our datacenters added it will become a great tool for our NOC. I didn't find the menu initially easy to maneuver, but once you develop a sense of navigation through the different menu selections you tend to find what you're looking for without much effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most in Hyperview is the simplicity in a so powerful tool. Low complexity gives you agility to start adding your assets right in the very first day of usage, and the support to the customer is something to be prized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I did not see yet how a customized API can be integrated to an existing CMDB outside Hyperview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system does have a very powerful and intuitive API that can be utilized for easily automating tasks and performing data queries.

There are some limitations with the API where there is a maximum number of assets that can be returned (10k) and asset type casing (server vs Server) is not consistent across the endpoints when performing calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
