Whether it’s a single cabinet in a data center or 5,000 cabinets across multiple data centers, the platform scales easily and the pricing is the most flexible I've come across. You can start small and expand as needed without paying for expensive professional services like other DCIMs. It’s fast and easy to set up. We were up and running in a day. The powerful auto-discovery tool scans and populates device information for you. One of my favorite things about Hyperview is how complete and uncomplicated the product is, allowing for self-management if that’s what you're after. It's packed with automation tools that let me use it on my terms without changing my business processes to fit someone else's mold. Automation ensures important alerts get out to my team. Hyperview’s device catalog is pretty comprehensive. If I have a device missing from their catalog, I can add it directly myself or go through their support team who will add it at at no cost. The custom reporting is fantastic, no more juggling data from three different systems using spreadsheets. Jamie walks you through initial task and make the setup make since. If MIBs for a product are not in the system a simple MIB walk and Help Desk Ticket resolves the problem quickly. Once I get everything configured teaching my Network Operations Center how to continuously monitor and information will be easy. The scheduling was agressive but flexable and the process of introducing the software and instruction for using it was well structured and easy to comprehend. Once we created our basic structure it became easy to add our initial assets. Once we have everything in our datacenters added it will become a great tool for our NOC. **What do you dislike about Hyperview DCIM?** I didn't find the menu initially easy to maneuver, but once you develop a sense of navigation through the different menu selections you tend to find what you're looking for without much effort. **What problems is Hyperview DCIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centralizing our asset monitoring for our NOC/SOC teams. ### 8. Compared to other DCIM tools available, this is the one that feels tailor-made for our company. As we expand our use cases of the Hyperview DCIM tool our needs and those of our clients change. This does not phase Hyperview, they will create a feature request and our customers' new needs will be met. It never takes days to receive a response from the support staff, and it is appreciated that we can consistently work with the same exceptional technician. **What do you dislike about Hyperview DCIM?** The constant upgrades mean there are frequent updates to the software. Not all feature requests are relevant to my organization but will take resources from future upgrades we desire. **Recommendations to others considering Hyperview DCIM:** Consider your future potential expansion plans and use cases, you want a DCIM that will grow with you and not require that you change the product after several years. **What problems is Hyperview DCIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Capacity management is significantly easier when it can be visualized rather than dealing with line items in a spreadsheet. The impact of our deep dive into their design principles on data integrity, accessibility and security was so substantial that we decided to abandon a live deployment of a competitors product. Such a decision was made easier after speaking with numerous references, deployed on their previous product, RAMP, specifically after understanding the partnership like approach that Hyperview took in solving customer challenges. In the past 9 months Hyperview has continued to work with us to focus and hone features, deliver on promised features, and accommodate priority changes in our business that drive directional changes on features when possible. Everyone I engage with is thoughtful throughout the design/deployment process, considerate, and committed to our success. This approach enabled us to deploy ten's of thousands of assets in our first 90 days. From an application standpoint, Hyperview employs a clean, intuitive interface that has proven easy to train our team of 100+ active users, to utilize in their daily workflow. Each addition or change to the navigation is well thought out before implementation which certainly support continuity of the previous sentence. The feature set is plentiful for those hosting internal or customer facing systems, and the auto-discovery engine is unlike anything I have encountered before in term of ease of configuration, security, and sheer power/speed. One of the top reasons I fell in love with Hyperview was because of their API core. The entire application functionality is securely exposed; if you can perform it in the UI, you can perform it via the API which enables limitless integration. This is very important as we transition to the next wave of business applications. **What do you dislike about Hyperview DCIM?** I have no complaints about the product or the company. That said, we expected as a new product that Hyperview would have some bugs, or be missing some features. Bugs have been minimal, and are corrected with hot fixes within days of discovery. The overall feature set (as of January 2021) will not yet compete with the big guys, however releases are regular (every 4-6 weeks) and continue to increase in frequency. Features are now rolling out faster than we can take advantage of them. **Recommendations to others considering Hyperview DCIM:** Reach out, engage with their team and see if the product is right for you. I am confident you will not look back on that action as a waste of time. **What problems is Hyperview DCIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hyperview allows us to aggregate many data streams, collected either manually by our Operations staff and automatically through discovery and monitoring of devices on our network. This improves audit accuracy, allows us to make quicker business decisions, reduces administrative overhead on repetitive actions, and permits us to divert those recovered hours to other business tasks. ### 20.
